Food culture has also become global in today's globalizing world. Undoubtedly, this situation led fusion cuisine to occur in time and and took its place in many countries cuisine rapidly. Fusion cuisine is an authentic, creative and innovative practise which is composed of different cookery techniques and ingredients from different nations and regions and forms a designed mixture in one plate intentionally. This practise has increased its popularity recently and started to be used in different countries that aim to raise tourism income. Fusion cuisine is created by combining popular dishes from Italian, Spanish and Turkish cuisines in project practices. Objectives of the project are:a)To improve participants' professional qualities about Italian, Spanish and Turkish cuisines. In meetings home teams gave informations about their dishes and presentations are done with the contribution of all participants.b)To create a fusion cuisine by combining dishes from Italian, Spanish and Turkish cuisines.3 people from Italy, 3 people from Spain and 5 people from Turkey are participated project works. Participants are instructors and students from gastronomy department. Administrators who are responsible for the vocational training of institutions are also participated project works. Also no limit used for home team participants in order to extend the project. By this many students from home teams have been able to learn about project subjects.Project committees are established to carry out the project works. So it is provided to carry out the project in coordination and smoothly. A contract is signed with partner institutions before the project started. Thus, partners are informed about their responsibilities and possible problems have been removed at the beginning of project mobility. Participants are provided to have knowledge about the countries of partners by preparatory works.First activity is carried out in Italy between 1-5 May 2017, second activity is carried out in Spain between 25-29 September 2017 and last activity is carried out in Turkey between 16-20 October 2017. In the activities, mainly home team introduced their meals to other participants. Other teams also prepared their meals in order to synthesize with local meals. The meals were collected in a booklet and booklets were distributed to institutions those operating in the field of gastronomy and tourism. In addition, videos and photos from the activities were provided to all teams in order to share and inform all partners' activities with the students. As a result of the project, it was ensured that participants had professional knowledge about Italian, Spanish and Turkish cuisine. Since all partner institutions are educational institutions, the benefits are also shared with the students. Thus, more people who are interested in gastronomy and tourism have taken contribution from project. A cuisine synthesis was created with the contribution of Italian, Spanish and Turkish cuisine. Booklets, activity videos and pictures were also informed to a large number of people and organizations who were not able to participate the events. It has also been a sample study for institutions to take part in European Union and international activities.Although the project is finalized, event videos and photos will be used by the partners for many years in practices and will reach far more people. Although the estimated target was 500 people, project results has already reached many more interested persons and institutions. In the coming years, thousands of people will have information about the project by introducing works. It is also ensured that institutions have idea about international project processes. Our project about tourism and gastronomy have been an example for other educational fields. Already, many academicians took the project as an example in order to apply next term projects.

"The project ""Autonomous Mothers: Measures and Strategies for Reconciling work and family life"" is a multilateral strategic partnership between 4 European countries (Spain, Italy, Croatia and Greece) whose goal, in addition to its specific objectives, is to enable the development of networks, increase the ability to work transnationally, share and exchange ideas, practices and methods. The consulted datas for these EU countries reveal a serious unemployment situation for women, low rates of activity and employment, worse contracts and working conditions, including bad salaries and little social protection.Following the EU 2020 strategy, which has among its main objectives the growth of the employment rate and the fight against poverty and marginalization, we will provide a valuable assistance to women-mothers, addressing the double problems of unemployment and the need for reconciling work and family life.Mothers who do not work and who suffer any degree of social discomfort are our main target group. The project has been designed, primarily, in order to increase employment and to promote cooperation and lifelong learning by developing skills such as ""entrepreneurship, digital skills and linguistic competences"".We will realize, therefore, a series of activities that will give the opportunity to women-mothers to acquire basic and transversal skills in order to have access to the field of entrepreneurship and have the possibility to start a home-based business. The project guarantees non-formal learning methodologies, where the partners, together with participants will identify the best practices, through a local field study, and will create a network to share experiences and to generate a constructive debate. This network of relationships will be supported by the website and the e-learning platform. The main innovation will be the training activities that aim to acquire the necessary skills for personal and professional fulfillment of our target group in a modern, contemporary and sustainable version, without losing sight of the new technologies that are emerging in recent years. It is, therefore, a new opportunity to intensify development and economy, in addition to the promotion of entrepreneurship and the creation of new domestic businesses. An important added value of the project, towards a stronger European cooperation, will be given by the presence of 2 participants per partner at the Dissemination Seminary (E1) of Madrid, where they will be given the opportunity to participate in round tables, exchange of experiences, opinions and ideas in an international context. All partners will participate in all project activities:1) PreparationActivities related to project management, dissemination, field study to identify local examples of success and good practices on business activities that can be realized at home.2) Training ActivitiesTraining Course for small groups of women-mothers (10 people per country);E-learning Training through an online learning space for all interested people and for those who are active in the employment promotion.3) Impact and Monitoring ActivitiesThe project expects a positive impact that will lead to an enrichment of the educational opportunities given to women-mothers looking for a job, in line with the socio-economic context of the area in which it is developed. Being a strategic partnership, every community in partners countries will benefit from this. In this way the dissemination of results and good practices of the project will have a positve impact also at an international level.4) Dissemination of resultsTo disseminate the Intellectual Products (Training Course and Methodological Guide) and all the project results across Europe, we will use a database of materials, brochures, partner websites and digital magazines with Open-source Licenses and also several events will be organized in the countries of each partner. There will be two transnational meeting and a Dissemination Seminar (E1).5) Evaluation.Under these considerations, the proposed project operates in line with the concept of ""sustainability"" thanks to our work for combating unemployment through the development of business activities that can be carried out directly from home. We strongly believe that MAMEC project is presenting ample and concrete opportunities to innovate and promote the creation of new jobs and to motivate women-mothers in following their desires of personal and professional development."

Background of the project: Nourishment is the most important factor for a healthy life. People especially in developed countries pay importance to their diets and they care choosing healthy food for their nutrition. Among these food types, sea products take place on the top in terms of being healthy. This fact brought seafood to the first place in the cuisine of every country. Unsaturated fatty acids, essential amino acids, minerals and vitamins in seafood increases the demand for them. For this reason, seafood has become one of the essential foods in cuisines of many countries. This potential of seafood has shown its effects in gastronomic tourism and has placed them on the top in gastronomic tourism. This situation has made cooking and presentation of seafood an important issue, and obligated healthy and creative applications in seafood preparation. Cuisines which has developed these innovative applications has been placed near the top in gastronomic tourism and has become essential destinations for tourists.Although national cuisines develop innovative and specific applications in seafood cooking and presentation, it is hard to say that the outcomes of these applications are quite appropriate for tastes of other nations. This fact makes an international level cooperation necessary in terms of seafood cooking and presentation. When we study national cuisines, we can find that there is a lack of a common culture of cooking and presentation, which is the main motivation directing us to prepare an international practice in seafood cooking and presentation. Number and profile of participants: 3 people from Italy (Giovani Per L'Europa), 3 people from Spain (M&M Profuture Training) and 5 people from Turkey (Safranbolu Vocational High School) are going to participate project works. "<< Background >>This project of cultural integration through art (music, dance, theatre, literature, etc.) was born from what was learned after the crisis suffered in the world by Covid-19; a situation after which the cultural sector was tremendously damaged and with difficulties to carry out the activities in the way they were traditionally done and to find new ways in which art reaches our young people. For this reason, the need arose to find a way to carry out cultural projects that adapt to any situation and time and that give support to this sector. We want to create a way to bring young people closer to our roots through different artistic disciplines in which we can observe signs of identity of each country. We will use music, poetry, theatre, corporal expression and dance as tools that take us to certain passages of history and bring us closer to different cultures, generating an intercultural and social dialogue, and favouring easy access to art and culture, which are of vital necessity for young people.Since the creation of our consortium, we have been very clear that education in values is the basis for the construction of a more tolerant, inclusive and respectful society, and that this is what we want to transmit to the young people we work with, both in this and in the rest of our activities and projects. For this to be so, we must do a very important job with them working on interculturality, both by delving into our own roots to understand that our culture is influenced by many others and that this enriches it, as well as knowing and learning about other different cultures, which give access to new interests and open the vision of youth understanding that it is necessary a world where all of them live together and respect each other. We believe that with our project ""Building and Linking Roots"", we undoubtedly advance in this task and provide tools for this action for interculturality to take place, which responds not only to the need of young people, but also to the needs of different organizations to organize activities with which to work efficiently inclusion and cultural integration. On the other hand, we respond to the observations that the monitors made after analyzing what happened during the Covid-19 pandemic, a situation in which culture was involved in a serious crisis and, more specifically, struggled to find solutions and ways to reach young people. They believe that it is necessary to create a way that is accessible to all, that can be used in any situation or circumstance and that is also done in an effective, interesting and useful way for young students, and for this we believe that the digitization of cultural workshops on the online platform, together with the methodological guide, is a great step in this direction, which will not only provide an innovative way to conduct these sessions and normalize the use of technology for these workshops, but also enables greater access to students from all countries.<< Objectives >>With our project ""Building and Linking Roots"", we want to establish a new way of consuming culture and art, we want them to develop an interest in these workshops and to share with other people different points of view about them, and, above all, to have a real alternative to continue with these workshops whatever the situation, which is also a solution for many monitors. We want to offer them the tools so that, through art, they can approach different cultures, see how they affect these artistic disciplines over time, and understand that differences, both cultural and social, do not alienate us, but rather unite and enrich us.We want to introduce the digital dimension in the arts and in the participation of young people, something that has always been very difficult because of the coldness it implies, we believe it is something innovative in the world of culture and art for young people, within an activity that has always had a very physical and face-to-face character. We believe that this will give greater accessibility to users from all countries and will standardize the use of digital tools between monitors and students. From our consortium, we defend the importance of education, and specifically of non-formal education, as the axis of a fairer, more tolerant and egalitarian society. And that is why we believe that, through the different workshops and activities that will be developed during the project, we will provide young people with the necessary tools to get to know these roots and to be able to reach a connection between cultures that favours the rapprochement from respect and integration. With our activities we intend that the participants, immersing themselves in an experience that develops their creative abilities, create a link between cultures, which is really necessary to address the problem of growing rejection towards minority groups with which we currently live in our society, which is being generated among the young sectors of the population incited by current issues such as the refugee crisis and the migratory boom among others. We want young people to be the basis of a new artistic impulse that can generate opportunities for culture and, in turn, for the youth themselves. In addition, we hope that the development of our project will serve to fill the gap created in this hard period in which they have been away from those artistic activities that were also part of their leisure and enjoyment in their free time.Based on the above and other program activities, the objectives we want to achieve are:-Knowledge and dissemination of the tradition of each country and its legacy in art and its different branches.-Digitalization of cultural workshops.-Develop the individual and group creative capacity of the participants. -Increased knowledge of the history of the participating countries. Create awareness of the historical past and how it affects our present. -The creation of a network of young Europeans in action for interculturality, solidarity between peoples and reading. -The enrichment of the European associative movement. -The promotion of an active attitude to undertake projects.-A greater respect for all cultures.<< Implementation >>In order to achieve all of our objectives mentioned above, we will develop the following activities:1. Methodological guide for the workshops: The online development of the workshops opens the possibility of sharing cultural roots with young people from different countries and cultures, making this experience even more enriching for the users. For this, we understand that it is necessary to create a new methodology that establishes the bases of these workshops, the way to intervene and create the contents; and that also guarantees the fulfilment of the objectives that we set at the time of creating this project. For this, after a previous research, we will create a methodological guide that will not only reach our partners during this project, but will also be able to remain and be consulted and used for other activities, both within the Erasmus+ program and in other events of the different organizations. 2. Cultural workshops:The objective is to develop workshops that reach young people and establish a new way of consuming art and culture. These workshops must follow a specific methodology and must be previously planned and prepared, specifically designed for young people to receive, in a totally practical and playful way, cultural knowledge through the different artistic fields. Thus, the workshops we have planned to develop in this project are: poetry, theatre and corporal expression, traditional dance, modern dance, traditional music, local crafts, traditional cooking and other complementary activities.3. Online platform:This tool is mainly designed to offer young people an interactive and agile way to reach artistic contents that can also help them to know their culture; and for educators to use it, to self-evaluate and reflect on their particular needs in this type of competencies.<< Results >>Through the project ""Building and Linking Roots"", we want young people to know in depth and give importance to the roots of the different cultures that exist in the participating countries, how essential it is a world where all of them coexist and influence each other to understand our society as we know it today. They will learn not only part of history, but also specific elements that we have acquired in art: in music (instrumentation and melodies), in dance (movement and character), in poetry (lyrics, rhymes and words), etc.; while developing their creativity. We want them to think again, to lay the foundations for intercultural dialogue in a tolerant, empathetic and respectful society. We would also like them to be able to transmit what they have learned in their closest circles (family, friends, classmates...). In addition, we would like to give a new digital dimension to the way young people consume culture. To ensure the fulfilment of our main objectives, we will realize 3 project outcomes:1.Methodological Guide for the workshops2.Cultural workshops3.Online PlatformBased on the above and the other activities of the program, the objectives we want to achieve are: -Knowledge and dissemination of the tradition of each country and its legacy in art and its different branches. -Development of the individual and group creative capacity of the participants. -Greater knowledge of the history of the participating countries. Create awareness of the historical past and how it affects our present. -Creation of a network of young Europeans in action for interculturality, solidarity among peoples and reading. -Enrichment of the European associative movement. -To promote an active attitude of project entrepreneurship. -Greater respect for all cultures. In addition, the participation of the young people will have to be active, since the designed program and the own methods of work involve all the participants. They will have to prepare material, design content, and carry out evaluations. Therefore, the competencies to be acquired or improved by the participants will be, fundamentally, the following: -Knowledge of interculturality and key ideas in terms of equality between men and women. -Development of artistic and creative skills. -Knowledge of the methodology in and for free time. -Knowledge of languages. -Knowledge of the design, planning, execution and evaluation of activities. -Knowledge and improvement of the use of technologies and social networks as a platform for artistic movements.-Knowledge of the management of social networks of young Europeans. -Knowledge of Europe, of what it is and means to be a European citizen and of the ""European dimension"" in their lives, the ability to build Europe. -Ability to organize and act, to learn to be active citizens in the community in which they live, in the construction of Europe. -Ability to intervene in public, scenic, expressiveness. -Ability in the handling of technical resources. -Non-sexist and non-discriminatory attitude. -Solidarity, constructive attitude to investigate, respect, share, self-criticism, tolerance, respect for multiculturalism. -Ability to work in a team, as this is basic in the methodology to be applied."
