To increase the quality of distance teaching and learning environment. There are 6 countries; Romania, the coordinator, Turkey ( 2 schools from different cities, one kindergarten and a secondary school), Italy, Greece and Czech Rep. As it is known, we have been facing the difficulties of Covid19 Pandemic for a while as a whole world. Ministries of Education all around the world try to struggle with the problems resulted from sudden change. In a total of 191 countries, education of 1.6 billion students, approximately 90% of the total pre-school to high school education level, has been disrupted (UNESCO, 2020a). In line with the principle that education is a fundamental human right (UN, 1984), in order to compensate for the education interrupted by the pandemic, emergency remote education practices have started all over the world by showing rapid reflexes by many educational institutions. Covid 19 pandemic revealed that we were unprepared in the first wave and there were many areas open to improvement. In the interviews with our partners, it was concluded that this process could not be overcome in a healthy way, that most of the students are still uninterested in distance education, and half of our learners have both a negative perspective on distance education and a lack of professional competence. In addition to these, it was stated by our partners that the awareness level of the majority of the parents about the digital education process is very low, and the ratio of parents that can support their students in this process is at most %25 in each partner school. In this context, ongoing and permanent solutions should be produced within the framework of lifelong learning in distance educationThe main objective of the project is to increase the motivation for distance education of students, teachers and school staff competences through European and national training, seminars, workshops and e twinning projects ( on distance education, Web2.0 Tools, cyber bullying, New generations, innovative and qualitative digital materials, and online lessons). We will create a booklet with an ISBN number including lesson plans and activities prepared for online learning. We will have a workshop on innovative and qualitative digital materials. That will enable teachers to reach better materials more easily. We will organize parents' seminars in each partner school to inform them about distance education system and their role in this system. Students will have 6 zoom lessons including all the partner countries' students and they will have the opportunity to try the activities and lesson materials prepared by our teachers during project activities. Teachers, students, and parents will be more competent and aware of the distance education and digitalisation.Description of the Project: There are 2 LTT for teachers (about Web2.0 tools, how to prepare lesson materials for online lessons, cyber bullying, games to be used in online lessons and new generations, Z and Alpha). The teachers will be given Europass Mobility Certificate. There will be 4 TPM, where we will discuss about the plans, drafts and final versions of final products as well as exchange the experiences and idea for the project activities. There will also be 6 student zoom lessons and they will also create a digital chorus by meeting on zoom. At schools we will organize parent seminars , a workshop and E+ Fairs. We will implement project's activities, the gained knowledge, monitor it, evaluate and diseminate the projects results.Short Description of the Results:The main results will be: A booklet including lesson plans with an ISBN no, digital chorus uploaded on canal youtube, googlesite including Lessons prepared with WEB2.0 tool, a report of workshop about innovative and qualitative digital materials, PPP about games to be used in online lessons, 2 training materials, project's website, and TwinSpace. All our tangible results will be OERs. After the project, teachers from 6 partner schools will be more competent about digital education, cyber bullying and new generations, linguistic, ICT, international entrepreneurship, innovative thinking and writing European projects. Students will gain new competences in areas of digital education and their motivation and attitude will change positively. They will also become more confident, open minded and responsible for the future life. Parents will be aware of their roles during digital education. The project will have an impact on teachers, students and parents( they will be more open to innovations, new changes , eager to work in the international groups), parents, local educational government, local schools, regional, national European Institutions which will be informed about our project activities and results. All project activities will go on after EU funding ends.

There were five LTT activities in two years, and work that was done outside of these meetings. Unfortunately, due to the global coronavirus pandemic situation, on agreement with the partners, the last meeting was held online. Nevertheless, all project goals and outputs were met.The project focused primarily on supporting high school students aged 15-18, reducing their ESL (early school leaving) rate, increasing competencies that would accompany them throughout their studies and working life and also introduce them to the issue of motivation, working in an international team, effective communication, expression of opinions and attitudes, and multilingualism. Pupils also met and worked on concepts such as racism, gender issues and discrimination during the project. The pupils learned to present their work confidently. They learned to understand individual cultures from their historical roots until now. They also learned to analyse a given problem, evaluate it correctly and find the most appropriate solution. They learned all this mainly thanks to the carrying out tasks (presentations, videos, surveys, etc.), which were based on the project and which they had to introduce and present at each meeting. The project also supported teachers and other staff at the school. Especially in further education, learning about new, different cultures and encouraging cooperation at the international level. The project will have long-term benefits for pupils, their parents, and teachers, as well as for other participants - cities, municipal leaders, neighbouring schools, local media, and the public. In each of them, it left an awareness of the project implementation at the international level and was an example of good practice for potential new participants in the Erasmus+ project.

This fabulous mix makes the project richer than a simple partnership of schools in the same country. The tasks have been equally distributed, using two criteria: a commensurate level for each one to participate in the project and an individual level, based on specific competences - someone will do something more than others and someone less but everyone will give their own personal contribution to the whole project; for example we assigned the output considering each partner’s specialty. PLANNING OF THE PROJECTAs shown in the Gantt timetable there is a natural rhythm in the project, following the natural rhythm of the school (and of the seasons…). We have one international meeting just for teachers at the beginning and one at the end, approximately every 3 months a learning activity takes place which focuses on an intellectual output and an event. Dissemination is an action which runs along all the projectQUALITY OF THE ACTIVITIESEvery activity is strictly connected to the project. We have five focus ideas (non-formal learning, critical thinking, multilingualism, use of ICT, entrepreneurship) and a corresponding activity, output, event and dissemination.METHODOLOGYIn our previous International projects we saw that the collaborative process among the teachers (10/country), the blended mobility for the students, specific topics to discuss during the meetings, a great media coverage, an intensive use of web 2.0 tools, the life with the family during the students’ exchanges, an adequate timetable, some rules about the outputs, a mixed experience with visits to cultural sites and internships in private companies, all this creates enthusiasm in both teachers and students, it gives motivation and produces realistic results.EVALUATIONOur job is teaching, not travelling or cooking. We need the evaluation of our and students’ work. That’s why we have prepared many forms of evaluation (formal and not-formal, formative and summative), both for the process and the results. We need to evaluate the students’ work but we also want to give all the possibilities to evaluate our work and the results of the project.THE ROLE OF THE STUDENTS' ACTIVITIES (25/country)In this project the learning activities planned for students are the overriding priority not just an added value. We want to give our students many chances to meet innovative entrepreneurs, to see innovative schools, to have true experiences of new ways of learning, speaking English for a real interest. And this is impossible without a blended mobility.IMPACT AND DISSEMINATIONWe are convinced that we can change something in our schools, in our communities and give our students more chances. These results can be transferred to others schools in Europe. Many of them will have a life that is longer than the duration of the project. So the dissemination plan is a relevant aspect of the project.

We will organise 6 LTT activities/mobilities. Every mobility will be 6 days + 1 day for travel and each school will be host once. There will be at least 4 pupils aged 14-19 years old and 2 responsible teachers from each school. The project language will be English.Distribution of the topics, tasks and workshops according to the SWOT analysis during the preparation phase is;Slovakia; History of Beekeeping; Website; Bee GameCzech Republic; Food, Agriculture and Food Waste; Social media accounts; Living in Erasmus+ worldLatvia; Consumerism and Waste; e-Twinning and video conferences; Effective communication, European CitizenshipGreece; Urban Agriculture; Multilingual Dictionary; Natural Disasters and protecting environmentSpain; Recycling and Renewable Sources; Brochures and photo-documentation; Gender issues, discrimination, Human rights, and multilingualismTurkey; Ecologıcal Awareness and Protecting Environment; Newsletters; Breaking stereotypesAlthough all pupils will have equal opportunity to participate in project activities regardless of gender, social or financial situation; selection of participants for mobilities will be done according to the pupils´ works on the project, willingness to participate in activities, host foreign pupils, attitudes, language skills and diligence with a gender balance.Preparatory sessions before mobility to provide information about tasks, insurance, safety, partners’ culture, etc., and disseminating sessions after mobility will be conducted by contact teachers.Project objectives are to develop the participants’ general and specific competences in order to widen their perspectives from local to the European sphere, to be more aware of the problems of the nature through the use of beekeeping as a cultural heritage, understand the value of being part of the European continent with a rich history, which will enable them to understand their similarities and historical connections with each other and to help them transfer their cultural heritages to future generations, to collaborative partnerships, to learn more about ecological awareness, protecting environment, history of civilization, to break down misconceptions of people from other cultures. Our project will support the social and personal development of participants, work together in a multicultural environment, meet on common grounds in mutual understanding and organize activities to overcome language and culture challenges. This will improve participants' feelings of self-confidence and the participants will start saying ""I can do it now !"", which is one of our most expected aims. The project offers a well defined controllable way for partners to take social issues from the curriculum and apply them into the running of the school as the strategy of our project is based on “Learning by experimenting”. This process helps students recognize the importance of social issues and take them more seriously in their lives. The tasks consist on dealing with content knowledge and problem-solving, thinking skills, analysing or evaluation with the help of methods such as meetings, workshops, discussions, sharing of educational materials and experiences, nonformal activities, excursions, competitions, role-plays, surveys, seminers, presentations, creating newsletters, DVDs and eTwinning network activities. We will produce outputs such as booklets, cups, newsletters, DVDs, posters, T-shirts, flags, notebooks etc. and distribute free of charge. The programme and necessary logos will be emphasised on any kind of activities and materials.Monitoring and assessment process will concentrate on if the project has reached its objectives and if the outputs are competent and are performed well enough to help us mirror on what extent we have complied with the main objectives of the project, what’s going well and what we should do to change or improve things. As social networks will be effective multipliers, all partners will register to the eTwinning portal, will effectively use twinspace pages. And the project will be expanded through the use of eTwinning, websites, social media accounts. With all disseminations, we aim to inform the community so that we will not leave anybody behind either not motivated to participate or not well-informed about the problems of nature."
