"<< Background >>In the context of a rapidly changing world, the future of work is an issue drawing the attention of many individuals and organisations. It is a global concern, posing important challenges that need to be addressed urgently. One such challenge is how to ensure that the future of work is inclusive, leaving no one behind, including the one billion persons with disabilities living on our planet. Ensuring an inclusive future of work is part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and the corresponding Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), where there is explicit reference to persons with disabilities inclusion in the context of decent work and economic growth. The rights based approach towards persons with disabilities reflected in the 2030 Agenda is aligned with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). The CRPD will continue to provide an important framework for promoting inclusion and equal opportunities for persons with disabilities also in the world of work. This project is intended for adults with disabilities and their support for transition into the labour market from education and training, and making employment accessible by providing essential information and guidelines for employers, improving competences of educators and for the persons with disabilities as well. This project also aims to help people with disabilities by creating innovative supporting employment methods and establishing them in the labour market. Additional priorities interconnected with the goal of the project are referring to Extending and developing the competences of educators and other personnel working with adults with disabilities as well as Enhancing access to training and qualifications for all.<< Objectives >>The key objective of this Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership project is to contribute by creating dynamic and inclusive sensitive tools for use across Europe to support unemployed adults with disabilities to be fairly included in the labour market and to ease the transition process of education and training to employment, by:•Creating evidence-based best practices in the area of inclusion of persons with disabilities (PwDs) into the Labor market;•Digitalisation of the inclusion practices for persons with disabilities into the Labor market by creation of accessible OER (Open educational resource);•Creating accessible tool for employment ""European passport for employment"" of persons with disabilities;•Supporting business sector for employing persons with disabilities by creating special tool for working and engaging with PwDs at the workplace;•Building capacities (competences and skills) of professionals involved in education and training of persons with disabilities;•Foster quality improvements and excellence in innovation at the cross-sectoral level through enhanced transnational cooperation between educational institutions dealing with adult education and business sector (employers);•Promote and strengthen knowledge and acceptance of diversity in society.<< Implementation >>Increasing the number of persons with disabilities in the labour market requires a comprehensive approach which this project offers, making use of a wide range of measures. Key among them are:- collaborating with companies/employers to create more inclusive workplaces;- strengthening the vocational and other professional skills of persons with disabilities;- upgrading competences of teachers and other professionals involved in education process of persons with disabilities, as well as promoting a conducive policy and legal environment for the wage employment of persons with disabilities. Hence, these three groups will directly benefit from this project: people with disabilities, employers (business sector) and teachers/professionals involved in the education process of persons with disabilities.Persons with disabilities face barriers to inclusion in mainstream society. They are frequently not considered potential members of the workforce. Myths abound, including that persons with disabilities are unable to work and that accommodating a person with a disability in the workplace is expensive. Statistical reports from low, middle, and high income countries show that people with disabilities of working age have much lower rates of employment than people without disabilities. This project is one step towards decreasing negative statistics of unemployment of persons with disabilities and a small contribution for social inclusion. The socioeconomic part of integration of persons with disabilities that essentially reflects the quality of life of this category of people, where employment occupies an important place, is an indicator of the success of the holistic treatment of persons with disabilities. That is why, the business sector (employers) should know what to expect and how to create an inclusive work environment and to bring down discriminating barriers for persons with disabilities.Educators, teachers and other professionals involved in educational process of persons with disabilities are facing lack of competences and skills to address educational needs and specifics of persons with disabilities, among which are career guidance and preparation for the world of work and labor. This project is aiming to improve the competences of educational professionals by giving them specific skills that will make the transition from the field of education to the filed of labor more successful.Transnational project implementation is vital because of the fact that unemployment of persons with disabilities hits almost every country in the European Union, and this is one of the priorities of the Union integrated in social inclusion practices. Additional, transnational implementation of the project will provide exchange of good practices among the partners, which will lead towards more perceivable, operable and inclusive outputs and cooperation between counties in EU and beyond.<< Results >>According to the project objectives and planned activities, expected results and outcomes can be categorized as tangible and non-tangible. Tangible results are:- on-line open access educational resource (OER) accessible and operable for persons with disabilities intended for persons with disabilities, employers and professionals in the area of teaching and rehabilitating persons with disabilities, that will contain all project tools, materials, guides and good practices developed in the project;- Desk-top research about evidence-based best practices in the area of inclusion of persons with disabilities (PwDs) into the Labor market;- Mini guide (manual/practicum) for employers about policies, expectations and support for employment of persons with disabilities and their integration in the workplace ""How to work with people with disabilities"";- Special flexible and self-advocacy tool for persons with disabilities ""European passport to employment"" that will help persons with disabilities make effective transition and inclusion into the labor market and workplaces;- New flexible teaching methods and open pedagogy (andragogy) approaches, especially in professional orientation and career counseling and development;- Increased access to e-materials for teaching and employment of persons with disabilities;- Increased transnational cooperation in the field of adult education and training and inclusion of adults with disabilities. Non-tangible results are referring to:- Enhancing the transition from education and training to the world of labor for the persons from vulnerable groups (persons with disabilities);- Building professional capacities (competences and skills) of professionals involved in education and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities for career guidance and enabling successful preparation for the persons with disabilities on the labor market;- Enhancing emancipation process of persons with disabilities and stimulation to be active participants in the labor market; - Supporting EU and UN policies about employment and active participation of persons with disabilities in all spheres of the society;- Stimulating business sector for employing persons with disabilities by creating accessible and practical guideline;- Greater understanding of diversity in the societies;- Raising awareness about the social inclusion of persons with disabilities in the mainstream societies;- Creating equal opportunities for persons with disabilities to use the Open educational resource and all educational and career tools developed in the project."

"European Union foresees the promotion of equality between men and women as a task of their members, but the statistics shows a slow progress. The project responds to this situation connected with social inclusion and employment.Project ""Innovative work-life balance tools to promote equality of men and women"" supports and tries to solve equality of women and men by creating innovative outputs focused on implementation of work-life balance into companies. Four partner organizations will participate in this project, the Czech Republic (AOA CR), the Slovak Republic (AIVD SR), Greece (DAFNI KENTRO EPAGGELMATIKIS KATARTISIS) and Portugal (EPATV). Chosen organizations have extensive experience with European projects and they deal with equal treatment problem solving in the area of research and by training activities.Examples of best practice will be intermediated in the form of video-interviews with 16 HR managers who use WLB tools in their companies effectively. In the second part of the project, partner organizations will create WLB Blended Learning tools - e-learning platform of Work-Life Balance Implementation in Companies and a Manual for Trainers of Work-Life Balance Implementation intended for trainers/tutors/consultants who will lead WLB Blended Learning with the aim to implement WLB tools into companies. WLB Blended Learning tools will be translated into Czech, Slovak, Portuguese, Greek and English to involve wider audience and target groups in most European countries. The innovative educational system will play an essential role in answering present and future demands of the gender equality education and support of employment and work-life balance in Europe. Trainers/tutors/consultants will attend a short-term joined staff training event to strengthen their lecturing skills and be trained for leading WLB Blended Learning which will be designed for HR managers, company management, company trainers, employees and other attendees who are responsible for implementation of WLB tools into companies. In WLB Blended Learning HR managers and company trainers will be trained. In Pilot Implementation activity there will also be students involved, from whose ranks there will future HR specialists be recruited. They will have an important role in sustaining interest and changing attitudes in future generations in Europe in the context of gender issues. Project results will then be sufficiently verified and evaluated.Project outputs will be disseminated at four conferences, through e-mailing to members and cooperating organizations and media (Facebook, Linkedln, EPALE, the Internet, youtube.com etc.). These effective disseminations will take place on the local, regional, national and EU levels. Sustainability of the project is given firstly by the chosen form of modern technologies and secondly by project objectives which support social inclusion and employability of persons endangered at labour market. The project responds to present need of European society to sustain balance between work and family lives. The interest and promotion of gender equality education is connected with gender strategical documents and will help to overcome significant challenges in Europe so it will still be up-to-date topic for target groups, stakeholders and European society generally."

<< Background >>Societies that include healthy people are also those that can look to the future with confidence in success, development, prosperity. Individual and public steps need to be taken in order to ensure health and well-being. The importance of health as an individual emerges when the individual develops in terms of healthy living behaviors and health knowledge. In social and public terms, it is very important to develop health attitudes and behaviors of individuals. When this development is achieved, progress and success can be achieved for a sustainable healthy life and sustainable environment.Adequate and balanced nutrition, which is the basic requirement of health, Starting in the womb for sustainability, growth and development, productivity, health and well-being is vital in all stages of life. Food selection of individuals is closely related to many factors such as age, gender, traditions, cultural and environmental factors, education level, nutritional information equipment, economic status. The diversity of the nutrients as well as the amount to be consumed is of great importance in order to ensure that all nutrients are received in the body adequately and balanced and to maintain a healthy diet.During the COVID pandemic process, different needs have arisen in areas such as lifestyles, working methods, education and training methods, using technology, nutrition and needs. These issues need to be handled within the scope of a sustainable healthy life.Sustainable healthy life and sustainable environment should be considered in conjunction with each other. The two cannot be considered separate from each other. As educational institutions that provide vocational education, we attach great importance to these issues. We want to work for a sustainable healthy life and sustainable environment. For this reason, schools providing vocational education from 4 different European countries will cooperate. While dealing with these studies, our needs are as follows;-Developing educational methods, new approaches and materials for a sustainable healthy life- To ensure that healthy generations are raised- To provide equal educational opportunities to students from disadvantaged groups (social, cultural, economic, learning difficulties, etc.) in vocational education and to ensure that they benefit from these opportunities.-Collaboration of vocational education institutions with innovative ways- To apply innovative approaches in vocational education applied by different European schools together, to transfer good examples.-To make vocational education more attractive- To work on students who cannot attend school for various reasons, who have to drop out of school, and to prevent early school leaving- To raise awareness about EU citizenship-The development of vocational education of schools through international studies-To develop new approaches for learning by doing model, which is an important education method in vocational education.- To ensure that teachers and students make progress in the digitalization period using ICT tools.-To provide the development of foreign language skills<< Objectives >>The health and well-being of European citizens are determined by aspects of their everyday life, including economic circumstances, social dynamics and the quality of their natural and living environments. These different dimensions are not isolated but interact in a complex nexus to deliver a living experience specific to each individual.Agreed in 2017, the Ostrava Declaration summarises the priorities in these areas in the WHO European region, resolving to protect and promote health and well-being and prevent premature deaths, diseases and inequalities related to environmental pollution and degradation (WHO Europe, 2017a).In the EU, the ambitious new agenda of the European Commission, the European Green Deal, recognises that good health is closely connected to the state of our environment and aims to protect the health and well-being of citizens from environment-related risks and impactsThe 2030 agenda for sustainable development, adopted by all United Nations (UN) Member States in 2015, sets out goals and targets for action over the next decade. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) address multiple aspects of human development, including improved health, poverty alleviation, education etc.Being able to be a physically and mentally healthy individual is in the right interaction with the nutritional status. Achieving this requires the individual to gain sufficient and balanced eating habits starting from the family. Bodily and With the presence of mentally healthy and talented individuals, a country can reach the desired level of civilization economically and socially. Not only food access and / or purchasing power, but also nutritional information should be considered as an important factor in choosing the right and healthy food. Inadequate or incorrect nutritional information also affects food selection, indirectly causing great damage in the structure, economic power and health expenditures of societies and can cause irreversible situations. The motivation for this project is to share and implement best practices on how to build on the foundation of similarities between different nationalities to attain a higher sense of European and international citizenship amongst the students, while respecting differences in cultural and personal identity.Based on all these, 4 schools from different parts of Europe (France, Turkey, Portugal, Romania) have prepared a project for a sustainable healthy life, which is one of the EU objectives. In this context, we planned to share good examples and collaborate in order to support healthy nutrition and healthy life goals. Within the framework of this plan;- Healty Eating (Healhty foods, healthy cooking etc ...)- Healthy Diet methods -Organic Foods -Sport for HealthWe will work on the subjects. The students whom our partners teach are between the ages of 14 and 18 and they provide vocational high school education. 2 TPM , 4 physical mobilities , 4 online mobilities are planned. 7 students and 2 accompanying teachers will participate in these activities. After all activities we will have concrete objectives for each topic;4 E-magazines4 Videos4 Learning Units4 Workshops/Lecture/Conference The Project E-BookA partner school is responsible for a topic for each mobility. Duringthe training activity, the host school will make studies and plans on the subject. In addition, representatives of the participating school will share their experiences on the subject during the activities. Priority will be given to students who are socially, economically and culturally disadvantaged during the selection of students who will participate in the studies. Thus, we will create equal opportunities and contribute to the development of the EU citizenship concept. It will be given priority to choose informal methods for training activities to be carried out during physical mobility, thus enabling participants to participate in training activities in a comfortable environment.<< Implementation >>Participants will participate in local and international activities.Local activities; Each partner school will set up a project management team for project activities. One of the responsibilities of the project management team is to make studies that will enable the participants to participate in the activities. These activities will increase student motivation and strengthen the bond with the school.-Meetings will be held with students-Meetings will be held with parents of students-Organizing workshops on the project topics with students- Activities to be carried out with the stakeholders will be made possible for students to participate- Out-of-school education activities will be carried out using non-formal education methods.-Experience sharing activity will be held to share the experiences of students who have worked on the subject before, teachers and students who have experience abroad.-Project logo contest, project brochures, e-magazines, short movies and electronic books will be organized in which students will participate. The project management team will determine the students who will participate in studies abroad. An informative meeting will be held with the students and their parents before the trip. Information about the culture, lifestyle, etc. of the destination country will be exchanged.International activities;Face-to-face communication will happen during transnational project meetings. While during exchanges there will be working sessions for teachers to discuss about the progress of the project and to evaluate, transnational project meetings will be more complex. We will manage 2 Transnational project meetings (TPM) for our project. First one will be before starting project. Global coordinator (French) will organize this meeting in France. Second Transnational project meeting will be organised end of the project activities. Portuguese coordinator will organize this meeting in Portugal. International online mobilities will be held before each international mobility. The etwinning portal will be used for these meetings. Teachers and students who will go to that country will participate in this event. Thus, before going abroad, both an international experience on the subject of the project will be shared and students will first have the opportunity to meet in a virtual environment. This activity will increase their communication skills and make students feel safe.During the project period ,we will have 4 physical mobilities for each topic .Guest teachers and students will participate together in all activities planned by the host during physical activity. Each partner school will fulfill its assigned duties and responsibilities. It will be based on learning by doing studies and living. It will be ensured to work as such an international team. Students will be given the opportunity to integrate easily. During the studies, teachers will guide the students.4 schools from different parts of Europe (France, Turkey, Portugal, Romania) will organize actitivities about project topics.
