The Purpose of the project was to develop supportive environment and two experiential learning programs (one local, one international), that activate youth to realize their potential, recognize and take advantage of the opportunities of their local communities and successfully enter labor market. The project is a transfer of good practice from Romanian partner organization to Slovenia and a joint program development, used in local and intercultural environment. Partner organizations developed two experiential programs and empowered themselves for achieving higher standards and more efficient work with youth. Project results are:• Program »From idea to product«. Experiential learning program for socially excluded and long term unemployed youth. Participation in the program equips youth with new knowledge, skills and experiences, which they lack and need to successfully integrate in the business world. And individually or in a team develop their own idea and establish an enterprise. • Training course »Set up your social enterprise«, which enables youth in a multicultural or local environment to gain entrepreneurial skills and be more active in the environment they live in. • »Pospeševalnik« - platform, which enables youth, who are already entrepreneurs or are starting their independent entrepreneurial path, to promote their products through setting up window displays, online and promotion in local and regional media.• Two young people have stepped on an independent entrepreneurial path.Project involved young people of different profiles. The majority of young people had higher education or were just before the graduations (which for various reasons had been postponed for many years). Young people jobless for several years, young precarious workers, who did not know which career path to follow, and young entrepreneurs as well as the one who have just embarked on an independent entrepreneurial path.

The aim of the Slovenian and Croatian partner organizations (Youth Centre Šentjur and the Zagor Association Network) is to:Develop a special awarding system for collecting points that will attract young people to actively participate in the local environment and prospect in personal and career growth.Establish a network of youth promoters, young people that work with young people and take care of their animation and inclusion in the established awarding system. For realization of activities and achievement of desired results of the project, the methodology of non-formal education will be used based on the interaction and active participation of all participants (work in small groups, open discussions, debates, various creative techniques for finding ideas, research, testing ...) and learning through experience and active exchange of knowledge and information between participants (cooperative learning). "One of the most important of the sustainable rural region is a youth work. Today's young people may be the leaders in their region in the near future - but only if they stay in the region / region or return there. Without youth, the region does not have a long-term perspective for a better future. The role of the PlaNET Social Enterprise (SOEN) project, as well as the role of the participating partners (schools, organizations, municipalities, entrepreneurs) was to help young people to transform rural areas into a better place to live. This main aim was reached through innovative educational activities in the form of non-formal education. Thanks to this project, young people themselves were the creators of change in their community and they have learned a number of valuable lessons, which prepared them not only for the labor market but also for life in the region where they live.Project PlaNET SOEN has been implemented in 4 european regions in cooperation with dozens of secondary schools, entrepreneurs, unemployment offices and local governments thanks to the Erasmus and AEIF program since 2016. The main goal is to build youth leadership skills and social entrepreneurship skills, the implementation of entrepreneurial or non-entrepreneurial (socially oriented) ideas focusing on the challenges and problems identified in their communities and, last but not least, the internationalization of youth work through the building of international intersectoral networks. The activities of the PlaNET SOEN2 project (education, international trainings, workshops, mentoring and internships) were identicall in Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal and Poland in organizations and partner schools in regions that are simila. Each partner organization cooperated with a high school from its region throughout the project. Although the participating regions had different cultures, histories, social and economic situations, they all suffer from a ""brain drain"" caused by the high rate of emigration of young people as a result of a lack of personal or professional development opportunities and a difficult labor market situation in the region. Each phase of the project was based on the principles of non-formal education, based on the needs of the regions and aimed to prevent so-called ""brain drain"" from rural areas and thus contribute to capacity building and key competences in the field of labor market preparation through various instruments. These tools were e.g. school participatory budget, mentoring and internships in regional companies as well as capacity building in the region in the form of international and local trainings to support project ideas, entrepreneurship and the creation / maintenance of opportunities in their region.Since the youth does not have in the so-called „forgotten regions“ have many opportunities, the PlaNET SOEN project was a project dealing with young people aged 15-19 - high school students. Project targeted those students in high schools who, could continue with the activities in their community / municipality / school before leaving the school to the university, but at the same time prepared them for the labor market, in case they decided not to continue their studies and enter the labour market. Thanks to the individual activities of the project, it was possible to build an environment for young people in their schools / regions where they were able to develop their ideas and what is important to implement them in cooperation and with the support of various regional entities. Due to the fact that the PLANET SOEN project is already an established and recognized project, the project activities were managed to be implemented above the planned values not only in the country of the main partner (SVK), but also in other project partner countries. Project has been created as a response to the needs of educators in developing educators' competences in the field of new, innovative effective teaching of literacy, digital skills to low-skilled or low-qualified adults. The project also answers to the need of adults with low-skills in the field of key competences by improving and extending the supply of high quality learning opportunities for this group. The main goal of the project is to develop innovative training extending and developing educators' competences in the effective teaching of key competences, including: literacy, digital skills, entrepreneurship, social skills to low-skilled or low-qualified adults, including ICT, through usage of culinary& cultural heritage. Traditional education of adults with low-skills in key competences is challenging for educators. Low-skilled adults have difficulties with understanding the basics of digital competences, have problems with literacy and strong problems with social competences. The education on entrepreneurship for adults with low-skills is usually available in a difficult for participants training focused on accounting, legal of financial which does not give good and maintained educational results. Educators stated that now there is no structured and well methodologically prepared education/training combining the culinary heritage (which is a part of cultural heritage) and learning the key competences by adult listeners in the same course. The education combining culinary heritage and key competences learning would allow Educators to teach the low-skilled adults in more understandable for listeners way with better long-term and more effective results. The culinary heritage is the subject that is more familiar to low-skilled adults and usage of this approach will allow to overcome listeners’ mental barriers, fears, make the educational process more pleasant, efficient and better implemented by educators to adult participants. The main target group of the project are educators of adults of low-skills or low-qualified. From the project will also benefit adults with low-skills and competences, who will be the final beneficiaries – listeners of the training performed by educators in the field of key competences development through usage of culinary&cultural heritage approach. In the project realization the curriculum/ training and its methodology for adults educators in teaching adults of key competences through culinary&cultural heritage will be developed. The curriculum development will be preceded by the international comparative analysis and research of educational needs of adults’ educators in terms of teaching the key competences of low-skilled adults. On the basis of the research the curriculum and methodology will be developed and applied in the form of accessible e-learning modules dedicated for adults educators as well as Internet Learning Platform. In order to ensure the high quality results and check the curriculum and its functionalities the “test” of the delivered in the project training, for group of experienced adults educators, will be carried out and evaluated. The project’s results will be available on each stage of its realization, disseminated and promoted through planned activities and targeted on national and international, European target audience and stakeholders. The partnership is established among organisations that are experts in the field of adult education, communication, trainings, local development, social inclusion, with experienced and background in terms of the specific type of activities foreseen in this project, thanks to which the partnership can be efficiently implemented. Each partner organization brings specific skills, knowledge and experiences that are necessary for the project implementation and reaching planned outcomes.Transnational dimension clearly adds value in terms of project outcomes achievement. Participating organisation will be able to achieve results that would not be reached by organisation from single country.
