"<< Background >>THE INCLUSION OF GIRLS AND TEENAGERS IN SPORTS EDUCATION needs a boost in terms of promoting their equitable inclusion. It has been detected that the female gender is an underrepresented group in society in sports, among others. Girls and teenagers present less attractive offers based on their tastes and interests, which is why the abandonment of physical-sport activities in this population group is more frequent. As evidence of this, the World Health Organization (WHO) in one of its studies in 2019 affirms that “only 23.8% of adolescent women (between 12 and 25 years old) meet the minimum requirements of physical activity and whose difference with men has been increasing in recent years ”. Once this problem has been detected, from GIRLS TEAM UP !, we consider it possible to address these needs through this project, which aims to BRING THE FEMALE GENDER TO AN EQUAL SITUATION WITH REGARD TO THE MALE IN SPORTS MATTERS. For this, it is necessary to ANALYZE where the obstacles are in the teaching of BASE SPORTS EDUCATION and how it evolves during subsequent periods. One of the main objectives of GTUp! is TO CREATE ADHERENCE TO SPORTS PRACTICE AT EARLY AGES. This issue fits perfectly with our selected horizontal priority: INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY IN ALL AREAS OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, YOUTH AND SPORTS. How can we achieve it? At GIRLS TEAM UP !, we consider it essential to PROMOTE INNOVATIVE TEACHING METHODOLOGIES, SPECIFIC TRAINING FOR TEACHERS AND FUTURE EDUCATIONAL AGENTS IN FORMAL AND NON-FORMAL EDUCATION and, in addition, to develop new digital tools that facilitate the coordination and achievement of inclusion objectives to through a more COMPREHENSIVE AND SUSTAINABLE approach. Also, GTUp! is also addressed to HEADS OF EDUCATIONAL CENTERS AND SPORTS CLUBS to help them identify the gaps and weaknesses of their educational plans and prepare them to face the necessary challenges in an INCLUSIVE AND QUALITY SPORTS TRAINING FOR THEIR STUDENTS. This way of addressing the detected need positions us in favor of APPROACHING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL PREPARATION, RESILIENCE AND CAPACITY, another of our priorities selected to carry out our project. The INCLUSION of girls and young people in SPORTS EDUCATION needs greater visibility, betting firmly on the PROMOTION AND PARTICIPATION OF FEMALE SPORTS so that, as they grow and advance in the different stages of their development, the ABANDONMENT OF SPORTS PRACTICE can be MINIMIZED, because the percentage is very high after 12 years of age.<< Objectives >>The aims and objectives of the GIRLS TEAM UP! (GTUp!), are closely linked with the HORIZONTAL AND SECTORAL PRIORITIES in the field of HIGHER EDUCATION, specifically with the following: HORIZONTAL PRIORITY 1INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY IN ALL AREAS OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, YOUTH AND SPORTS. HORIZONTAL PRIORITY 2ADDRESSING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL READINESS, RESILIENCE AND CAPACITY. SECTOR PRIORITY 1STIMULATE INNOVATIVE LEARNING AND TEACHING PRACTICES. SECTOR PRIORITY 2REWARD EXCELLENCE IN LEARNING, TEACHING AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT. SECTOR PRIORITY 3CREATE INCLUSIVE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEMS. SECTOR PRIORITY 4SUPPORT THE DIGITAL CAPABILITIES OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION SECTOR. The horizontal and sectoral priorities mentioned will be very present in our GTUp! project since we intend through DIGITALIZATION to promote the INCLUSION of the female gender in the SPORTS FIELD. In recent years, female sport has been having a greater impact in terms of DIFFUSION AND VISIBILITY than was usual, but the data on participation in sports in girls and adolescents does not seem to be altering. The GTUp! echoes this need and aims at INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY IN ALL AREAS OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, YOUTH AND SPORT, specifically, through this last area is where the central part of our project is framed, establishing an interconnection through different tools and digital resources between FORMAL EDUCATION and NON-FORMAL EDUCATION, involving teaching staff and non-teaching staff to become agents that facilitate and promote physical-sports activity in school and outside it. To promote the inclusion of girls and adolescents in sports, thanks to the creation of new tools, interactive resources and digital content, we will be working fully on APPROACHING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF PREPARATION, RESILIENCE AND DIGITAL CAPABILITIES .. Without this TRANSFORMATION OR DIGITAL CAPACITY, it would be unthinkable to be able to work in the same methodological line with different universities, clubs and associations at the EUROPEAN LEVEL with the aim of THE INCLUSION OF GIRLS IN SPORT EDUCATION. Therefore, once the priorities that our project includes as well as the needs detected to address it have been specified, the objectives that we want to meet with its development are the following: Offer improvement strategies in school physical education in the female sphere. Develop learning practices and innovative teachings related to the motivation and permanence of girls in sport. Promote inclusion in educational systems by improving the teaching profile of educational agents in both formal and non-formal education. Influence the promotion of role-models of female athletes as a tool for empowering girls from their first contact with school sports.Improve teacher coordination as a strategy to offer a more effective, equitable and sustainable sports education.<< Implementation >>The programmed activities are varied and organized according to the previously mentioned objectives and priorities of the project. They are as follows: 1. The educational and informative nature of these activities (6, 7 and 8) for teachers and future teachers, sports coaches and monitors, management teams and managers of sports activities in the private and public sphere, academics and researchers, educational and sports authorities is basic in this project. A special effort will be made in the quality of these MULTIPLIER EVENTS as a key to transmitting the results obtained, disseminating the conclusions and favoring channels for the introduction of IMPROVEMENTS ON THE INCLUSION OF GIRLS AND ADOLESCENTS IN FORMAL AND NON-FORMAL EDUCATIONAL EDUCATION.<< Results >>GIRLS TEAM UP! Project aims to transform the reality of SPORTS EDUCATION in the feminine sphere, without being exclusive to the masculine, due to the different EXPECTED RESULTS AND MULTIPLIER EVENTS that will take place from its approval until its completion, also counting on the SUSTAINABILITY of its results due to its durability over time. Through the results of the project, it is intended to reach more than 800 educational agents and more than 10,000 students and athletes, which will place us in a very advantageous scenario when drawing significant conclusions about our fundamental horizontal priority characterized by INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY IN ALL AREAS OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, YOUTH AND SPORTS. This scope would not be possible without our project partners, since thanks to them we will be able to increase the sample in the different fields of the EDUCATIONAL SECTOR, as well as the provision of scientific rigor in the expected results of our project. GTUp! will include in your project the following EXPECTED RESULTS: 1. SCHOOL FIT: This digital tool will allow educational centers, especially MANAGEMENT TEAMS, and sports clubs, specifically their DIRECTORS, to locate themselves and know their starting point through a DIAGNOSTIC SELF-ASSESSMENT. That is, thanks to an application they will be able to know how inclusive their centers / clubs are at a sporting level. In addition, depending on the results obtained, they will be able to have expert advice on how to advance in those aspects that can be improved in terms of INCLUSION OF FEMALE SPORTS. 2. MOVE IT PLATFORM: It is a digital platform aimed fundamentally at PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS IN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL, although it may also be used by students of TEACHING AND SCIENCE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND SPORTS, as well as TRAINING students SUPERIOR PROFESSIONAL related to the sports field. "<< Background >>This project, called RE-THINK / RE-ACT, focuses on the INCLUSION of Secondary Education students with adaptation difficulties and / or behavior in classrooms due to poor training of SOFT SKILLS, which, currently, supposes a real challenge for education systems, since they tend to focus their training on HARD SKILLS as a priority. These students often do not receive the appropriate educational response they need, either because they do not have the necessary resources for it or because of ignorance of their personal situation, which can lead to their being excluded from their classroom-group and from their schools, and may even lead to early school leaving. This situation can cause a break in the educational, emotional and social development of the students. In this way, they find significant problems to cope adequately with their environment, not only at the school level as mentioned, but also in terms of their transition to other areas or life stages, such as later reincorporating to the academic context, growing up as an adult participating appropriately in civic affairs or obtaining employment opportunities in the future. The WHO emphasizes the fundamental role of schools in interventions aimed at improving self-esteem, life skills and pro-social behavior, since the lack of social skills and competences hinders access to the labor market and increases significantly the probability of social exclusion. In this way, learning to manage emotions and, consequently, the behaviors derived from them, will mean an improvement in healthy lifestyle habits and, therefore, a better adaptation to the educational and social environment. That is why, thanks to the GLOBAL MODEL proposed in our RT / RA project, we will seek to respond to the horizontal priority of INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY IN ALL AREAS OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, YOUTH AND SPORT, as well as the priority sectorial of ADDRESSING DISADVANTAGES IN TERMS OF LEARNING, EARLY SCHOOL DROPOUT AND INSUFFICIENT MASTER OF BASIC SKILLS. In this way, the needs of the students will be attended to to promote their personal development and, with it, a true inclusion, being able to accompany them in the search for their own TALENT and training them to adapt satisfactorily to their school center, their community and the demands of society, including the acquisition of skills that allow them to know and integrate the so-called SOFT SKILLS.<< Objectives >>RE-THINK / RE-ACT project aims to develop a global model of care for RT / RA students, through different results closely related to each other, so that it will provide tools to accompany those students in the search for their own TALENT, encouraging reflection and positive emotional reaction, which in turn leads them to redirect possible disruptive behaviors and attitudes. Likewise, it will provide tools both to train specialists, teachers and families in methodologies based on techniques of reacquisition of proactive attitudes of collaboration, empathy and positive thinking, as well as to facilitate coordination between all the educational agents involved. Precisely in coordination with all this, the creation of RT / RA classrooms will be promoted for the systematic attention and effective integration of these students in their natural group in educational centers, providing an equitable response to the needs of all students. This project, therefore, seeks to offer useful tools for educational centers in their process of detection and incorporation of efficient treatment and inclusion plans, as well as a true coordination of the different educational agents involved. Thanks to its European dimension, it also aims to provide the best solutions and evaluate the proposals with the greatest impact at the local, national and international level, counting on partners from different countries such as Portugal, Cyprus, Finland and Spain, whose work is carried out both in BASIC EDUCATION, HIGHER EDUCATION and NON-FORMAL EDUCATION, which will mean achieving a great impact at the level of all the agents of the different educational communities (students, teachers, tutors, management teams, external specialist personnel, etc.).Specifically, the objectives that this project seeks to achieve are the following:-Favor systems for detecting weaknesses in educational centers in their attention to students in need of upskilling.-Develop effective materials that facilitate positive attitudes and behaviors that promote student inclusion.-Train teachers and educational agents involved in effective care, support and mentoring for these students.-Create valid teaching coordination tools to evaluate and improve the individualized treatment of students with these needs.-Provide an inclusive vision to European education systems through good practices carried out at national and international level for the development of talents in their studentsTherefore, necessarily, it will be pursued to provide adequate answers at different levels:-Management teams and educational managers who must face the inclusion and development of students with needs and adapt their care plans in the classrooms.-Educational agents specializing in mentoring students in need of soft skills development.-Teachers involved in centers with these students and who work with them in ordinary classrooms.-Secondary Education students with poor command of basic skills and at possible risk of exclusion.-Families interested in participating in the integral development of their sons and daughters.<< Implementation >>For the proper development of the project, ensuring attention to all target groups and the needs encountered, a series of activities will be carried out focused on different fundamental aspects. They will be the following:ACTIVITIES RELATED TO EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION AND NEW LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES, aimed at teaching staff and specialists in serving RT / RA students, as well as school counselors.ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE SPECIFIC TECHNIQUES OF INCLUSION THROUGH SOFT SKILLS, aimed at secondary school students, teachers and specialist educational agents, and management teams and managers of non-formal education centers.ACTIVITIES RELATED TO IMPROVING COORDINATION BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT EDUCATIONAL AGENTS, taking into account formal, non-formal and informal environments. For all of them, systematized surveys and interviews will be carried out by centers to determine both the specific needs and the starting point in relation to training. On the other hand, ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE USE OF ROLE-MODELS AS AGENTS OF CHANGE will also be carried out, selecting the social and educational field of references who can transmit their knowledge and experience to the target groups of the project to achieve motivation and knowledge of SOFT SKILLS resources to improve inclusion and educational attention.ACTIVITIES RELATED TO GAMIFICATION TECHNIQUES IN THE NEW LEARNING STYLES, aimed at secondary school students, teachers and specialist educational agents and educational software developers. The selection of participants will be carried out from the educational centers that collaborate in the project and between companies interested in the creation of new methodologies through games. Finally, we will also have MULTIPLIER EVENTS, where we will have the assistance and participation mainly of educational agents, management teams, school counselors and specialists. The attendance of university students and future teachers is also very important for the RT / RA project, since this will help us to produce a sustained impact over time. It will also include those responsible for the Territorial Delegations of Education, Education Inspectors, management teams of other local centers and educational organizations at a local, regional and national level.<< Results >>RT / RA project seeks to develop four related and complementary results, so that they form a true work ECOSYSTEM, being able to cover all the target groups and meet the needs of each one of them in relation to the proposed objectives. These results are as follows:“RE-THINKING FOR SCHOOLS” (RFS), a tool that will allow educational teams and managers to assess whether their centers are truly prepared for the inclusion of students and their support in the development of the necessary SOFT SKILLS, as well as to obtain answers, guidelines and routes for improvement in their daily educational work.“RE-ACT WEBSPACE” (RAW), an educational platform or space for promotion, motivation and RESKILLING for teachers and families, where they can find methodologies and resources to carry out with these students in the different areas in which they are as well as pills or educational tips that will undoubtedly help you in your role as educators. ROLE MODELS and success stories will be included, that is, testimonies from boys, girls, professionals or families who have faced this problem on some occasion and have successfully overcome it.""TOGETHER"" (2Gapp), application for adequate teacher coordination that facilitates the transition between educational stages and work with the MENTOR or specialist of the RT / RA classroom, as well as with the different teachers of the ordinary classroom and the families or external specialists who They collaborate in the development of the students. This will have an impact on an improvement in communication and a greater monitoring of the acquisition of competences and skills of the students in the different contexts in which they find themselves every day.""YOUDO"" interactive digital tool to encourage student motivation and make their participation in the activities that the RT / RA project proposes to facilitate their development more attractive. It will be oriented to the realization of games, challenges, interactive and self-diagnosis cards, etc., that can be used both in the RT / RA classroom with the MENTOR or specialist as well as outside of it, favoring autonomy and responsibility in the realization of tasks for their own personal development and the improvement of their behavior and adaptation. For its development, it will have all the collaborating partners, who will also be involved in the realization of MULTIPLIER EVENTS during the course of the project, which will favor its dissemination and sustainability over time, also counting on non-formal partners from the different countries of the Asociation. These events will be: INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON THE INCLUSION OF SOFT SKILLS FOR A MORE INCLUSIVE EDUCATION, providing strategies to promote the inclusion of students in educational systems“WE PLAY TO GET TOGETHER”, INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON GAMIFICATION AND THE USE OF ROLE-MODELS IN EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION. Use of new digital materials to develop upskilling strategies in formal and non-formal educational environments, as well as taking advantage of the experiences of role-models in motivation and overcoming limitations thanks to the knowledge and implementation of soft skills.“ONE TO ONE”, INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES ON NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND INNOVATION IN EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION Use of new coordination tools and their different uses."

CONTEXT OF THE PROJECT The project TOWARDS AN INTEGRATED BILINGUALISM MODEL has three fundamental priorities. One is HORIZONTAL: INNOVATIVE PRACTICES IN A DIGITAL ERA. And the other two concern the HIGHER EDUCATION: Addressing the existing gaps and inadequacies with respect to linguistic accreditation models and rewarding excellence in learning, teaching and skill development. With the objective of REWARDING EXCELLENCE IN LEARNING, TEACHING, AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, the project offers an opportunity of academic training based on educational research and innovation. In this way, the specific priority of DEALING WITH EXISITING GAPS AND INADEQUACY OF LINGUISTIC ACCREDITATION is addressed by providing a study of learning outcomes to introduce innovative changes in pedagogies and assessment systems. In addition, the project includes key elements associated to the priority INNOVATIVE POLICIES IN A DIGITAL ERA by incorporating digital technologies and innovative pedagogies in education by means of creating openly accessible digital assessment materials and tools. This project addresses the fact that the implementation of bilingual programmes in schools in Europe is posing a challenge for Higher Education institutions in the training of future teachers.OBJECTIVES • To promote a coordination structure between content specialist teachers and foreign language specialist teachers. • To design collaboration and coordination strategies between the teachers of the schools and the teachers in language schools. • To establish coordination parameters and to define an improved model through pilotage and the definition of satisfaction indicators. • To create new assessment tests to determine specific levels of competence, support and motivation of students in their learning process. • To encourage the creation of specific materials to contextualize and specify the response to the needs of the students of the schools. PARTICIPANTS In order to develop the training activities of the project we will have teachers and management teams, as well as representatives of the School Councils, heads of the Territorial Delegations of Education, Inspectors of Education, management teams of other local schools, institutions and organizations in the educational field at local, regional and national level. COVID-19 pandemic has shown many severe problems worldwide in both educative and socio-economic sectors, making it very difficult to produce an effective response to online education. What seemed to be a non-formal or Higher Education option, it is now a real challenge when it includes millions of students in compulsory education from 3 to 16 years old. E-DUCATION: TEACHING AND LEARNING AFTER 2020 focuses on three important items: new active online methodologies, online assessment and school coordination (headteachers, counsellors, teachers, families… ) when we talk about students in need of special attention due to the so-called digital divide. Therefore, our main object groups are: - SCHOOL TEACHERS (including counsellors teams), in order to give them there types of fundamental tools: new active online methodologies, proper assessment instruments for online envirronments and protocols for a better coordination when facing students in situations of digital divide. - HEADTEACHERS, in order to provide them with strategies to introduce processes of educational digital transition and encourage them to control and mantain the necessary eduaction quality of their schools. - STUDENTS, FAMILIES AND SOCIAL AND EDUCATION MEMBERS, in order to help them with a tool to identify and intervene in cases of digital divide together with teachers, headteachers and social authorities. Our project is base don very clear needs that we have identified among school teachers and headteachers. This group of professionals has had to deal with a very fast change in their realities and the way they have had to adapt their methologies and assessment in a digital environment. This situation has caused many difficulties in different stages: teaching, communicating with students and families, evaluating the learning process, taking care of students with special needs…For that reason, this project aims at giving specific answers to tackle the main problems we have identified. So, we are going to produce a sound report called CHALLENGES AND PROPOSALS IN DIGITAL EDUCATION IN THE 21ST CENTURY and the interactive e-book CHECK&ACT.A specific training on active online methodologies will be created in a digital platform called MOBILE LEARNING. It is also essential for us to provide techniques and tools for a proper online assessment that is in line with digital methodologies. This way, teachers and headteachers can control students´ progress. For this reason, we will design the digital tool E-TESTING, where teachers will learn how to use them and also will be able to produce their tests thanks to a TEST GENERATOR application. With the clear aim to amplify the impact and sostenibility of the project, we have designed different multiplying events such as the International Congres on digital education and digital divide, the International Conference on digital methologies and evaluation and also National Seminars to present the project results in the different members´ schools (from Pre-Primary to Primary and Secondary education in formal and non-formal environments). Our partners are: - In Spain: The schools group Fundación Santos Mártires de Córdoba, Universidad de Córdoba, Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) and Conecta 13- In Italy: CREATIV, Istituto Istruzione A. Lincoln and Eurolingue Schools- In Portugal: Dr. Joaquim Gomes Ferreira Galves High School and the schools group Agrupamento de Escolas Rainha Santa Isabel. Member universities and educational research institutions will give us the necessary scentific support in developing the intelectual products. The schools in Spain, Italy and Portugal are basic in our project because, thanks to them, we will have Access to the reality of more than 10.000 students and their families and 800 teachers. For this reason, this association has the required capacity to carry out the previous research and investigation and, then, try out the different digital tools. Also, being such an ample group of members allows us to disseminate the results of our project not only locally or regionally but also in a national and international dimension.
