<< Objectives >>In this project, we would like to exchange intensively on country-specific traditions that convey an image of strong women and can thus be supportive for modern women in their personal development. We want to use these traditions (e.g. flamenco and Baltic singing traditions) with the help of methods from body-oriented systemic counselling to help women in our courses and counselling to realise their full potential.<< Implementation >>Each partner will conduct a desktop research and present it at the 1st partner meeting for an international comparison. In Spain we will visit a flamenco performance, in Lithuania a singing festival, and exchange ideas. In order to make the impressions useful for adult education, the German partner will also present body-oriented systemic methods. E-cards will be designed as inspiration and thought support, which will be distributed as a result.<< Results >>The exchange, further sensitisation and professionalisation of the partner organisations are the most important objectives of the exchange. In addition, e-cards on the topic are being designed to capture and disseminate the results of the content. We also want to use these in our courses and consultations to help women to develop their full potential. In this way, we want to strengthen and support as many women as possible.
