New Vision - Albania will implement the project “SafeNet” in cooperation with Club for Youth Empowerment 018 – Serbia, Udruga “Impress” – Croatia, Beyond Borders – Italy, Red Cross Novo Sarajevo – Bosnia and Herzegovina and SPPMD – Macedonia. Through the set of diverse proposed activities, the project will tackle the problem of security and safety of young people. On one hand, the activities will have an educational feature aimed at raising the awareness about safety issues in Europe empowering youth workers from the participating countries with new competences that can be included in their work that includes introduction to “The contribution of youth work to preventing marginalization and violent radicalization - A practical toolbox for youth workers & Recommendations for policy makers”. Another element of the youth workers’ empowerment will be the transfer of the methodology to use art as the channel for education as it easily reaches young people and motivates them to take the active role. On the other, young people will be given an opportunity to directly respond to safety issues and provide opinion on different safety segments – some of the most common: peer violence, cyber bullying, radicalization and extremism as well as abuse of psychoactive substances and alcohol. Young people from 6 countries will provide input for a set of recommendations (document to be produced within this project) to the relevant entities (different Working groups, youth offices, local – self governments and similar) at the local level; the document will also be published and distributed at the European level. "Gender role is quite often seen as a granted role in the society. Blue is for boys, pink is for girls – this is something that the most of us are taught during our childhood. Sexual and Reproductive Health - Knowledge Beats Taboos is CB project run by NGO Prima from Montenegro and partners are NGOs from: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Spain and Turkey. It lasts 22 months.Young people need to have a sound sexual education that covers various aspects of reproduction and sexuality. Sexuality education isn't mandatory in all EU states. In some Europe’s more conservative societies in general sexual education still hasn’t managed to deliver these promises because of a number of unhealthy culture-oriented beliefs and tradition-based practices. Many young here has weak and misinformed knowledge and skills about the protection against HIV/AIDS and STIs; management of relationship-emotions; mutual respect within relationship; prevention against teenage pregnancy; and contraception possibilities, among others. And many keep quiet when face sexual abuse. We still witness a relatively high rate of STD including HIV, high rate of unwanted pregnancies of underage girls in some countries. Even if the causes of involuntary teenage pregnancy can be various, they are mainly due to a deficient sexuality education. In the same time parents are shy or equally non-informed. Services for support are rare and media send wrong inputs for gender roles. In this project we offer integrative and holistic approach to the whole area of sexual and reproductive health, starting from gathering sexual identity, to sexual development, sexual intelligence, sexual preferences with reproductive health and ending with the development as well as sexual abuse and sexual-reproductive rights in one place. The training offers both science-based knowledge and expert hand-on practice skills development that will answer all topic-related questions, without masking or hiding details that are traditionally or religiously known as taboo; and within school textbooks are considered as “too much” - actually supporting existence of taboos too by hiding behind the “bee and flower” story. Due to the fact that many young people prefer ask their peers or resort to social media platforms to search for answers to their questions related sexuality and health, we decided not to struggle against Internet as a source to educate young people but to use it for our new platform. Project has: kick off meeting in Serbia, 3 mobility trainings for youth workers in Montenegro and Spain, as well as study visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina. We created web site www.allaboutsexeducation.com, adjusted to all devices, then educational brochures in 15 languages, round tables with decision makers to propose policy to involve sexual and reproductive health in regular school programs, workshops in youth centers and schools as well as establishing the on line and off line counsellings. Trainings cover: sexual health and identities, reproductive health and development, sexual rights and abuse and include 120 youth workers and at least 500 peer educators.Additionally, thanks to co-funding sources, we created video in Montenegrin language and Bulgarian partner organized competition for the best essay in the topic of sexual-reproductive health. All products and results are used as dissemination tools as well as tools to raise awareness about importance of education about our sexual development and sexual-reproductive health without taboos and prejudices.

As we know Europe is facing with a huge emigrant problem. A lot of people are migrating from warzones in Middle East, but also from other of the World where the fleeing from poverty. Most of this people come from different cultures and religion. Unfortunately because of this, there is a lot of tension in most European countries. Racism, xenophobia and intolerance are rising among the European people. In our opinion it is lack of education, experience on personal level, space, where those groups could meet together. Formal education system often fails to provide diverse religious education for the issues relevant to young people, where the youth organisations, which are using non- formal education in their activities, can fill in this gap. Therefore for youth workers and youth leaders there is need to have a training course, where participants could have chance to learn from each other about different religions and belief systems, share their opinions, learn not only how to argue in a discussion of religious diversity, but also how to construct methods on the topic, which they can implement afterwards in their work with young people or in projects under Erasmus+ program. Why inter – religious dialogue is necessary? Why we need to engage in it? And how to do it? Europe is a multi – cultural place (we can find many nationalities, ethnicities, languages, cultures and religions there) and it is also engaging in different corporations with countries outside Europe. The usage of Inter-religious dialogue can encourage unity and peace, help to improve the knowledge and skills of participants, and lead to mutual understanding. We do believe, that one thing is to read about it in literature, but totally other – try out in practice, learn from each other and then implement the outcomes of the training course in future projects under Erasmus + program and daily work. The objectives of the project will work for the long-term aim, which is conducting change in the European societies by strengthening the capacities of NGO from partner countries (though preparation of youth leaders/workers) to increasing the capacity of young people regarding the youth activities in the field of inter-religious dialogue issues and promote dialogue among young people with different religious belongings. The main aim of the project is:- to foster the effectiveness and quality of youth work through the development of youth workers, youth leaders and NGO representatives’ competencies in the field of interfaith dialogue.- to prepare youth leaders/workers how to deal with religious issues in youth work and promote dialogue among young people with different religions and believe belongings in international youth work.
