The mental health of employees becomes a more relevant topic and according to the survey from 2019, "". Many C-suite directors recognize that the workplaces of today are highly pressurized and often stressful (or as recruitment adverts like to gloss it up, fast-paced) which takes its toll on workforces. Almost three-quarters of our respondents say high pressure and high-intensity environments"". The research from 2018 is showing that Just over a third (35%) of respondents provide training for line managers to help them support and promote employee wellbeing. And just a third (34.3%) of this group make this training mandatory for line managers to complete. It is evident that businesses, entities, and NGOs are willing to equip employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to cope with the well being of their employees. However, this raises the necessity of more structured information and guidance together with the competence list of the role that will enable them to improve the well being of their employees in all manner, and this is what the project ""Stressless Employees"" will do. These challenges have a high impact, particularly on low-skilled and low-qualified adults who lack the resilience, learning strategies or engagement to learn on their own.Currently, there are training, counselling or coaching e-platforms strictly dedicated to one area. Targeting a holistic approach, the project identified the needs of staff who support adult learners to have at hand, integrated into one, all necessary means to assist the low-skilled and low-qualified adults all through the way on their upskilling path to increase their competitiveness and adaptability in the labor market. In this respect, the project’s overall goal is to empower these professionals with an integrated and innovative iPath2UpSkilling Platform and Programme together with the specific skills required for using it in order to assure high quality upskilling pathways for the low-skilled and low-qualified adults. During 30 months, the project aims to:(1)develop the iPath2UpSkilling Platform (O1).(2)develop the iPath2UpSkilling Programme as an approach to Upskilling Pathways for low-skilled and low-qualified adults (O2).(3)empower 25 educators, trainers and other personnel who support adult learners with the necessary skills to use the iPath2UpSkilling Platform & Programme (C1 and C2).(4)expand at least 50 partnerships with Training Providers, Competence Assessment Centers & Second Chance Schools for Adults (O3)(5)raise public awareness on the project's results to 1000 persons. The main feature of this innovative iPath2UpSkilling Platform (O1) is the development of tailor-made itineraries as a part of the iPath2UpSkilling Programme (O2). The Programme assists the adult educators to firstly do profiling activities so that later to set up the most convenient training itinerary and a personalized pathway with activities that complement the capacities and resources made available to the adult trainee. The professionals will use the iPath2UpSkilling Platform and its resources in their daily work with the low-skilled and low-qualified adults to grant access to upskilling pathways in a flexible and an individual manner, ensuring at the same time both online and in-person instruction. Online instruction will be given through online trainings and other Open Educational Resources existing on the Platform's Library (O3). The in-person instruction will be ensured through online video guidance and coaching services and through the pointing out and giving a direction on the interactive online map towards specific Training Providers, Competence Assessment Centers and Second Chance Schools for Adults. Also, in the context of working with the low-skilled and low-qualified adults coming from schools with curricula centered only on reading, writing, math, science, history and foreign languages, the adult educators and trainers have identified from practice other two primary training needs area in any roadmap to upskilling: transversal key competencies and other competencies not taught in schools. If this training needs are covered, the low-skilled and low-qualified adults can successfully upgrade qualification. The project connects 4 online trainings on transversal competencies and other competencies not taught in schools (O3) with the certified qualifications awarded by Training Providers, Competence Assessment Centers and Second Chance Schools for Adults from the participating countries (UK, AU, CY, RO, TR) through an interactive online map. This approach grants a successful tailored Upskilling Pathway for those in need and valuable resources and working tools for adult educators and trainers. The web-based iPath2UpSkilling Platform is also freely available to all, becoming a virtual space where the adult educators can create networks, collaborations, exchange best practices, anticipate skills’ changes, participate in common actions and be visible up to the European level. The platform will be used to support trainers to easily build and host online courses even after the end of the project. Due to the fact that they will be empowered with online tools (O3), 3 Handbooks (IO2), 1 Mentorship Manual (IO2) and skills to create and develop new online trainings and Open Educational Resources as result of two trainings attended in the project (C1 and C2 activities), the Platform will develop by itself in time, assuring its durability and transferability beyond the project’ or partners’ border.

If we take a closer look at the statistics of 2017 regarding the partner countries of theproject, we will disappointingly realise that unemployed young women in Greece reach the percentage of 48,2%, meaning that about 1 every 2 women is unemployed, in Italy 37,2 %, meaning that about 1 every 3 young women is unemployed, in Cyprus 22,9%, meaning that about 1 every 4 of women is unemployed, in Romania 18,6%, meaning that about 1 every 5 women is unemployed and in Poland 15% with 1 every 6 women between 15-24 years old being unemployed (Eurostat, 2017). We all have to realise that young women are a fundamental asset for European economies and societies. Therefore, empowering young women, by creating the proper conditions to actively participate in the labour market, is considered imperative for the economic and social development and for the sustainability of European societies. This partnership among the 5 organisations, aims to promote actions and exchange of good practices in the area of digital technology, in order to facilitate young women's professional integration into the labor market. The project will support, on the one hand, professionals working with young women to improve their digital skills and strengthen digital education initiatives aimed at them (especially the young women that belong to disadvantaged groups, refugees, migrants), in order to train them in the professional use of digital technology to foster their employability and socio-educational and personal development and facilitate their professional and social integration. On the other hand, it will give young women the opportunity to improve their digital basic skills and key competences through learning experiences and learning environments, to increase their opportunities of being smoothly integrated in the labor market. The purpose of the project is an international synergy between 5 European organisations with the same need - TO DEVELOP THE DIGITAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES OF YOUNG WOMEN TO INCREASE THEIR OPPORTUNITIES OF INTEGRATION INTO THE LABOR MARKET. Having as target groups youth workers, trainers, ICT and digital technology experts involved in youth education belonging to partner groups, as well as low-digital skilled women and young women belonging to disadvantaged groups (i.e. women living in remote areas, refugees, migrants), we propose a project having the following objectives:1.To increase the professional development in digital skills and competences of each partner by means of 4 Short-term joint staff training events,2.To strengthen the networking among partners by developing a website named YoungWomen@Work, including best practices in digital skill acquisition, discussion forums, flipped classroom, flashnotes, screen capture videos of tutors giving online tutorials, ebooks, etc,3.To launch an awareness-raising campaign - YOUNG WOMEN@WORK. The objectives will be achieved through:*4 Short-term joint staff training events during which the target groups will learn 4 MODULES in the form of workshops:1.DigitalLiteracy – Women Catching Up, 2.Netiquette & Dangers of the Web, 3.Digital Business Skills,4.Online Marketing Strategies, *YoungWomen@Work website as digital network among partner organisations, which will spread knowledge and training to the young women through asynchronous methods (forums, lecture materials, etc),*The awareness raising campaign, YOUNGWOMEN@WORK,where our target groups will interact with the public and get our project's message for the need for digital skill development out to people and pressurise decision-makers,*4 short training events for young women, according to the model of the 4 Short-term joint staff training. The transnational character of the project helps all partners in their professional development in teaching digital skills,to compare approaches offered by the 5 partner countries on digital skill development, to become more systematic in their work with youth, more visible at national and international level and more familiar with European tools to implement a project.
