The 2007 economic crisis that hit Europe in 2007, can turn into a cradle for cultural barriers and extremisms and a recruitment place, above all for disoriented young people. Young unemployment is amongst one of the main issues in Italy (29%) and Spain (34%), less in Romania (16%) and in Slovenia (9,7%), emerging European Countries. Italy is the Country with the lowest GDP growth rate (0,9%); Spain succeeded only in recent years to stabilise its growth (2,5%), Slovenia and Romania (4,5% and 7,3%) are experiencing quite high level of GDP growth rates, due to the start of less developed contexts’, on which the impact of the public policies turns out to be greater. At the same time, it is spread out a return to the production pre-industrial ways and the consumption. This process, that revolves around the idea of sustainable development, is having an important role within the agricultural sector and it promoted the renaissance of traditional productive strategies and the rediscovery of raw products that were disappearing. The proliferation of typical products of Slow Food Associations is an example of this process: it is possible to mention Matera’s bread in Basilicata (produced only with durum wheat semolina) and the Caciocavallo Podolico (a cheese that is produced with a high quality milk and with an old traditional technique of the ‘stretched cheese’).Leveraging on the cooperation between European Schools with the aim to allow the students to take part in training processes based on learning-by-doing is the Purpose of “BIO BREAD”, that aims at promoting a learning experience that may make students able to strengthen their sense of multiculturalism and their perception of diversity as a source of growth and innovation and to rediscover the value of agriculture as a community and survival practices that combines different populations.Through the cooperation with Solski Center Novo Mesto, Colegiul Agricolsi de Industrie Alimentara “Vasile Adamachi” and C.P.I.F.P. Hurtado de Mendoza, the coordinating School, Vocational Institute of the services for agriculture and rural development “G. Fortunato”, aims at involving 96 students from III and IV classes , coming from the study fields for Agriculture and Rural Development, Food and Wine and the Marketing of Agricultural Products, in a learning path that will allow them to rediscover the community value of the Agriculture , its importance in terms of economic subsistence and its being common practice between populations, beyond social, cultural and linguistic characteristics. The purpose is to allow to the students beneficiaries to develop entrepreneurial, multicultural and linguistic competences. Each school will start a path based on the traditional agriculture and on the re production of the whole process that goes from wheat to bread. At the same time, it will be centred around a strategy of marketing to be used, hypotetically for the bread that will be produced. 4 international Mobilities that will last for 4 days, will be expected( excluding travel days) in Italy, Romania, Spain and Slovenia. Each single mobility will involve 24 students, about 18 international students and 6 from the Hosting Schools. The Mobilities will be an Exchange of views and common learning on the traditional and biological agricultural and the strategies of marketing, from a multicultural point of view. Following outputs will be realized: An -amateur video that will film the main steps of the process and that will be used as training tool by the involved Schools;-a publication of a kit-tutorial about the recipe of traditional and biological bread;- a publication of a kit tutorial of the created marketing strategies;-the realization by each School, of a final event of bread’s tasting of the bread, where other students, families, other Schools, SlowFood Associations, economic and institutional stakeholders will take part. The project will have a strong and long-lasting impact on the involved students, allowing them to:-specialize in the process of wheat transformation to bread and in the creation of a marketing strategy ;-improve their linguistic competences ;-get the acquisition of a multicultural attitude, of openness and respect of cultural, ethnic, social and religious differences. On the involved schools, The project will also have following expected impacts: -the acquisition of specialized competences of planning and management of international learning programmes;-the improvement of didactic offer, towards the creation of learning programmes based on learning by doing;-the development of a detailed knowledge of e-Twinning, to be used as a tool of improvement and innovation; -a bigger knowledge of the local productive and economic reality related to agriculture.

"The Strategic Partnership ""Slow Flower Movement"" has brought together public schools and private vocational training centers from four European countries (Turkey, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands) in order to examine the various national school-to-work transition (on flower farming) settings in the participating countries and their specific vocational learning approaches. Training of vocational school students on how to adapt Slow Flower Farming to the education project was a development of innovation project through partnership among different organizations as Fatma Aliye Vocational and Technical High School (Turkey), Nordwin College (the Netherlands), IPSASR (Italy) and DEULA (Germany). All these organizations were/are well established and experienced bodies on flower farming issue and school education. The Erasmus+ project was set up to exchange expertise on vocational-based learning and training, and of course to highlight examples of good practice. ObjectivesThe overall objective of the project was:- to train the students on education about the slow flower farming-to improve the VET within the field of sustainable farming with the goal to strengthen the skills of the affected students and give them trainngs that increase their vocational/professional development-to produce a booklet with good examples on slow flowers of the partner countriesAs metodology, the project supposed the sharing of knowledge and competences between students and also teachers belonging to different schools and institutions. In the 2 years of its working time the project managed to complete all the tasks, activities and products the partner consortium agreed on in the early stage of application and submission. The activities started with an extensive Kick-off meeting that took place in Turkey. Following, 6 LTT Activities were carried out. In these LTT activities 60 students and 15 teachers took place and experienced the good practies of the host countries. After each LTT Activity a questionnaire applied to the participants. The activities were accompanied by 3 transnational project meetings where the expertise and ideas were exchanged, the observation of work plan and time schedule monitored as well as the next tasks and respoinsiblities agreed. Finaly a booklet that contains the slow flower of the partner countries has been created. In order to strengthen the VET, the Slow Flower Movement project has produced a booklet with good examples on how to work with sustainable flowers/farming, which is available online and free for anyone to use.The Slow Flower Booklet is this project's one of the main result. The booklet can be found online at http://www.slowflowerproject.com/. In this way the results are available for everybody interested in using the material produced within the project. The main impact of Slow Flower Project is that the professionals (companion teachers) working in the field have gotten new tools and training materials in order to support their students at school to make sustainable choices/decisions. As it has already known the specific context of the project was the agricultural sector. It is obvious tah this is one of the most internationally oriented sector and that is one of the reason why international mobility should be encouraged in a better way in this sector. However, we can only speak from a success when we really manage to validate, recognize and transfer these learning outcomes which are gained in a context abroad. The involvement of students and staff was helped by different online tools as a website and a Instagram/Whatsapp page where students and staff could exchange their feedbacks on the project and their proposals. This network among students and staff also gave them the chance to improve their knowledge of English and to exchange information about job opportunities in Europe in the future. All the partners were involved in every step of the project. However, their role differed, depending the nature of the organisation."

Increasing urbanization brings serious social, economic environmental risks. Lack of awareness of the environmental processes and incompetent dealing with them also applies to countries that have already gone through a period of transition and are among the developed countries. In the light of given information people questions the origins of their food and making informed food choices for decades. The slow food concept (with its hundreds of thousands of members and supporters) has changed our relationship with the foods in our lives.Training of VET learners on how to adapt Slow Food Movement to the education project is a “Exchanges of Good Practices” project through partnership among different organizations as Mezitli Board of Education (Lead Partner), Professional School of Agriculture ""Nikola Pushkarov"" (Bulgaria), Fatma Aliye Vocational and Technical High School (Turkey), Istituto Professionale Servizi per l'Agricoltura e lo Sviluppo Rurale"" G.Fortunato"" (Italy) and DEULA (Germany).
