<< Objectives >>The following project aims to innovate within the adult learning sector for Greece and Norway in regards to basic skills and vocational education. The project aims to create a new theoretical model upon which learning and teaching templates can be created and furthermore, the projects aims to create digital tools which can be easily implemented in the templates.<< Implementation >>There are several key activites that we will implement, such as developing a new theoretical learning model, a teaching template and finally a set of digital tools. Furthermore we will also hold training sessions and feedback sessions to ensure that our target groups are represented.<< Results >>We expect the project to have overall positive effects on the quality of teaching available to adults in Norway and Greece, specifically with focus on basic skills. We also aim for our respective adult educators to gain new skills and ideas for their teaching such that the quality of their teaching can improve overall.

"<< Objectives >>The main goal with this project is to innovate within adult pedagogy and Norwegian as a second language. In collaboration, both partners wish to improve the quality of teaching at Briga and be able to provide a larger variation within our courses. The goal is to learn about new language learning theories and findings from research and to apply them. Briga and UAM will discuss academic problems surrounding pedagogical attitudes, didactic methods and motivation measures for the target group.<< Implementation >>Some new didactic methods will be implemented, there will be made use of new learning resources as well as teaching plans which will be quality controlled by both partners. Briga will hold a seminar for the teachers where they will be taught about the results of the project and our experience which is what we wish to share. The subject manager in Briga will continue the work with developing new teaching material with the new competence from this project as the reasoning behind it.<< Results >>We expect to have a positive effect on the quality of teaching in the subject ""Norwegian as a second language"" in Briga and international cooperation will lead to Briga being able to get highly qualified teachers in Norwegian. Briga's instructors will receive a skill increase within this subject as well as adult pedagogy. Students will receive work experience as well as project experience and be able to gain valuale lessons from shadowing teachers in Norway as well as holding subject seminars."

<< Objectives >>We want to create a toolbox and guide, easily taken into use, related to hybrid classroom teaching in second language learning for adults. We are creating this guide to increase the quality of teaching in hybrid classrooms for adult learners<< Implementation >>We will have multiple online and physical meetings to systematically evaluate the outcomes in each phase of our project. We are going to do research and development of a guide, in a simple format, and a toolbox in an online resource format.
