The core idea was to motivate students and young researchers to actively use their intellectual potential to generate innovative ideas. During this process student teams have had the opportunity to be mentored, guided and advised by company representatives and university staff.The following project outcomes are expected to be sustainable long after the end of the EU funding:7 SMART Caffes(SCs) and their network;4 new training modules elaborated for the teaching staff of SCs8 new trainings elaborated for students enrolled in SCsIT multifunctional platform SMART_CHANNELRevised curricula in 7 HEIsBook: ""From Idea to running business"" in EN, RO, RU, AM, BLRMarket for Ideas in EN and RO/or RU/or AM/ or BLRStart up competition and annual regional conference of EaPC students’ EXPECTED IMPACT is envisaged on:Institutional level: new teaching approaches implemented, teaching staff skills increased, entrepreneurial skills of students fostered, improved quality of education.Regional level: new model of a public-private-people partnership fits to EaCP created, strong Network of motivating environment for students (SMART Caffes) created, contact-building between entrepreneurs -students –HEIs improved.National level: the role of HEIs in society in each EaCP extend, different perspectives crossed, interactions between technologies & market fostered.European level: fostering the integration process of EaCP HEI into the European Higher Education Area, built as an area which using common tools. Thus, EaCP update their higher education systems making them more compatible with EU standards."

Activities are aimed at improving the quality of work with youth; it is achieved on the base of raising the level of competence and social and professional growth of youth workers (events А2, А3, А7, А9 are presented in the Annex 1 (file Results.pdf); organizing the work of Youth Entrepreneurship Support Centers (A6); development of cooperation, interaction and exchange of experience between youth organizations, organizations which operate in the field of education, public authorities, as well as business and labor market representatives (A3, A7, A9).2. Activities are aimed at enhancing entrepreneurial potential and participation of youth in the social and economic life of society on the base of the implementation of informal and formal training methods which provide the acquisition of missing skills and competencies which are necessary for successful self-realization in the labor market (A4, A5, A6); interaction and exchange of experience between youth organizations, organizations in the field of education, representatives of government and business (A5, A6, A7, A8, A.9).The project promoted enhancing youth entrepreneurship in the Eastern Partnership countries and EU countries through the exchange of experience, best practices in entrepreneurial activities, increasing the level of development of practical skills and entrepreneurial competencies of both youth and youth workers.This project had positive impact on reducing the imbalance between the demand in the labor market and the quality of education by developing the skills and competencies of both youth and youth workers that are important for competitiveness in the labor market.The project created framework for cooperation, internationalization and the possibility of exchanging experience, establishing links between the Baltic countries of the European Union and the countries of the Eastern Partnership, on the base of which youth can benefit from the study of the best practices and business education.

Project represents a comprehensive approach to much-needed strategies for the PCs HEIs that will start from comprehansive research of internationalisation level of HE, following EU best practice study to boost horizontally their internationalisation. The action foresees strengthening strategic, infrastructural & human capacities in HEIs of 3 PCs, implementation of Internationalization Action Plans in 7 HEIs and further approval by national Ministries which involvement ensures project impact on policy level and provides modernisation at national development strategies.At the project core there lays development of approaches to harmonization of internationalization strategies in HE, research and innovation through setting-up tool kits and their national approval. The specific objectives will be reached by actions at institutional, national & multi-regional levels across PCs like implementing a set training set, establishing Framework of a Comprehensive internationalization strategy, recommendations for harmonisation. The action is complemented by extensive dissemination & networking activities. The partnership comprises 6 EU HEIs, 2 HEIs from AM and BY and 4 RU institutions; and the MoES of PCs join them. Expected impact is seen as contribution to coherence between internationalisation strategies and EU development cooperation policies by considering principles of equity and PC ownership; use academic and research mobility as given direction of cooperation.
