"<< Background >>""Pedagogical entrepreneurship is recognized by being innovative and explorative, whether it is about economic growth, values, scientific approach, or making a difference. Pedagogical entrepreneurship calls for a broader definition of the entrepreneurship area, since it frames priority of practical, problem-based, research-based, and lifelike activities for the students, cooperation with local businesses, organizations, and life outside school. A definition of entrepreneurship (or enterprise education) includes emphasis on establishing and running a business of some kind. "".(Oxford edu) In this project we focus on both inner and outher entrepreneurship, both in a wider meening, and when it comes to business. As our regions suffer from the same problems, young people leaving for national and international hubs, is it of the utmost importance for our regions to reverse this trend. We also want to trigger a shift away from entrepreneurship education as an ‘add-on’ to the curriculum, to entrepreneurship education as an integral part of the curriculum.<< Objectives >>Increased awareness of opportunities for participants in partner countriesIncreased self-esteem and confidence among the participantsIncreased employability among participantsIncreased rate of interest in founding start-ups by the participantsEstablish a sustainable view of entrepreneurship in a post-Covid world among all participantsDevelop a best practice regarding how to work with pedagogical entrepreneurship as a tool to achieve the above<< Implementation >>4 transnational meetings, 4 digital Innovation Camps,4 IRL LTT´s,Collaboration between the meetings mentioned above, preparation for LLT´s and Digital Innovation Camps, common lectures and workshop, both by the project partners and also by lokal partners such as local universities, organisations and companies. The background of this project is a long-standing partnership between two schools in mid Scandinavia, Jämtlands Gymnasium (JGY) and Thora Storm Upper Secondary School (TSV). The two schools have participated in two successful Interreg projects with the aim of developing entrepreneurial thinking among the students, and inspire them to start a new business. In order to develop the project further M.A.Refalo Sixth Form was included in the project. They were chosen since they are a school that share the ideas of entrepreneurial thinking with the other two schools. Carrying out innovative, entrepreneurial methods on students are the objectives of the project. In this project, the students get to test their skills against students at their own level or at even higher levels, through workshops and Camp Creative. Additionally, we develop student and teaching skills at the same time. We aim to transfer entrepreneurial thinking among a large body of transnational students and teachers. The sum of many people encouraged to develop and share new thinking is the most efficient way of developing new ideas. We will focus on short term mobilites for teachers and students, where they will travel to the different countries once a year, in order to exchanges practices, and try out new methods within pedagogical entrepreneurship. In addition to the partners, we will also invite local businesses to participate, which makes the project a part of the local community and show the students that these are skills needed by both the local and the international community, through Camp Creative. Furthermore, the activities give us the opportunity to promote the development, testing and implementation of innovative practices in education. The way to implement such innovative practices where students also contribute to the development of local businesses is Camp Creative in Malta, Norway and Sweden. Here real businesses present challenges they actually need advice on how to solve. The students then work continuously on the challenge and present their results to the companies. These competitions are highly popular among local businesses and students find the tasks very motivational. The transnational activities we intend to carry out will foster entrepreneurial mind-sets and skills, commercial skills, encourage active citizenship and entrepreneurship between the students from the three different countries. We seek to implement the entrepreneurial methodology for a range of around 30 students a year in each country. In this way, we believe that we will be able to reduce early school leaving and increase employability. Through the exchanges, the students will gain knowledge of each other's cultures and improve their language skills. Outcomes will be certified using Europass and local certificates. By helping students to get this international experience through direct contact with the other partners, we increase the skills of the workforce in our respective regions. Students today face an entrance into a labour market with a high level of youth unemployment. The experience that the project gives students will increase their attractiveness and employability when they enter the job market after graduation. On an individual level, there will be opportunities for students to develop a broad understanding of real business challenges and solutions, both through planning and in competition with others. Staff participating in the project will gain opportunities to develop teaching skills that will endure beyond the project itself. Students will benefit from these improved teaching skills and competencies, which will enrich opportunities, offered to students by the project and will enhance the professional skills of teachers. As a long-term benefit, we hope the students will consider starting their own business in the local community in the future, thus creating jobs.

The “ENTrepreneurship Experience and Rising PRofessionals In Sustainable Europe” (ENTERPRISE) project aims at implementing collaboration among school staff (teachers, educators, project managers) and professionals in the field of sustainable work start-up at European level in promoting intensive dissemination of newly produced teaching strategies and innovative ideas in the field of entrepreneurial education and sustainability. The four countries involved – Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, and Norway – show different trends in the EU employment rate of the population aged 20 to 64 (data from 2002 to 2017), as recently published by Eurostat. Italy’s data are well below the EU averages. This is why two participants to this project come from Italy: I.I.S.S. Pio La Torre is coordinating this project with the experienced partner CEIPES supporting the development of IOs and the national dissemination. Data from Portugal and Bulgaria show fluctuating trends, recently in line with the EU average. Norway’s data settle well above the EU average. However, a look at the youth data (population aged 15 to 24) shows an alarming decline for all countries. The high level of diversity of education systems, different promotion of local/regional/national employability and caring of sustainable future in entrepreneurial instruction and work-based learning strategies at secondary school, makes this choice an excellent selection of countries participating the project. Moreover, the variety of languages implies a great influence of achieved results and larger access by European students and teachers. Today, students need to be goal-oriented, creative, and able to solve problems and come up with innovations, in order to be future responsible European citizens and workers. This project will foster in young students the development of specific know-how, linguistic and socio-relational skills necessary for searching or creating job opportunities in a rapidly evolving sustainable Europe. Within this project, professional development will take place through sharing good practices and experiences among teachers, students and experts in the field of entrepreneurship and sustainability at European level. Secondary aims of this project are to develop critical thinking, communication, financial literacy, and very important collaboration skills supporting entrepreneurial education and sustainability. The project will engage a total number of 24 teachers/educators and 48 students in a short-time mobility program (transnational learning, teaching or training activities):1) Short-term joint staff training events (Professional development in entrepreneurial education and sustainability) involving school staff (teachers, educators, administrative personnel). Each school will participate with 4 people and each association with 2, for a 3 day-long mobility. The course will be held in Trondheim in July 2020.2) Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils (Training students on entrepreneurship and sustainability for a duration of 5 days - travel excluded): 8 students with 2 accompanying teachers (10 people) for each school should participate in this exchange program in the three schools:a) Thora Storm videregående Skole, Trondheim, Norway (10 participants from Portugal + 10 participants from Italy), in September2020.b) Recursos Futuros, Lisbon, Portugal (10 participants from Italy + 10 participants from Norway), in October 2020.c) IISS Pio La Torre, Palermo, Italy (10 participants from Portugal + 10 participants from Norway), in November 2020.The project will develop the following intellectual outputs:- IO1: Collection of open educational resources in the field of sustainability and youth entrepreneurship.- IO2: Development of learning paths for teachers and students training in sustainability and entrepreneurial education.- IO3: Pilot study on student learning in entrepreneurship and sustainability.- IO4: E-learning platform in the field of entrepreneurial education and sustainability. The short-time mobility program and the development of IOs will mutually support each other. In particular, the first two IOs will support the activities to be carried out during the short-time mobility program. The experience collected by the teachers will be fundamental into the definition and achievement of the IO3 and for finalizing the IO4. The project will support transnational meetings and one multiplier event for each partner.Long term benefits: The project will extend the training to all interested people from other countries by means of an e-learning platform (IO4) on the topics outlined above freely available on the internet. Our objectives involve events and activities that will continue after the project, such as those events organized in conjunction with NGOs and local industries. Moreover, we would like to continue using the products and results of the project as a basis for future activities and as learning materials for students of other courses.
