Those indeed promote women’s rights, among which gender equality and sexual and reproductive health rights, and also children’s rights.Statistics speak for themselves. Within the EU, 1 woman out of 3, aged over 15, has been the victim of sexual or physical assault, more than 1 or 2 out of 20 has been sexually harassed, and 1 out of 20 has been raped. The fight against discrimination and gender-based violence, as well as the struggle for gender equality are common European values. It is essential that the European NGOs, which are specialists in non-formal education, take the lead in sharing their good practices, in orderto increase awareness and information about such values. The FLAVIE project - Fighting Loud Against Violence In Europe - follows that line. It brings together 5 partners (Tera - Maison de l’Europe de la Charente, Mobilizing Expertise AB, Faal Dernegi, ComeUnaMarea Onlus and Mujeres por Mujeres) who seek to share between themselves their awareness-raising and information material, their training tools, by means of exchanges in the short, medium and long term in order to reach 4 main goals:- Promoting common values of freedom, tolerance and empowerment, along with the respect for society rights.- Raising awareness in fundamental rights, in psycho-social knowledge, and providing prevention means for active citizenship- Increasing awareness among adult trainers and volunteers about the importance of knowing women’s rights and making them better-known- Sharing European good practices and prevention toolsIn order to support growing awareness, the five European partners will work directly with facilitators, animators, trainers and volunteers engaged in local institutions and local organizations. They will use a relevant methodology in intergenerational mentoring, train-the-trainer sessions, workshops on the Charter of Fundamental Rights and intercultural get-together. Women facing violence and discrimination need to feel effectively supported, in a respectful manner, in order to attain emancipation and empowerment. It is therefore logicalto train actors who are in direct contact with our final beneficiaries. In addition to the local actions, three international training activities will be set up, reminding that intercultural focus will be inserted.Through this project, we would like to see violence against women significantly reduced, more protective steps taken, women being given a voice and the realities of their lives released. We also seek to reinforce trust in the relationship between users and professional social workers.

The central idea is the design, implementation, evaluation, documentation, dissemination, and exploitation of a new model of reciprocal collaboration between local communities and four EU member states. This model collaboration will surface the cultural heritage of the local communities in conjunction with a set of good practices and volunteer work of European adult citizens-in collaboration with agencies with respectable social work in their portfolios-towards people in need of solidarity. The main objective of the planned activities is to facilitate the mobility of adults, who would have a dual role as visitor and as volunteer, towards the partner local communities. Each partner will create several Local Working Groups (LWG) by collaborating with local cultural and social agencies. Next, they will organise a pilot 7-day hosting programme where 48 different adult citizens coming from the partner member states will participate. The hosting programme will include an educational/recreational part, which refers to acquaintance visits to the material, non-tangible, and digital local cultural monuments, as well as a social part, which refers to brief yet meaningful volunteer work at agencies or with people who are in need of them, in order to reciprocate for the aforementioned educational part. The type of the volunteer service will be preferably adjusted to each person’s professional or personal skills. Participants will be prepared beforehand for their service and cultural agencies will be called to prove their good practices to preserve of their national and/or local cultural heritage. The results of the pilot implementations of the hosting programmes as well as the ADORM model structure will be documented in a Guide pack, which will be the primary promotional material to be used in the following activities of dissemination, exploitation and multiplication. Implementations of the ADORM model will continue last the official end of the project in form of regular reciprocal activity among the members of the network. Efforts will be made to expand the network in more countries.

These epochal social, cultural and economic changes are under research and a cognitive framework, through which we can discover the cultural and gastronomic heritage of our own territories as trajectories for a creative future, should be outlined. A 2020 EU-wide #Eurobarometer survey on food & farming was conducted and 95% of people say agriculture is important for our future. The collection, survey and communication of the cultural data–in our case the traditional agri-food resources–can be a precious capital of knowledge, resource of memory, identity and heritage for the present which, now as never before, feels the need to digitally connect with its analogical past. Our partnership for Creativity has engaged organizations in the fields of Agri-food, Youth, Non-formal Education & Digitalisation (GR), Agri-food & Entrepreneurship (BG), Agri-food & Tourism (SI), together with a Grass root Agri-food Cultural Association (IT) and has organized a vast, in-depth European youth project aiming to address the 2nd priority of the KA2 Erasmus+ Call, launched in light of the exceptional circumstances presented by Covid-19, whose objective is to enhance Creativity in the field of Youth. AHEAD, in total line with the EU Green Deal, is facing the challenges of Agri-food Cultural Heritage preservation in the age of digital technology we live nowadays, while raising awareness on the importance of promoting our agri-food traditions (traditional foods, techniques & methods of their preparation, acquaintance with local Agri-food organizations etc.) with the ultimate aim of enhancing the cultural tourism & agro-tourism sector of the regions involved.AHEAD's main aim is to enhance skills development and competences of young people (18-30) that reinforce creativity, as well as to boost quality, innovation and recognition of youth work, thus contributing to the recovery resilience of the Agri-food Cultural Heritage sector by making them Agri-food Cultural Heritage Ambassadors.AHEAD will organize the following IOs, all included in the project's Website, all in digital form addressing the needs of distancing given the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, using non-formal educational methods & game-based learning:1.Methodological Handbook (e-Book) with all the necessary information on agri-food traditions for the research/promotion/preservation of the ivolved countries’ heritage.2.Video Tutorials development for local agri-food products agricultural processes using innovative agricultural methods.3.Digital Agri-food Serious Game design within which the participating youth can interact with each other and put into practice the Tutorials learned in IO2.4.Online Seminar (e-Course) Curriculum development with the method of a living Lab for the selection of the Agri-food Cultural Heritage Ambassadors. We aim to involve at least 150 young people (age 18-30), youth workers & youth leaders who are working directly with disadvantaged youth in underprivileged rural and urban areas, and representatives from the participating bodies, all with a source need for their local agri-food heritage preservation. The project will engage a variety of local stakeholders in all project stages to increase their understanding on the challenges faced and thus boost their motivation to participate in similar initiatives. Objectives:•identify the traditional agricultural & food resources of local areas•raise awareness of youth on the significance of their preservation•equip young people with the necessary tools & competences needed to come up with creative, innovative solutions to promote their local heritage•acquisition of specific technical skills (cultivation, harvesting, management of an agricultural enterprise, marketing in a farm etc.)•provide opportunities for disadvantaged youth to understand their cultural heritage as a driving force of local development•fight back Agri-Food Cultural Heritage devaluationResults:•accessibility on cultural heritage knowledge•improve creative skills on local heritage preservation•raise awareness on its importance among youth of different origins•make them advocates of their local agri-food heritage, active, healthy living in their local communitiesImpact:•visitors' number in the countries involved increase through the agri-food value chain exploitation•establish EU partnerships•expand involved bodies' networks•participation of youth with fewer opportunities in international projectsLong-term effects:•Covid-19 effects on cultural sector reduction•cultural tourism & agro-tourism sector of the participating regions enrich•digital agenda provision through which other cities all over the world can set up processes of capitalization of ther agri-food resources.

However, the conception and the breadth of arts and culture curricula vary in education for professions in the field of Fine Arts. In particular, a new focus on creativity (in relation to its importance in innovation and entrepreneurship) and cultural education (in relation to both individual identity and promoting intercultural understanding) is apparent in the goals of vocational education and training. This raises questions about the ability of the arts and culture curriculum in VET to fulfil such diverse and wide-ranging aims. On the other hand, teaching the arts and culture to a high standard is challenging. Teachers who teach the arts and culture subjects in VET play a fundamental role in developing the creative skills. There is the need for continuing professional development, to enable arts teachers to update their knowledge and develop their skills.Utilising the momentum created by the 2018 European Year of Cultural Heritage, InART2DiverCity project aims to develop new and effective approaches, methods and materials to introduce/reinforce European Cultural Heritage and intercultural learning, with the view to enhance the skills and employability of young adults (age group 18-30) in the creative sectors, as well as the professional skills of trainers (train-the-trainers). InART2DiverCity proposes the following intellectual outputs:1. Research and evaluation analysis of educational and training needs for the specific sector and consolidated report;2. Development of Alternative Pedagogical Methodology & Training practices to train the trainers; 3. Development of training seminars for young VET students; and 4. Creative applications and pilot testing for the re-use of cultural heritage. Essential for the project is the idea of “smart culture”. The intention is to propose ways in which Principles of Cultural Heritage can be taught through ICT tools contributing to the idea of a smart culture. InART2DiverCity project strategic partnership includes countries that have suffered the most from the economic crisis and austerity measures (Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Slovenia and Spain), while at the same time have undergone extreme pressure from the high influx of immigrants. Inevitably, this project will approach communities of young students / artists with fewer opportunities including young people with cultural differences; in long-term unemployment; young people facing discrimination; young people from remote and rural areas; as well as young art students and art professionals with physical, sensory disabilities.Young students 18-30 studying Fine Arts will be trained in an innovative and creative way, to learn how to employ teaching methods tailored to the teaching of Art and Cultural Heritage, with respect to cultural diversity and through the promotion of cultural awareness. They will have the opportunity to receive international training, experience foreign training and education systems, harvesting new methods, demonstrate their work and exchange knowledge with their European colleagues. The planned training activities will provide them with knowledge on cultural diversity of the European countries aiming to expand their professional horizons. Their involvement is expected to motivate them to influence more young people as they are experts to spread the word to youth network for the need of skills enhancement. Fine Arts Trainers through the “train-the-trainers” activities, will gain important professional experience on how to use innovative methods that foster the cultural awareness of the trainees and the positive value of cultural diversity. The project long term benefits are summarised as follows:• Bringing together young people and young local artists from different culture, abilities and beliefs, enhancing their creativity and developing a cultural map with common points;• Facilitating participation in learning contexts by local arts practitioners and the inclusion of local art forms and techniques in learning processes in order to strengthen local cultures and identity; • Facilitating cooperation between educational institutions, local authorities, experts, so as to enable them to share transmitting cultural values and local art forms; • Providing assistance to enable Fine Arts trainers to harness technological developments which will enable Arts and Cultural Heritage Education to reach marginalized groups, and facilitate the creation of innovative knowledge products and the sharing of knowledge; • Supporting ongoing professional development of young workers and artists, in order to develop an appreciation of cultural diversity and enable them to develop their potential to create, critique and innovate; • Encouraging and promote the development of art practices through digital media.
