This has led us to join forces with our partners and develop a solution that will not only treat the symptoms but will actually target the problem itself. We have designed a solution model for a WEB 3.0 Platform (Digital Artisans) with a general purpose: to build functional communication and workflow between three target groups: ARTISANS, COMMUNITY and THE BUSINESS SECTOR, allowing them to interact on regional/ national/ European and international level and create opportunities mainly for the young artisans. The main goal of the web platform is to create wide network where artisans can interact, learn, bring ideas into reality and find jobs; and vice versa: the same system will allow the communities and business to present talents, host events, projects and hire people. It is designed to resolve three main problems:the lack of IT tools designed for young artisans that can facilitate their good practices and easen their career launch, development, project management and network sharing;the problems every young artisan faces in job finding process and in finding art talents for collaboration;the existing loop between artisans and their future employers i.e. between the main target group and the two subordinate target groups.Hence, project’s specific objectives embody:development of IT Tool for online working in order to increase employment of Artists and Artisans;leverage job finding for artisans and facilitate art talents search and match;minimize the loop between young artisans, communities and businesses on the labor market. The platform will allow young artisans to: create and build a personal / professional profile; find, post, manage, collaborate and finance projects and network. On the other hand, it will allow the companies, educational institutions and NGOs to: create a profile, browse, support projects and hire art talents. The artisans will have the option to use a message system tool encouraging networking between artisans worldwide. The third group (businesses) will benefit from the platform via feature for talent search and offer sponsorship on art projects, allowing them to find and employ / hire young professionals. Our Consortium forms team of professionals with different background and specific expertise from five different countries coming from: Macedonia, Poland and United Kingdom. The further upgrade of the online platform would offer advanced features for artisans, communities and businesses.

From the European Institutions to the Institutions of the participating countries, the greatest challenge is left to those who are daily committed to teaching educational content and conducting the teaching that should produce results. During the school age, young people face and learn habits that will further lay the foundation of their lives and pave the way for adult individuals and active citizens, The project is inspired by the needs of the two main target groups, teachers and students. Macedonia's internationally is ranked in the PISA ranks among the last in comparison to the achievements of 15-year-olds in the world. These tests tested language literacy and knowledge in mathematics and natural sciences for 540 thousand students from 72 countries. The ranking gave disappointing results, the Macedonian primary school pupils are fourth from behind. Behind them are only the natives of Kosovo, Algeria and the Dominican Republic. The best results are from the principals of Singapore, Japan and Estonia. According to TIMSS testing in Macedonia, the Macedonian elementary school students in 2011 also achieved striking results in competition from 42 countries, again fourth from behind. All four previous participations in Macedonia in 1999, 2003 and 2011 were also observed with huge failure, especially in the field of mathematics and physics. It is evident that in the Macedonian education lately there is a lot of investments, but there are no results. It is interesting to note that according to PISA testing in Macedonia done last year to 4,000 students. students who have taken in Albanian language give lesser results to students who were in subject to testing in Macedonian language. What all relevant stakeholders agree on is that new programs are needed to encourage thinking and interaction, and not factography. In our country in the external testing, only the factography is measured, and not the imagination and the ability to logical thinking. According to the World Bank, the Government should take steps to improve the quality of education, the report suggests that training should be provided for teachers in primary and secondary schools, as well as to increase the number of classes with teachers in primary education, which will led to the strengthening of the quality of primary and secondary education. World Bank analysts advise that higher education can be improved through co-ordination of the curriculum with the private sector and by introducing capitation to finance higher education. The project is also in line with the ""Framework for Developing and Understanding Digital Competence in Europe"" document prepared by the European Commission's Joint Research Center, as it provides learning and training opportunities in each of the recognized areas of digital competencies. The project is also linked to media literacy and the Commission's efforts in this area, as digital skills are key to promoting media literacy and the development of critical thinking. Therefore, the main goal of this project is to encourage a strategic digital transformation of school education and to raise the level of knowledge in the subjects of mathematics and physics among the students. The specific objectives of this project are: * To initiate digitization and transnationality by creating free open digital educational resources. * To promote the use of ICT in school education; * To create partnerships between schools, youth organizations and IT companies * To strengthen the capacities of partner organizations in e-learning * To advance teachers' digital competencies. * To initiate the creation of a strategic consortium that will develop new projects * To promote the use of the non-formal learning methodology in formal educational institutions. The project is designed to have a positive impact on the participants as well as on the participating organizations, but above all the target groups the teachers and staff in school education, youth workers, young people with fewer opportunities and students enrolled in formal educational institutions, such as schools."

This is related not only to increasing awareness of entrepreneurs but also to practical implications. Socially responsible business does not focus only on generating profit, administrative and financial issues, but has also positive influence on environment, local communities and all participants, who are involved in social and economic activity. Implementing the assumptions of CSR, sustainable development and other ethical issues is a must in the present world of business activity. The idea of the project was the result of research, observation, experience and exchange of ideas between project partners and other stakeholders. Many documents published in the European Union as well as worldwide have been analysed. Although many projects related to entrepreneurship, sustainable development and social responsibility have been already developed, none of them has taken into account international dimension involving immigrant entrepreneurs and developing training courses for both trainers / educators and potential entrepreneurs / managers. This project is of educational nature and will be using innovative educational tools and methods as well as exchange of and promoting good practices in the European dimension. Our horizontal priority refers to social inclusion since the project addresses mainly micro and small entrepreneurs including those of migrant background, who live far away from academic and training centres. They do not have many opportunities for development, especially access to business training in ethics, therefore we would like to promote social inclusion in training and workplace - foster the development of social, civic, intercultural competences, media literacy and critical thinking, promoting the ideas of ethical business. Due to misunderstanding of CSR and sustainable development assumptions immigrants often cannot fully integrate with the local and regional business communities – in this field appropriate training is a must. The consortium consists of 6 partners from 6 European countries: Germany, Greece, Italy, North Macedonia, Poland and Spain. They represent various educational and ICT related institutions with rich experience, what ensures that the project objectives will be met and all the material will be produced at the highest quality fulfilling the modern standards. The partners shared their experience and promoted the projects’ outcomes. The choice of partners enables balanced sharing of experiences in CSR field as well as multi-faceted cooperation in the fields of education, ICT, content production and dissemination. The main intellectual outputs include the:1. study on specific needs related to CRS and SD,2. sustainable development training in micro and small enterprises,3. good practice guide, 4. handbook for trainers, 5. curricula for training courses for entrepreneurs,6. curricula for training courses for trainers, 6. training courses for entrepreneurs as well as in-class and on-line,7. training courses for trainers as well as in-class and on-line.8. Manual for institutional trainersMoreover partners evaluate all project's results, international project's meetings and training for trainers. All results of the project were widely disseminated. According to final dissemination report consortium reached above 2600 persons acquainted with ISORESS project. All projects results are available on responsive and very user friendly website www.isoress.euConsortium created FB profile of the project where systematically uploaded all information about project. The educational platform is responsive, which means users have a possibility to use the work space via smartphones. IDEC organised training for trainers in Greece. It was very effective time in project lifetime. 16 trainers from partners' countries evaluate the main results of the project and give us a lot of very constructive feedback. MediaCreative prepared evaluation report which is avalible on google drive.During project's lifetime had been organised four transnational meetings, and all partners were very engaged and focused on the high quality of final results. All outputs were disseminated through various kinds of activities, including promotion on partners’ websites, round tables, conferences, social media, networks, cooperation with stakeholders and local authorities. The all materials are available as OERs, therefore can be used by institutions and trainers after the project’s has ended.
