As of August 2021, 2.833 million young people under 25 in the EU were unemployed (Eurostat 2021). Since the onset of the pandemic, it is estimated the youth unemployment rate in the EU has risen from 14.9% to 17.1%1 (Eurostat 2021). Youth unemployment in the rest of European continent is no better. Globally, the ILO (2021) estimates that by January 2021, young people (15–25) had experienced an employment loss of 8.7%, compared to only 3.7% for adults. However, the longer the crisis lasts, the greater the risk of unemployment taking root and creating difficult times for the millions of young people aged 15 to 19 currently enrolled in secondary schools, who will enter the labour market in the coming years. Thus the crisis has the potential to create a ""lockdown generation"" and worsen the job opportunities of new entrants. Hence, the generation of young people who will enter the labour market does so after the worst economic crisis in over half a century, which has affected young people disproportionately. That is why it is necessary for the next generation of workers not only to be able to find suitable jobs, but also to create them.Following, non-formal entrepreneurship education for young people starting already from secondary school is needed. Entrepreneurship education is usually not included in many secondary school curricula and having a formal course in Entrepreneurship will not appeal to young people at such a young age; from the other side non-formal entrepreneurship education program would strengthen the capacity of young people to enter into entrepreneurial activity, impact positively their entrepreneurial motivation and contribute to improvement of business environment and development of youth entrepreneurship. Not to mention, that established companies seek to hire employees with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation, relevancy and competitive advantage at these organizations - often called intrapreneurship.<< Objectives >>NGOE will aim to develop entrepreneurial skills among young people aged 15-19, currently enrolled in secondary schools. To this end, the consortium of partners will develop an innovative non-formal entrepreneurial pedagogical program using digital tools. Hence, NGOE will:-Foster entrepreneurial initiatives among young people by developing their entrepreneurial skills through an innovative non-formal pedagogical methodology;-Develop entrepreneurial skills using new ICT tools: development of new learning methods and integration of digital technologies in learning and teaching;-Develop the necessary tools based on a human-centred design approach, taking into account the needs, desires, limitations and environment of the individual. The direct target groups of NGOE will be young people aged 15-19 enrolled in secondary schools, who have all the potential to become entrepreneurs and just need education to learn how; and secondly, youth workers, who need to integrate new skills and tools into their entrepreneurship teaching to support young people at a younger age before they finish their studies and so contribute to their decision to become entrepreneurs.<< Implementation >>NGOE foresees the following activities and results:-Dissemination & communication activities will be realized.-Six project transnational meetings.-Five Project PRs:•Based on the results of needs analysis partners will create “The Entrepreneurial Skills framework (PR1)” which will specify the skills to be fostered for urging entrepreneurship among young people. So,the PR1 will provide a thorough analysis on the main topic of entrepreneurial skills, as well as informed recommendations for the Pedagogical methodology approach of the entrepreneurial curricula (PR2).•Entrepreneurial curricula: Pedagogical methodology approach (PR2). Through the PR2, partners will benchmark the various existing teaching methodologies identified in the needs analysis, choosing one which will be the best suitable to develop entrepreneurial skills identified in PR1. So, in the PR2 will be detailed the pedagogical methodology approach that will be used by partners for the realization of Online Toolkit (PR4) and for the entire NGOE project.•The Skills Evaluation Model (PR3) will provide information on the evaluation methodology and the tools to adopt for assessing entrepreneurial skills within the scope of the NGOE project. So, partners with the PR3 will create an assessment process that matches the spirit of the pedagogical methodology (PR2) selected for NGOE.•The Online Toolkit for young people (PR4) will be accessible through the online platform (which will be developed as part of PR4) and provide all the materials and necessary tools (both ICT and non-ICT tools), to promote entrepreneurship among young people. The PR4 will include a number of different e-learning units for young people, corresponding to the stages of NGOE methodology (PR2). The PR4 also go through a pilot testing that will take form of a blended mobility (C1).•The Youth Workers Implementation Guide (PR5) an educational resource for youth workers that will describe them step by step how to use/implement the NGOE educational programme and so all PRs developed when working with young people. To this purpose, it will be realized a training event for youth workers (C2).-Blended mobility BM (C1) for young people in Estonia.-Training event for youth workers (C2) in Spain.-Ten multiplier events.<< Results >>Beyond PRs, here the impacts that we expect to have:Youth workers:-Count on a full set of educational resources for supporting the acquisition of entrepreneurial skills and knowledge among young people attending secondary schools through a new innovative pedagogical methodology approach. -Enhanced motivation to offer a high level entrepreneurial education to young people.-New acquired capacity to strength initiatives to promote entrepreneurship education in young people still attending secondary schools. Youth workers will bring the new methodology into their professional practice.-Youth workers might transpose the NGOE programme to other disciplines and include NGOE in the their organization pedagogic strategy.Young people:-Develop new skills and knowledge in key concepts of entrepreneurship and will be able to use ICT tools. -Young people will consider starting their own business in the future in partners local community.-The NGOE methodology will contribute to remobilise young people with fewer opportunities or who are struggling at school, and gives them more autonomy and opportunities for their future entrance in labour market and to take the initiative, it will reveal talents and helps young people build themselves up as individuals.-Be introduced to the online toolkit for young people (PR4), a self-regulated learning available as OER in English and all partners languages. By scaffolding their further development, the PR4 will not just increase the entrepreneurial skills but also foster the entrepreneurial spirit and initiative among young people.-Be better prepared to face their future entrance in job and business market through the acquired skills."

The surge in intolerance, stereotyping and discrimination against migrants and refugees represents one of the most glaring realities influencing political and civil society debate, particularly in the European polities most sensibly hit by the massive migrants and refugee flows from Africa and the Middle Eastern region. Eurostat quantifies in 164.300 the number of extra-EU nationals who sought asylum in the EU-28 during the third quarter of 2017.In its Report covering the period between 2015 and 2016, the European Network Against Racism highlighted a concerning upward trend in episodes of racism, discrimination and aggression against migrants, in coincidence with the intensification in the migration crisis and the resulting spike in antimigration political discourse and exclusionary migration policies across the European Union. The Report also identified a statistical increase in direct violence against refugees and asylum seekers in Europe. This pattern of discrimination, stereotyping and attack (physical as well as verbal) is fuelled by and feeds a sliding of public debate over migrants and migration towards a subalternity to the dichotomic categorizations and confrontational positions expressed by populist, extremist and generally farright movements, which increasingly gain access to the mainstream public debate and realm of policies. Young people are particularly vulnerable to racist and discriminatory propaganda and messages, in particular considering their preferential use of Social Media, wherein this type of aggressive and discriminatory speech is ever more circulated. The necessity of setting the conditions for youth awareness about racism and discrimination as well as of the active contrast thereof in the field of youth is stressed by the European Youth Strategy, which sets the objective of supporting the development of cultural awareness and the contrast of prejudice among the youth. WSTH pursues these objectives by means of selecting and training a cluster of youth volunteers actively committed to contrasting feelings and practices of discrimination among young people as well as promoting the positive values of tolerance and respect of diversity enshrined in European identity and citizenshipWSTH activities are:- Research and identification of European good practices in contrasting radicalization and prejudice among young people through Storytelling, Sport and Art.- Selection of a cluster of 10 young people per partner country (5 of local and 5 of migrant origins) to take part in the process of educational empowerment delivered in the project.- Implementation of 3 Blended Youth Mobilities (1 per partner country) wherein partners will develop the knowledge, skills and competences of selected youngsters in employing unconventional instruments of Non Formal Education (Storytelling, Sport and Art) as tools for contrasting phenomena of racism and xenophobia among their fellow young people, as well as spreading positive values of inclusion and tolerance.- Implementing a set of local activities delivered by participating youngsters in each partner country towards an audience of their own peers (locals and migrants). The focus of the activities will be to convey the educational message of the project to youngsters in local realities.- Developing educational resources (Research Reports, Manual and Blog) in multiple languages allowing a wide accessibility and disclosure of project results and thereby producing a direct impact on the audience of youngsters and youth operators in partner countries and in Europe at large."

From the moment we open our eyes and start the day, we are faced with many possibilities. At every moment of our lives, we have to make decisions between options. Sometimes we consult people around us when evaluating these options. Especially when making important decisions that will affect our lives, we get support from our family, friends or experienced people. In fact, we aim to transform this counseling we do in our daily life into a more comprehensive, systematic and accessible way. We aim to reach especially to young people who are in the most active period of their lives and need right guidance with mentoring activities. The COVID-19 has interrupted almost all mentoring activities and led to a limited transfer of the good habits and right behaviors between mentors and mentees as well. Mentor and mentee relationship requires ongoing communication and relationship, especially in difficult times. It seems paradoxical when the need for mentor support increases in difficult times, unfortunately the mentor should stay away from mentees due to COVID-19 or other reasons. As a solution to keep the mentoring and also transferring good habits and behaviors alive in case of any interruption between mentor and mentee, the e-mentoring system can become one of the most effective and innovative tools to solve any problem, develop young people regarding their talent, characters and skills, and fulfill the needs of the young people. The Erasmus + Program is bringing together the 6 partners from 4 different countries including Turkey, Romania, Czech Republic and the Netherlands. This partnership aims to increase the awareness of mentoring in Turkey for young people to use their potential in the best way. Objectives that we aim to reach with project activities are as follows;- To increase the awareness of institutions that contact young people about mentoring and to cooperate with institutions so that more young people can benefit from mentoring activities,- To provide young people with experience in different fields with mentoring skills,- Creating a digital platform that can bring mentors and mentees together,- To enable young people to know themselves, to have self-confidence, to increase their creativity, talent and potential in the best way,- Support the mental well-being of young people, especially those affected by the Covid-19 process, and to increase their participation in society by strengthening their social adaptation through the platform,- To encourage young people to acquire good character and good habits through volunteering and social responsibility activities to be a good person. We will carry out various activities to realize these objects;(I) Awareness-raising activitiesThe experiences of partner organizations in the field of mentoring will be shared and mentoring activities in Europe will be examined. In this context, we will work to bring mentoring activities to more young people in Turkey. We will organize a workshop to increase mentoring awareness. 150 participants from representatives of institutions that provide services to young people will participate in the workshop.(II) Mentor training160 young volunteers, age between 20-30, with experience in different fields will be given mentoring training. After this training, mentors will take part in the e-mentoring platform we will create. These young people will acquire lifelong skills.(III) E-mentoring platform, e-mentors' need analysis, and a toolkit for volunteer e-mentors.We will create a digital mentoring platform where mentors can meet with mentees without time or space restrictions together with e-mentor's need analysis and a toolkit for volunteer e-mentors. Young mentees will be able to communicate with people who will guide them on many issues. With the support of the mentors, they will get to know themselves better, use more of their potential and learn to make the most of the opportunities. With the help of this platform, we aim to reach at least 5000 young people between 15-30 years old within the project period.(IV) DisseminatingWe will organize a dissemination event so that the platform will continue to be used after the project is over. 150 representatives from state institutions, non-governmental organizations, universities and press members working with young people will participate in this event. When the project is completed we expect to have an increased awareness of mentoring in Turkey. We expect young people who benefit from e-mentoring activities to reveal their potential, to be aware of the opportunities ahead, to make the right choices, to be mentally healthy and to develop themselves intellectually. We expect that the platform will reach into a large audience at the local and transnational level even after the project is over and serve as a tool of the intercultural dialogue between young people.

Our project will focus on the social, youth and economic dimensions of the ecological transformation set by the European Green Deal. Together with our partners, we have identified, in the planning phase of the project, the two most important specific areas within the scope of the horizontal priority ""environment and the fight against climate change"", which will form the axis of our project: - Green Three Seas for Youth - Youth for Green Three Seas - Green Labour Market - green skills for youthThe organizations involved in our project represent industrial regions that are most exposed to the potential effects of the unfairly carried out ecological transformation. Youth from these regions should be given a say in the direction of this transformation. Young people realize that this is the moment when they have the opportunity to create a place for their lives and work in the future. That is why we decided to establish a cooperative partnership that will bring together 10 youth work organizations based in the industrial centers of the Three Seas Initiative countries. The ""Green Three Seas for Youth"" project responds to the needs of youth, the needs of our organizations, local, national and international needs that we identified during the planning stage. The youth voice is still not strong enough in the public debate. Our project is a way to strengthen it. On the basis of youth recommendations, we will develop a ""Green Three Seas for Youth"" Strategy, which will be presented to decision-makers. The strategy will contribute to youth activization. We got in touch with the Youth Councils operating in the countries of our organizations, their members say clearly - the lack of expert strategic documents and analysis that are based on youth recommendations is one of the biggest obstacles to effective action and lobbying for youth demands. Our project also addresses the needs of youth to increase their employability. The first chapter of our Strategy will be the chapter ""Green Labour Market"". - this is an area of particular importance for young people who will have to find their way in the reality undergoing transformation. Within the framework of our project we meet the needs of young people who want to develop competencies that will allow them to find their place in the labour market of the future. We will create a workshop scenario that will help young people find their way in the green job market, develop their green competencies and prepare them to live and work in the societies of the future.<< Objectives >>The aim of the project is to strengthen cooperation within the Three Seas Initiative for climate, environment, sustainable development and the European Green Deal. Building a strong partnership of organizations and institutions for the climate will contribute to increasing the Initiative's potential by increasing social capital within participating organizations, associate partners and third parties that will be affected by the project through dissemination events and a social campaign. The project also aims to increase the role of young people in the public debate by basing the main result of the project, the Green Three Seas Strategy for Young People, on the recommendations of young people. We will raise the competences of young people, thus increasing their employability in the changing reality of the Green Deal. The preparation, implementation and popularization of the ""Green Labor Market - Green Competences"" workshops, which will become an integral part of the local activities of our organizations, will implement our goal in the field of sectoral priorities: Promoting active citizenship, sense of initiative and entrepreneurship of young people, and Empowering young people for employment. Conducting such workshops in the areas of activity of our organizations - industrial areas, will have tangible effects in the form of supporting young people in making career path choices, by educating and raising environmental awareness and related knowledge about the effects of climate change, as well as the effects of activities aimed at their retention on the economy and the labor market. In the first place, it is a workshop work with the use of non-formal education methods conducted with the use of modern digital means of distance communication. This method will be used to carry out activities aimed at developing the results of the project. At the same time, 10 stationary international meetings will be held, which will aim to get to know each other better, evaluate the activities on a current basis, manage the project and set project goals for the next stages As part of the project, we also plan to carry out a blended mobility activity, which aims to test workshops in the field of green competences and green jobs prepared earlier by young people. 20 participants from groups at risk of social exclusion will take part in the exchange. At the end of the project, we are planning a wide-ranging online social campaign and a series of 10 national dissemination meetings with decision-makers..<< Results >>The first result of the project will be the ""Green Three Seas for Young"" strategy. The document will consist of the following parts: Chapter I: The Green Labor Market Chapter II: Just Transition Chapter III: Inclusive climate policies Chapter IV: Ecological education The strategy aims to collect demands and recommendations of young people from industrial regions who will be affected by deep reforms under the European Green Deal. Young people are aware that these changes relate primarily to their future, therefore they would like to comment on the topic and involve them in the transformation process. The strategy will be preceded by an online survey in which 10,000 young people will take part. The second result will be scenarios of workshops on the green labor market and green competences. Again, the youth saw that traditional professions in their regions, such as mining, metallurgy and heavy industry, would be deeply reformed. Youngpeople understand the need for change, therefore they want to better prepare themselves and their peers for the new times. A separate result will be an extensive information campaign promoting both the European Green Deal and the ""Green Three Seas for Young"" strategy. The campaign will reach 100,000 online audiences and 200 audiences attending national dissemination events. Policy makers will be invited to the national meetings and will be officially presented with the strategy for inclusion in local policy. More than the above, thanks to the implementation, young people: - will acquire the competence to create international campaigns to disseminate the results and products of the project, - They will acquire competence in conducting surveys, street probes and then analyzing their results and their presentation, - increase their competences in cooperation with international organizations, - will expand their language competences, - learn to manage international projects, - will raise digital competences, - learn how to work effectively in international (multicultural) groups, - learn the basics of running a social campaign, - they will gain self-confidence, - learn design thinking, - will gain the ability to work in a group and build relationships in a team, - will develop creative thinking, - will develop knowledge of the English language, - will gain communication and self-presentation skills, - learn to plan activities effectively to achieve their goals, - gain new, valuable international contacts, - They will learn how to create a strategy, - They will learn the principles of the European Green Deal, - They will be given the opportunity to comment on topics important from the point of view of young people. Regardless of the above: - A strategic partnership of 10 organizations will be established, which will also function after the end of the project."
