It especially addresses the needs of the people facing absolute exclusion factors, like homeless. In Italy and Greece the topic of social inclusion thru art and creativity has been exploited at large mainly due to EU policies and financial support ( EU Commission, CULTURE, CREATIVITY AND INCLUSIVE SOCIETY Factsheet 2019) however in North Macedonia, even the national policies are adopted, the country lacks tremendously at practical solutions to this trending issue( report by public.org.mk, 2019) The ERASMUS+ program provides opportunity to share good practices among relevant organization active in this field in all 3 partner countries.Even more, the current COVID-19 pandemic affected the most marginalized, including the homeless, unemployed, and people dependent on social care systems the most. Our partnership was formed upon specific experience of all 4 NGOS, as we are all working with locals with disadvantaged background to enhance their potential into skills applicable to the labor market. On the range from homeless to people with fewer opportunities we are working daily providing non-formal learning, trainings for skills development. Sustainability of our results is the main driver of our projects which can be verified that two of the partners, IN VIVO ( coordinator) and Libertutti ( partner from Italy) have established and successfully operate social cooperatives/enterprises. Social inclusion thru creativity and arts is the right thing to do, and it also makes good economic sense. Left unaddressed, the exclusion of disadvantaged groups can be costly both to national and EU economy. HOPE has the potential to be a real example of sharing good practices under ERASMUS+ program as it supplements each partner expertise. IN VIVO and Libertutti bring the expertise in social inclusion thru skills development, Challedu brings in their experience in social inclusion thru arts and creativity and Pro Local brings their expertise in engaging the local communities to support the social inclusion of people with fewer opportunities. It is a partnership that falls under the ERASMUS+ priority of establishment of sustainable links between organizations active in non-formal adult education. The main goal of HOPE project is to support marginalized and people with disadvantaged background that want to challenge their current social and material status, and increase their chances for sustainable reintegration in all spheres of social life. HOPE focuses on marginalized people ( homeless, social care recipients, migrants, people with fewer opportunities from rural parts, people with disadvantages) and aims to provide them real hope for social inclusion based on their own potential. Adult education for this specific target will result in development of their artistic skills so they can create marketable products thus provide for themselves. The social entrepreneurship dimension is added value to HOPE proposal as it secures sustainability of the results. Having people with extraordinary obstacles (economic, social, ethnic, etc) to overcome those and be engaged and benefit from the organized society is the main result derived from HOPE activities.HOPE logic is straightforward and rooted in the practical experience of all 4 organizations included in thus strategic partnership.Outreach to people with fewer opportunities that are not participating in society, who are not learning how to overcome their difficulties is necessary in order to achieve social inclusion. All project partners have vast experience in working with people that are marginalized and have been out of the society, loosing the benefits of the institutional support thus lacking decent life. Many of those people have great creative and artistic potentials that can be enhanced into marketable products. HOPE project have three-fold effect. Our specific project objectives are:First, to help people to develop their creativity into artistic skills. Second, to foster social inclusion of the people with disadvantaged background thru artsand third, to promote social entrepreneurship in all 3 partner countries.HOPE project is a real example of ""hands on"" approach. All 4 organizations involved in the Strategic Partnership have their strength in practical application of support for marginalized and people with disadvantaged background. This allows them to build up upon their previous activities and share best practices among each other in HOPE implementation:-targeting of marginalized and people with disadvantaged background with creative potential. Primary target group of HOPE project are 30 marginalized and people with disadvantaged background from North Macedonia, Greece and Italy."

They are experiencing the lowest levels of mental well-being and high levels of loneliness but also greater job loss, a decrease in working time and insecurity about their professional and financial futures. In Eurofound’s survey, 11% of young respondents lost their jobs during the pandemic and 12% considered it likely to lose it in the coming months, compared to respectively 8% and 9% of workers over 30. EUROSTAT (2020) highlighted the worst rate of NEETs in EU: Italy +27,8%, Greece +25,1, Bulgaria +15,2%, Spain +15,1, Hungary +16,6%, Germany +13%. The impact of the pandemic on education is also damaging young people’s opportunities to accumulate human capital. Young workers will be the next victims of the COVID-19 economic fallout. However, Young people still trust the EU (6.1 out of 10) and it is a duty of the civil society to promote a change towards a positive attitude for the future to overcome covid-19 emergency and reach a more inclusive and cohesive societal system that can support the growth of the new generation. As highlighted in the Lisbon Strategy for Growth and Jobs and the European Youth Pact, one of the keys priority for the inclusion of youth in the labour market are promoting labour market access and quality employment, fighting skills mismatch and investing in both the short- and long-term involvement of young people in the labour market.FABLE project idea born to propose new spaces of inclusiveness to strengthen the key competences of young people, using the sustainable fashion as a tool to bring young people back together through an attractive and concrete topic as well as promoting entrepreneurship, creative learning and critical thinking.FABLE project has been designed to involve 6 EU countries that tried different approaches in covid-19 emergency but demonstrated how democratic and strong the outbreak impacted negatively in the life of millions of young people. In this sense, FABLE aims to propose an alternative solution to promote inclusiveness starting from youth workers, the only professional figures that can significantly promote a change among young people stimulating their sense of initiative and youth entrepreneurship as well as promoting opportunities that can lead to a personal and professional change in this uncertain time.<< Objectives >>FABLE will focus on two key global topics: how to be sustainable even in fashion and how an ever-evolving industry can be used as a lever to develop new inclusive opportunities and transversal skills that can also be useful outside this market through the promotion of critical thinking and ethical work as a basis for the future. FABLE wants to stimulate, starting from youth, the society to rethink our local vision promoting a continuity between opportunities, labour market, youth inclusion and sustainable vision for the future. Our objectives will be: - Empowering young people and fostering the skill-building of young people with an innovative flexible methodology to be adaptable in different disadvantaged contexts; - Empowering organizations across EU by promoting fashion labour market social inclusion approaches and providing tools and resources to concretely turn into actions creative ideas connected to the sustainable fashion world; - Awareness-raising local communities on the importance of rethinking the concept of inclusiveness creating a fil rouge with opportunities, labour market and sustainability. We will reach these objectives through 3 project results targeted to youth workers, young people and organisation working in the creative and youth fields to support the achievement of the planned milestones.<< Implementation >>FABLE project plans to implement the following activities: - an INTERNATIONAL piloting experimentation of an innovative approach for youth workers using SUSTAINABLE FASHION as tool to build inclusive spaces for young people. This experimentation will be delivered in contemporary in six EU countries (IT, GR, ES; BG, HU, GE) and will be guided by experienced partners in the field of creativity, youth, sustainable fashion and non-formal education. The course will also include a round of project-based work in which youth workers will deepen their new knowledge and will adapt the dynamic framework provided by the course in their local community and with their specific youth targets; - a cycle of workshops and laboratories for young people which will be developed inside the EU G-LOCAL HUBS developed to be in force in Greece, Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, Spain and Hungary. These spaces will serve as baseline for non-formal activities for young people who want to improve their soft skills through non-formal activities based on sustainable fashion. These spaces will work in synergies with together local NGOs and will work as incubator of ideas in the creativity, sustainable fashion, youth and educational fields. The Hubs will be dynamic to support their sustainability over the time and further future improvements; - the creation of an International Network Hub of organisations and stakeholders acting in the creative, sustainable fashion, youth and educational fields to support the exchange of good practices and the collaboration development of new actions targeted to young people. The actions included in this part will be the development of the EU Leaderboard challenges for stakeholder engagement. Furthermore, the project will include several informal and formal moments in which local realities, young people and youth workers will be involved in events, workshops, laboratories, and new content to stimulate and awareness-raising the local communities of the project.<< Results >>The main project outcome will be: - an ONLINE TRAINING CURRICULUM for youth workers on innovative practices using the sustainable fashion as a tool to develop inclusive spaces for young people (PR1) delivered using experimental methods for piloting (contemporary lessons with in presence group-sessions organised in line with the covid-19 rules) and developed starting from the definition of an innovative pedagogical approach born from the integration between art-based learning, creative tinkering and sustainable entrepreneurship; - at least +90 youth workers trained on the FABLE pedagogical approach for young people (PR1) and supported to improve their CPD in innovative practices to support skill-building in youth activities using sustainable fashion; - at least +150 young people welcomed and involved in the FABLE G-local Hubs located in 6 EU countries and built to facilitate non-formal activities to improve soft skills using sustainable fashion and stimulate critical thinking, sense of initiative and entrepreneurship and creative learning; - a INTERNATIONAL NETWORK HUB to promote collaboration at EU and national level between subjects who work with sustainable fashion and want to use FABLE activities to improve their social inclusion activities with young people, especially those with vulnerabilities; - at least +50 entities in the EU involved in further actions to promote inclusive activities for young people using the innovative approach of FABL based on the sustainable fashion;- increased motivation and active engagement of young people at local and EU level to rethink solutions and to re-build inclusive spaces to create a set of crucial competences for the future and at the same time improve self-consciousness towards the green economy and the new careers; - increased synergies and cross-collaborations between the civil society and the profit sector (+50 EU actors) to promote solidarity, inclusion and access to the labour market, especially in this moment of deep economic crisis; - increased motivation in the civil society, especially among youth organisations, to promote ethical visions among young people and invest in new opportunities in the youth field; - applied the principles and values enclosed in the European Social Rights Pillar article 01, 02, 03 and 04 of the first chapter promoting education, training and life-long learning, gender equality, equal opportunities and active support to the employment.

Working experience and exchange with collaborating organisations and network contacts of the partners, have shown that creating an inclusive setting for young people to share their concerns, wishes and backstories in, has proven difficult in the last year. The DigiArts project aims to focus on this ""interrupted"" dialogue and develop a qualitative and effective way for young people and youth workers to exchange in dialogue and cooperation and support each other in an innovative digital way.DigiArts focuses on developing an innovative and creative method for youth workers to foster social inclusion. It is based on the Culture & Art for Unity (CA4U) pilot Restorative Justice project that was carried out by the organisation RJ4All in the United Kingdom and was awarded the first prize by the London Mayor’s Culture Seeds competition in 2019. The CA4U was a children-led, community cohesion project that provided educational and recreational activities to marginalised children to create original, digital art to bring local culture to life. DigiArts will use the values of Restorative Justice (power sharing, equality, dignity, respect and involvement in decision making) as well as its dialogue-based practices to establish an inclusive environment for young people of various ethnic backgrounds, gender identities and social classes. DigiArts uses Restorative Justice values and Arts to strengthen collaboration and dialogue among European youth. Disadvantaged young people are invited to talk about their concerns, motivations and obstacles to others in a safe and inclusive setting, supporting intercultural exchange between the groups and raising awareness for other youngsters’ backstories, concerns and needs. The youth workers learn how to support the young people in transforming their concerns into an artistic creation in the form of videos, photos or digital drawings and designs and exchange the art with other young people. Using digital arts to enable dialogue is especially appropriate considering the increase of digital technologies in our private and professional life during the recent years, where such dialogue and collaboration was not possible due to preventive health restrictions worldwide.<< Objectives >>This project aims at providing youth workers and other professionals in this area with an opportunity to broaden their methodologies and adjust their work attitudes to Restorative Justice values in order to foster a dialogue of cooperation and mutual understanding among young people. Thus, DigiArts improves the current practices of youth workers and enhances their competences regarding sensitive topics in youth work. Youth workers learn to incorporate Restorative Justice values into their attitudes and how to implement this approach via creative art tools in their work with young people. The project enhances the intercultural understanding between young people who are struggling with social inclusion and are at risk of being excluded from their peers because of their cultural backgrounds, age, gender identity or social class. Even more, they learn to listen to and to exchange with each other to foster a dialogue of understanding.Expected impact onYOUTH WORKERS- provide them tools which help them to promote a dialogue among different groups, thus foster inclusion- improve youth work methodologies on a local, regional, national and European level by enabling youth work professionals to adopt and implement a new and innovative approach to tackle sensitive and conflicting topics with young people- enable youth work professionals to implement digital counselling without loss of quality or impact. This allows youth workers to broaden the reach of their work and provide support and help for more young people, even including youngsters who are not able to come to a counselling or intervention in person- increase exchange of experiences and practices among European professionals in youth work and young people across EuropeYOUNG PEOPLE- increase acceptance towards diversity, differences of gender identity, social class and migrant backgrounds- increase collaboration and cooperation among young people- support young people to use their creativity and imagination to interact and collaborate with their peers and share their concerns and worries with others. The artistic approach is expected to support them in an open and artful way.- increase awareness regarding the advantages, challenges and risks of digital work<< Implementation >>The DigiArts project consist of three main Results: A Methodology Manual, an Activity Handbook and an E-learning environment and course.Detailed activities include:- Establishment of a Project Management Team (one representative from each project partner);- Development of a Project Management Plan;- Development of a Quality Evaluation Strategy;- Development of a Dissemination Strategy;- Development of a Sustainability Strategy.Local pilots:- R1: 15 youth work professionals per country=15x6= 90 participants;- R2: 20 participants (youth workers and young people) per country=20x6= 120 participants;- R3: 15 (youth workers and young people) per country=15x6= 95 participants;- 4 transnational meetings to ensure successful and effective implementation of the project- 1 transnational training, to discuss necessary adaptations of the materials and train youth workers in the methodology and activities of the project- 6 multiplier events- 5 newsletters- 4 Quarterly Reports (every 6 months)- Interim Report, including all documentation and proofs- Final Report, including all documentation and proofs<< Results >>The DigiArts project is expected to produce 3 key Results:Result 1: Methodological Framework on Restorative Justice and Arts – A Manual on the combination of Arts and Restorative Justice and how to apply this new approach adequately.
