The aim is to develop and implement the new VET educational program for students and teachers on climate change and green topics in gastro sector and to rise public awareness through the preparation and consumption of appropriate meals.<< Implementation >>1.Analysis of the situation in VET in gastro sector on knowledge about the impact of food preparation on climate change and CO2 emissions2.Development of VET educational program on climate change and CO2 emissions and preparation of the Climate Cookbook3.Implementation of the program for students, teachers, caterers and cooks4.Promotion, dissemination and visibility of the project results with the aim of increasing awareness of VET students, teachers and broader public on climate change<< Results >>Overall result of the project is the developed and implement VET educational program for students and teachers on climate change and CO2 emissions for catering/gastronomic sector and the increased awareness on climate change, business greening opportunities and reduced CO2 emissions in catering/gastronomic sector. The project will also organize the educational workshops for VET students, teachers, caterers and chefs, and will create menus for restaurants with prominent CO2 emission of each meal.

    Three Organizations from Poland, Slovenia and the United Kingdom combined their experience and potential in response to the problem of insufficient competences of teachers in teaching foreign languages ​​to older people with low competences while using modern technologies. Another problem diagnosed by the partnership is the lack or low availability of practical English language learning material for seniors.In order to solve the above problems The partnership decided to set up an international team of experts that will develop innovative training materials based on the latest knowledge and experience in the field of teaching foreign languages. The team will include people with many years of experience in teaching English, working with the elderly, but also specialists in developing teaching methodologies and creating complete training programs. The project therefore concerns the area of ​​non-voactional adult education and responds to the need of raising competences of senior citizens in the field of multilingualism and ICT.The most important project goals are:• To create innovative results of intellectual work dedicated to English language teachers working with seniors;• To raise key competences of seniors in the field of multilingualism (English) and ICT;• To strengthen the potential of partner organizations.Project targets the following groups:• English language teachers working with older people (or intending to work), including teachers from partner organizations with less experience as well as teachers from partnership countries, but not only• Seniors learning English with low language competence and ICT skills;• Teachers - experts: employees or permanent contractors of partner organizations, people with vast expertise in teaching English and working with seniors• Partner organizations• Entities teaching EnglishActivities planned in the project:• Work on results in international interdisciplinary teams of experts, including international project meetings of staff and experts aimed at developing high-quality products which meet the standards set by the Partnership's institutions• Testing the developed methods and tools during international training for English trainers, which will support the transfer of knowledge and give the opportunity to verify the quality of results in practice and to make corrections• Carrying out dissemination workshops for min. 72 of adults (in each country at least 24 people will be covered by the activity)• Further dissemination - reaching interested organizations, institutions and people will increase the chances of widespread use of results.All project activities are designed to fit into the horizontal priority of expanding and developing the competences of educators and other employees supporting adult learners, while striving to raise key ICT competences for seniors. The results of intellectual work developed under the project are:(O1) Ebook - publication in the form of a mini guide for teachers/trainsers, constituting a reliable compendium of knowledge in the field of teaching English in a practical dimension. The material will contain directions for using the method developed under the project using modern technologies.(O2) Thematic modules - 8 practical large thematic modules that respond to the need to learn practical language used in everyday situations. Examples of training modules are: Shopping, Banking, Health Service, Online Forms. The program responds to the need of learning practical language used in everyday situations.(O3) Supplementary materials - two types of supplementary materials for the course: MULTIMEDIA MATERIALS (e.g. quizzes, presentations, interactive exercises, podcasts, tutorials, vocabulary flashcards, fake apps and fake portals, e.g. for ordering food, hotel reservations, restaurant tables , etc. and others) and TEXT MATERIALS in pdf files for printing and distribution to students or download (e.g. worksheets with exercises, vocabulary to consolidate, sets of expressions to be learned, conversation exercises).(O4) An educational platform where materials developed by experts, multimedia and work cards will be implemented. all of this will be presented in the form of a complete course divided into modules in accordance with the assumptions of the training program. An ebook will also be made available on the platform.All of the above mentioned project products will be made available and usable by all interested educational entities conducting language courses for the elderly (including language schools, universities of the 3rd age, NGOs).

    """Colourful Dance of Life"" is a project implemented under the Erasmus + programme in the period of 24 months ( 01.12.2020-30.11.2022). The project is implemented in partnership of 3 partner organizations from : Poland, Turkey, Slovenia. The area of the activities provided by partner organisations includes activation and education of seniors . The aim of the project is to develop innovative, creative methods of work with seniors, based on elements of EBRU art (traditional turkish painting on water) and learning elements of dances of different cultures. During the project two 5-day trainings will be organized in the partner countries (Turkey, Slovenia). Participants of the trainings will be seniors (participating in the project) and employees of partner organisations (including educators). A total number of people taking part in the project (beneficiaries and employees of the organisations): 30 persons. At the end of the project an exhibition of the participants' works will be organized together with a dance show. The event will be organized in Poland (Sopot). Moreover, it is planned to develop an album with pictures of participants' works, bearing international sentences/advices referring to universal values and life wisdom. Through its activities, the project promotes integration, development of passions, better understanding one's own desires, supports the general psychophysical well-being of seniors."

During outdoor activities, we will strengthen care for nature and reduce pollution.     "Organizations from Poland, Slovenia and Italy have diagnosed problems such as the low ICT competences among seniors, too little awareness of the value of cultural heritage, too large a generation gap, and insufficiently developed intergenerational dialogue.PROJECT AIMS- To create innovative intellectual outputs for educators working with seniors;- To raise level of key competences among seniors in the area of understanding and creating information, ICT, personal, social and in the field of learning as well as cultural awareness and expression;- To build awareness about the European cultural heritage and European identity;- To activate older people and to support intergenerational dialogue;- To strengthen the potential of partner organizations.TARGET GROUPS• Educators working with older people in various institutions, such as universities of the 3rd age, therapy workshops, community centers, NGOs, libraries, activity clubs, etc.• Seniors - people interested in intergenerational and intercultural dialogue, willing to develop activity, share knowledge and experience in the field of cultural heritage.• Participants of dissemination conferences (representatives of institutions);• Experts - an international interdisciplinary team that while working on the results will also develop competences and expand knowledge;• Partner organizations and other entities working for seniorsThe project consists in developing innovative results of intellectual work for educators working with seniors. The results will support the competences of seniors in the field of cultural storytelling using ICT. We want to support seniors in acquiring the skills to talk about cultural heritage, especially to younger generations, which is why we anticipate the use of modern technologies. An international team of experts (2-4 people from each country) will be set up to work on the results. They will be people with extensive experience, expert knowledge and documented successes.INTELLECTUAL OUTPUTS1) ""Cultural Storytelling"" training course: class scenarios for seniors.The course will consist of a series of workshops for seniors.OBJECTIVE: To equip elderly people with knowledge and tools supporting intergenerational and intercultural dialogue, aimed at dissemination, promotion of local cultural heritage, interesting places and related stories.The course will consist of 4 thematic modules:MODULE I - Introduction to storytellingMODULE II - Local cultural heritageMODULE III - Storytelling on the webMODULE IV - Multimedia for the promotion of cultural heritage2) A set of storytelling cards - story cards about local cultural heritage.Story cards are an increasingly common tool for stimulating storytelling. This tool fits the needs of people who want to master the difficult art of conscious storytelling.We will create a unique and innovative storytelling tool for constructing stories about the region's cultural heritage and reflection on its meaning. The cards will be prepared in such a way as to build intergenerational dialogue (seniors - young people), based on a review of proven narrative structures and models, repeated in the most engaging stories. Hints, slogans, suggestions, questions contained on the cards will become a pretext for the story and conversation, structure and extract ""hidden knowledge"", especially about intangible heritage (knowledge, skills, practices, ideas, values, images, messages).3) Manual / ebookIt will contain:PART I - Description of the Method• Cultural heritage as a carrier of values;• Storytelling as a method to promote cultural heritage;• Seniors as communicators of values, history and cultural heritage;• Benefits of activating seniors and including them in the information society• Advantages and benefits of intergenerational and intercultural dialogue.PART II - Catalog of good practicesIt will provide inspiration. Specific examples can be found in the catalogshowing interesting ways of disseminating cultural heritage using storytelling methods. Each partner will describe a minimum of 15 good practices (a minimum of 45 in total) in the use of storytelling to promote the local cultural heritage.PLANNED ACTIONS• 5 international meetings of the staff;• 1 international workshop for educators working with seniors (testing results stage)• 9 dissemination workshops for seniors (3 in each country);• 3 conferences (1 in each country)The project falls under priority VI: PROMOTING THE ERASMUS + PROGRAM AMONG ALL CITIZENS AND GENERATIONS, INCLUDING BY OFFERING EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCES FOR THE ELDERLY TO BUILD EDUCATION."
