In fact, there is a lack of a database of public, private and voluntary proximity services that guarantees on the one hand the necessary information for the most vulnerable people and on the other a catalog of opportunities in the world of associations for anyone who wants to volunteer.<< Implementation >>The project aims to map the services active on the territory of the 3 partner countries that fight social exclusion, file their activities, also map them on paper, digitize them, build a database, create a demand and an offer between those who offer services and those who need them , and also between those who offer services and those who want to volunteer. These activities will allow the Associations to network, increase visibility and intervene effectively towards those who are marginalized.<< Results >>- to map digitally private and third sector services active on the provincial territory of the 3 partner countries on social inclusion- to set-up a database of proximity services useful in contrasting margins- to develop local solidarity networks- to set-up an updated repository of associations and services for vulnerable people and for anyone wishing to volunteer- to lay out a site and social networks in order to promote the service

SEDE PROVINCIALE DI FIRENZE,Fundacja Rzecz Spoleczna,COOSS,VondiConsulting Unternehmensberatung Vondrak KG,Fundació Campus Arnau d'EscalaFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2018-1-IT02-KA204-048278Funder Contribution: 51,186.2 EUR"New forms of poverty hit both individuals and families in Italy and in Europe. After the recent economic crisis, poverty has doubled, affecting young people who cannot find work, adults who have lost it, families who are becoming indebted. In addition to economic instability, social precarity and the breakdown of family and friendship ties were added. All these factors have accentuated the people’s vulnerability. The economic difficulties and social isolation have thus expelled individuals from welfare systems, family-based networks and training systems, creating a vicious circle that leads people who are not part of the labor market forced out into social exclusion. Only those who can resist in times of troubles, by keeping up-to-date and by looking for job opportunities, they are able to emerge from the crisis, while the most fragile and unstable people fall into situations of marginalization and chronic poverty, and remain trapped. The GOL project, ""Get out of the Loop"", aims to tackle the theme of social exclusion in an innovative way, such as: -valorizing existing good practices in Europe to combat social exclusion; - comparing operators working on marginality with European tools and practices against social exclusion; - bring out the new needs on social inclusion by the operators who work every day in this sector together with the excluded - confronting the methods of “generative welfare”, based on the involvement of the excluded and the resigned who do not seek work and do not inform about their rights, developing the empowerment of the marginalized people and re-creating the link broken at the community level - analyzing social policy experiments based on the resilience of people in times of difficulty and crisis - monitor social protection systems to identify practices that best respond to the problems of poverty and social exclusion - promoting systems of active citizenship, rather than passive welfare, for the weakest - developing a model of social inclusion practices to be used in social centers, associations and non-governmental organizations dealing with poverty and social exclusion - experimenting the model proposed by the partnership and contextualize it in own reality The Partners are Association, Fundation, Vocational Training centers, Cooperative, working on marginality and social exclusion aiming to strengthen networks of local existing services in order to reach the most excluded citizens. The target of the GOL project is represented by the Consortium ‘s social operators who want to strengthen and experiment methodologies to fight new poverty; by representatives of the communities and associations of the most marginalized people; by people excluded from Welfare systems. Staff mobility will allow social operators to know and compare the best ways to fight social exclusion used by organizations, communities and countries of the Consortium . At the end of the project the following will be realized: - a vademecum of good practices; - a good practice model - a dedicated area for operators within partner websites on the tools and paths used to combat social exclusion - a recommendation to policymakers on good practices to combat social exclusion in line with the EU's Europe 2020 Strategy, a first step to exit the ""vicious circle"" of social exclusion."

Its ambition is to provide for Educator (generic term covering professional or volunteer educators and parents) - as part of a high-quality learning offer - with interactive and collaborative digital tools designed to fight the growing attraction of teenagers aged 10 to 19, and sometimes their elders, to infoxes and conspiracy or obscurantist theories (e.g. scientific, historical, religious or political) conveyed by the Internet and social networks. This attraction for infox occurs in a global context of crisis of values transmissions, in a period of a loss of meaning in life, a lack of reference points, a feeling of downgrading, and sometimes a sense of identity, victimization and/or social withdrawal, likely to pose a threat to the establishment of critical thinking among adolescents, but also to endanger democratic values by distancing young people from active and constructive citizenship. The construction of critical and complex thinking is a key skill to adjust the level of confidence given to information according to the reliability of the source, the argumentation, etc... It is therefore crucial, but not sufficient. In addition to strengthening critical thinking, Boomering-project also intends to support the Educator in developing the spirit of self-criticism as intellectual self-defence, using appropriate training tools (MOOC and BLENDED LEARNING). Accompanying the Adolescent in the process of thinking for himself, learning to consider complexity, and giving him leads to understand how he thinks, how he agrees to certain assertions, why he gives more or less confidence in the credibility of the considered information..., is essential to preserve his social inclusion by providing him with skills against propaganda, racism and lead him to protect himself from radical approaches from all sides. Such learning can only be based on concrete experiences, which are meaningful for all and share common values, and which are part of the socio-cultural heritage of the European Union. This learning must be corroborated by an elaborated and shared ethic, based on innovative tools allowing a media education, integrating the new digital information environments which differ according to the socio-demographic characteristics of the public. These tools adapt to this diversity and develop a better information literacy on the Net. Achieving these objectives presupposes that the project partners forge lasting links between all the stakeholders in Education (from university research and innovation to formal and non-formal education structures), and Society (civil society including NGOs and groups of parents in schools; political and economic actors; local authorities, etc.).The tools we propose aims therefore to be efficient, reliable and fun, but also favour an experiential approach by being attractive enough to involve parents (or educators) and teenagers, and make them want to use them. They must also be visible and well referenced to appear in good place on the net and on social networks. TALOS, a conversational digital robot, opens up a primary dialog (front desk) between young people and adults at any time. It can retrieve (non-private) data and offer personalised information adapted to each person. PAREIDOLOIA favours an experiential approach, knowing that the truth perceived by one is not necessarily the truth perceived by the other, depending on the angle of view chosen. Most European countries are concerned about the same drifts concerning the attraction of adolescents to infox, with a retreat of critical thinking and withdrawal into oneself. However, there are differences between the infoxes in force in each country, depending on psycho-social and especially geopolitical specificities. Hence the interest in developing a statistical, census and cartographic referencing tool, MAPPING of the different infox themes, in order to study their evolution in real time and over time. As an information and educational tool for educators, this collection of usable data will be available to European researchers and experts. The interest of proposing transnational collaboration is also to promote European coherence and competence in the field of digital and youth values and policy.

The pandemic has increased the loneliness of adults, men and women, who have lived the emergency phases and access to information in isolation and at a distance. The communities have shown themselves to be interconnected and linked on an economic, health, environmental, cultural level, as well as geographical borders and in need of learning and socializing. Communications with social networks have increased, updates with webinars and thematic blogs, but the gap between those who master social networks and those who are excluded, those who access information and those who have difficulty understanding it, those who have shown themselves resilient and those who have known psychic distress due to a lack of human relationships have also increased.Together with the need for learning and updating on the issues of health, legality, participation and the environment, the need for aggregation, encounter and intergenerational solidarity has strengthened. On the other hand, grassroots associations and recreational clubs have suffered from the suspension of activities, the reduction of staff, and the closures that have sacrificed the historical places of cultural construction, intergenerational practices and non-formal and informal learning. of adults. The grassroots associations, people's homes and cultural centers for adults located throughout Italy, Spain, Austria, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Germany, are historic meeting places for learning centers united by the themes of legality, social inclusion and democratic growth. These centers can be re-oxygenated by new audiences heterogeneous in terms of age and origin who want to share the common values of democracy through the knowledge of the services and tools that underpin it, producing knowledge and experiences of Civic Education. The ICE Project aims to enhance the learning centers for adults by promoting new activities, in the contents and methods to be used, starting from civic and participatory themes. The project also aims to improve the opportunities for and levels of social inclusion of persons with disabilities (PWDs) as a result of these activities. With the help of a local ‘supporter’ and a dedicated methodology (manuals, training and complementary tools such as an 'SDM Agreement', 'Individualised SDM Plan', and evaluation tools) around each of these three areas, people with intellectual and/or psychosocial disabilities become encouraged to learn how to improve their personal autonomy and independence in different spheres of life (e.g.eg budgeting, understanding money, and health monitoring, opening a bank account, etc) all of which will require them to work on and improve their DLN skills. This will enable them to have more say in decision which affect their lives on a day to day basis. Training programmes for supporters have been provided, along with capacity building capabilities through a Train the Trainer Course. Guides for users, families, supporters, managers, staff and ‘decision makers’ (trustees, directors etc) explaining the core context of SDM, how the I-DECIDE Methodology works and how to implement it in practice have been produced. Supporting organisations have been invited to sign up to a public SDM Charter to demonstrate their support and commitment. The project explored the possibility of finding local formal methods of assessing DLN skills at low entry levels, so that learning can be recognised. Improvements in DLN skill levels and the capacity to become involved in decision making had been progressively increased for PWDs during the lifecycle of the project. Other developments, such as improved social inclusion and a reduction in conflicts between professionals and persons with disabilities, not knowing how to apply a SDM methodology have been tackled. Local User groups will be set up to assist the project’s growth and development. The potential impact of the project is significant, affecting not only the individual being helped, but also their families and friends, their own ‘supporter’, other staff and services. Adult education services may be affected in that this project aims to demonstrate an effective but alternative way of providing adult education in DLN skills, which may lead to pressure for them to adopt and/or support it elsewhere.
