Projekt prostřednictvím vizuálního umění, multikulturního přístupu a kreativního prostředí přispěl k základům místní udržitelnosti. •Cílem projektu bylo vyvinout a otestovat inovační vzdělávací proces založený na vývoji a testování účinných učebních nástrojů v oblasti tvůrčí ekonomiky, ochrany životního prostředí, kultury a řemesel. Projekt jednak informoval, motivoval a učil primární cílovou skupinu (lektoři partnerů projektu) a účastníky projektu, aby změnili svůj postoj k agendě udržitelného rozvoje a jednak povzbudil ohrožené skupiny obyvatel ve společnosti ke vzdělávání a aktivnému životu. Účastníci projektu získali základní schopnosti v oblasti komunikace a rozvoje městské a venkovské komunity a manuální dovednosti ve všech třech zkoumaných oblastech. V neposlední řadě nabyli zkušenostu a také v manažerských dovednostech – jednoduchá příprava projektů, management, účetnictví, monitoring a hodnocení.•Hlavními cílovými skupinami projektu byli učitelé a lektoři pracující s mládeží a dětmi. Vzdělávací aktivity projektu (7 ´mobility´ v 7 partnerských zemích) sloužily k testování kapitol příruček a k přípravě a testování modulárních tréninkových kurzů.

"MASTERS wants to promote apprenticeship in small and micro enterprises, developing and validating a set of practical and methodological tools to support the professional development of in-company tutors operating in SMEs, VET trainers and job counselors, so as to allow them to implement efficient and high quality apprenticeship programs. In fact, creating opportunities for high-quality WBL lies at the heart of current EU education and training policies. MASTERS pursues the concrete implementation of the quality criteria defined by the European Commission in the proposal on a “European Framework for Quality and Effective apprenticeships” (COM (2017) 563 Final).MASTERS is a complex and ambitious project, with six concrete intellectual outputs generated by six partners from four countries. We have scheduled the project for 36 months in order to ensure that the schedule is realistic and achievable and the project can produce high quality results and IOs. The main results of the project will be: AN In-depth analysis of WBL schemes at European level, with a particular focus on apprenticeships programs and on their managerial procedures, having a double aim: to promote the knowledge of WBL schemes both at national and at transnational level; two Curriculum Programmes and the respective Self- Directed Learning Guides for ""in-company tutors"" and ""job-vocational counsellors/professionals"" identifying and defining their own aims and areas for professional development (CVET) and addressing these through a range of active, participative and flexible learning activities; The “Toolkits” for better “recognition and transparency of non-formal and informal learning acquired through WBL schemes” that will enable on a large European scale a better assessment of experiential learning gained in the workplace and, therefore, give greater attractiveness to apprenticeships experiences for students and job-seekers. MASTER will than improve the quality and efficiency of apprenticeships in partners: this will be achieved through the professional development of 30 in-company tutors and 30 job-vocational counsellors involved in apprenticeships programs. For individual working as in-company tutors in SMEs (hosting organization) and as job-vocational counsellors/professional or specialist/practitioners in apprenticeship schemes in public and private employment/VET agencies (sending organization) the expected results include enhanced skills which will ensure higher levels of performances in dealing with learners in apprenticeship programmes, being able to motivate them while teaching and supporting them towards the completion of the training pathway. Furthermore, MASTERS will create a strategic transnational partnership focused on improving and promoting structured quality enhancement of apprenticeships programs. This in turn will implement a better link between VET providers and SMEs representatives, as suggested by the EC Proposal on a “European Framework for Quality and Effective apprenticeships”, so as to support mutual and regular feed-back mechanisms"

RIBES will address the need to enhance the uptake of biobased innovations through pioneering governance and business models developed on the convergence of the circular bioeconomy, social innovation and rural development, thus contributing to the shift from a linear to a circular economy in 9 European regions lagging in innovation. Project activities will focus on specific sub-national levels but will also encompass proactive dissemination and replication at the country level. Participating regions have been selected based on various socio-economic indicators and data concerning the characteristics of the agricultural and biobased sectors, demographics, innovation capacity, etc. RIBES will perform an in-depth multidisciplinary assessment of regional bioeconomy ecosystems and research possible correlations between the socio-economic trends, innovation bottlenecks and the role of the primary sector. RIBES will create a significant impact by delivering innovative and tailored governance solutions and business models capable of fostering grass-rooted circular bioeconomy value chains, with particular attention devoted to the advanced sustainability of regional inclusive biobased entrepreneurship solutions, thus contributing to strengthening rural development and innovation in participating regions. RIBES will implement 9 local Multi-actor Transformative Forums (MTFs) based on the Living Lab and Open Innovation concepts to address complex societal challenges and problems by putting stakeholder participation and deliberation processes at the centre, aiming at systemic transformative change (instead of only addressing symptoms) in the three pillars of technological, social and economic innovation to co-create tailored business and governance models.

This project will be in line with the European Green Deal postulates focusing especially on topics of circular economy and sustainable solutions. The project Consortium will be taking the topics a step further, transforming opportunities into solutions. Different skills and competencies should be developed and mindsets changed. People no matter their workplace should be prepared to understand the disruptive changes around them. The circular economy is an enormous challenge for developing and emerging countries, in terms of capabilities to ensure efficient treatment of waste, the responsibility over social behaviours. Moreover, what can be observed across the EU, is the struggle of municipals over waste management, which is no longer the management of municipal waste, but also industrial waste. The aim of the project: to strengthen the quality of start-uppers, young entrepreneurs and VET providers and enhance their professional development through improving environmental change competences as well as give them opportunity to validate these competences and adapt VET provision. In “European employment strategy” strong support for entrepreneurs and the self-employed is given through jobs creation, skills development and giving the opportunity for people to fully participate in society and the economy. Through this project we want to directly help enterprising, active people to develop their professional competences, and – indirectly – to provide the whole startups sectors with specific knowledge. Experiences with startuppers are commonly analysed not on local or regional level but across countries, because those firms operates in specific, mostly high-tech sectors and their scope of activity is often transitional. That is the first reason, why this project should be done within transnational partnership. The second one is the experience and background of entities involved in the project (related with start-ups support or collaboration with), which have to be joined to get synergy effect.Output 1 will be led by RARR in terms of coordination of works related to the creation of Curriculum scope. Output 2 will be led by Danmar in terms of coordination of works related to the creation of functionalities and programming and additional with methodological assistance from the UM. Each partner will be responsible involved in the creation of content Training digital materials, which will be divided into 6 thematic parts: Each part will be coordinated by another partner: Part1 – Ways of transition to natural energy and combating climate change - RARRPart 2 – Towards biodiversity and ecological transformation of companies -CETEMPart 3 – Plastic waste management in your SME - MindshiftPart 4 – Redesigning products and services to minimise the use of materials - DanmarPart 5 – Circular businesses models - THICPart 6 - Life cycle thinking – UMPartners come from a variety of geographical and professional backgrounds to ensure the successful implementation of this multi-level project.
