<< Objectives >>Challenging the exclusion of young migrants, refugees & asylum seekers from NGOs and social movements (identified through direct experience and research [Make Minority a Prioriry, NYCI (2017)]. This project identifies and challenges these barriers by providing young people, NGOs & social movements with tools to enable access to diverse communities in their governance and actions (via e-Learning platform, youth ambassador program, ME's, and a charter for migrant-inclusive NGOs).<< Implementation >>The project contains three Transnational Partner Meetings, Research/Development actions, an Advanced Planning Visit, a Joint-Staff Training which pilots e-Learning content, a Blended Mobility Youth Ambassador training, and a Final Evaluation Meeting/Conference and Multiplier Events. There are three phases, Research/Development, Implementation, & Exploitation/Dissemination/Evaluation. The project will conclude with the launch of the Migration In Dialogue Network and Mentoring/Networking Program<< Results >>- Development of e-Learning modules - Migration in Dialogue Network launch, and associated mentoring and networking supports for young migrants. - Signing Charter with Municipalities and NGOs- Joint-Staff Training on migrant accessibility measure for NGOs- 25 Migrant Youth Ambassadors via Blended Mobility & 30 via e-Learning - Stimulated High-Level Political and Community dialogue on Migrant Access, via MEs and Final Conference - Consortium Capacity to engage in future KA2 action.

"<< Objectives >>To tackle the problem of exclusion/ lack of representation of migrant youth from youth centers and youth organizations. << Objectives >>Understanding, through structured dialogue with (new) migrants and migrant-focused services, innovative and forward-looking practices regarding the communication of available services to migrant communities, with an emphasis on approaches that engage migrants in co-creating and co-delivering this communication to target communities. Through this structured dialogue, having a body of knowledge/network of expertise to build future initiatives, with NGOs and migrant communities.<< Implementation >>- Kick-off Meeting- Compilation of focus groups research and case-studies.- Working Group / Training Course Hybrid activity to deepen the cooperation between the consortium in order to create sustainability of cooperation, and combine resources for analysis and production of: - Casebook of Innovative Practices - Multiplication Actions in IE/DE/PT<< Results >>- Heightened links between the consortium and migrant communities in partner countries (via transnational activities and focus groups).- Case book of innovative practices regarding co-creation & co-implementation of migrant services communication.- Sustainable network and heightened capacity of less experienced KA2 organisations.- Stimulated policy dialogue and facilitation of migrant-led implementation of project outcomes into service provision by the consortium and associate partners.

<< Objectives >>Our project connects, for long-term cooperation and mutual learning, two adult education institutions, and two migrant-led education NGOs to deliver a long term program of critical reflection for educators and counsellors working within migration. We will also take this opportunity to undertake research and needs assessment regarding the critical reflection needs of educators and the specific methodological needs of migrants in our partners' contexts.<< Implementation >>To do so, the consortium will connect two adult education services and two migrant-led NGOs to:1/ Develop a transferable methodology for the critical reflection of educators & counsellors working with migrants (via focus groups & a working group)2/ Manage an advanced training course for 25 educators & counsellors on critical reflection methods3/ Manage a program of critical reflection for 25 educators over 12 months<< Results >>1/ A transferable methodology for the critical reflection of educators & counsellors working with migrants2/ An emerging community of practice regarding critical reflection and migration - via the long term program of critical reflection of 25 educators. 3/ A network of NGOs, educators and migrants, working to improve adult education services4/ Cascading impact via local activities, and sustainable peer-to-peer networking and mentoring.
