It all results in worse well-being and health problems. Some of the consequences are: willingness to be isolated, worse relations with others,no interest in previous hobbies, problems with dealing with emotions, worse efficiency and effectiveness, losing the joy of work and daily activities, problems with concentrating, memory, creative thinking. The stress and pressure connected with social engagement results in losing the motivation and power to work and de facto to change the world into better place-this what for people working in3rd sector has the highest value.“Burn out” becomes more often a topic under the discussion-mostly in business, still not in3rd sector. Aim is to emphasize that burn out is a common problem, and also has high space in3rd sector touching people like youth workers, leaders of NGOs, activists, educators etc. All involved organizations work for local, national or international well-being,solving problems of youth and other groups. Many times forgetting about themselves, and their own well-being.As commonly known-it’s important and better to prevent than to cure. The organizations involved in project implementation have great experience in working in the third sector–as organizations and/or people who create those organizations. Spending many years on working for others. In order to be able to bring help to others, it’s important to know how to take care of yourself. Current data say that it’s common to change the workplace after2-4years of working. The same data shows that more and more often it’s recommended to change their professions after some years of working. It’s recommended to do so,in order to avoid the feeling of burn out,in order to overcome the feeling. The project focuses on exchanging good practices between the partners on the topic of social burnout to increase the knowledge and awareness about the symptoms – how to recognize them, what are they and how to manage with social burn out. There will be organized three Joint Staff Trainings, each of them will be focused on different objectives: the attitude at work (to be able to assure yourself with inner harmony), assertiveness etc; the ETS Competence Model due to which we will be working on chosen competences in order to minimalize the risk of social burn out; and learning new methods to overcome the problem by mindfulness, yoga, meditation, alternative medicine and get back to the previous harmony in order to be able to provide other actions in the third sector without the need of changing the profession. The path of learning from each other is structured. Nowadays the topic of social burnout exists but it is underestimated. The scale is much higher than we have the data about, and it is important to be able to prevent from extending the scale of the problem and be able to cure when it exists. Those are the main aims to which the project is a response.

Volunteering is a core expression of civic participation. Volunteering has evolved at a different pace across and outside the EU. While some countries have long-standing volunteering traditions, in others, the voluntary sector is still poorly developed or has yet to emerge. Therefore with this project we aim to strengthen the capacities and network among youth organizations and municipalities from the Program and Partner countries in order to improve the youth participation’ and active citizenship’ abilities through volunteering. The concrete objectives are the following:- to support youth organisations in increasing their capacity in the field of youth work;- to increase participants’ competences to disseminate learning achievements within youth NGOs and youth work on local, national and international level;- to equip youth workers with the knowledge and tools to effectively work with youth, including youth with fewer opportunities, through developing positive image of volunteering;- to encourage networking among NGOs and municipalities and create space for project building, especially in Erasmus+ context;- to foster quality improvements in youth work through international cooperation and volunteering;- to create space for sharing knowledge and exchanging experiences and good practices with the atmosphere of common understanding between people representing different cultures, working styles, etc.- to promote volunteerism and to spread information about Erasmus+ and other European opportunities on local, national and international levels. The project methodology is based on non-formal education, experiential and interculturallearning with strong encouragement of sharing personal experiences, knowledge and best practices. Our project will involve not only youth workers, but also representatives of municipalities and the youth themselves. This CBA project has not only a deep theoretical basis for gaining knowledge and improving competencies, but also the opportunity to implement volunteering projects in practice and to get results throughout the different stages of CBA.This project is the collective initiative of the organizations developing projects in the framework of Erasmus+ Programme. And thanks to the great experience of each of the organizations, we believe that the joint project will strengthen and improve the competencies of each of the involved parties and will expand partnership work.
