Integration of societies that are rapidly globalizing day by day, individuals with normal and special needs find their place in the society, adapting to different cultural values, constitutes importance both individually and socially. Some researches examined by the project team of our institution focused on the cultural intelligence factor defined as the capacity to adapt and communicate with cultural differences. In the information obtained from scientific studies, it was seen that those who are interested in various artistic activities have higher social skills and cultural intelligence than those who are not. In addition to artistic activities, the findings of Crowne 's study in 2008 stated that interacting with other cultures (such as education and employment abroad) determined cultural intelligence, depending on the level of benefiting from cultural experiences.Based on the findings of SWOT analysis, Cultural Intelligence Scale and Cultural Heritage Awareness Scale, which we applied in our institution in order to base needs analysis on concrete data and the result of the studies above, the mentioned project was created. Through our project, we aim to train a new generation who know their cultural heritage, adapt to different societies, have awareness and sensitivity towards cultural diversity, express themselves in society, become enterprising and competent in creating social dialogue, also blend different disciplines together and develop innovative practices by using local arts. And we aim to contribute to the proliferation of young generations who will benefit from creating different methods during the application of the professions they will acquire. In the activities planned in line with our goal, considering the principles of constructivist approach, the active role of the students was prioritized. To this end, each country is asked to use an artistic activity of its own culture as a tool and all students are expected to implement the activity in mobility. These activities briefly, craftworks specific to Bursa in Turkey hosted bream curtain game Creation of characters and conversion of these materials exhibited play 3D video, drawing and coloring on electronic tablets of specific motifs to Tallinn in Estonia, Italy to specific objects in nature in Sicily photographed and transformed into a big puzzle with web 2.0 applications, staging the art of local finger puppet in Portugal with puppets produced by students in 3D printers, teaching and staging folk dances in Poland with dance mapping method, playing the local music in Spain with participated schools from each country. Its orchestral and choral vocalization is that the story on which this music is based is filmed through web 2.0 applications and presented synchronously during the concert. All activities and outcomes will be shared in the eTwinning project, transferred to more participants via the webinars, presented on the project's web page, introduced in local press tools, added to eba as content, and the scale data applied during the evaluation period will be converted into an article and published in academic journals. In this way, sustainability of the project results and activities is aimed. In line with our main priority, it is thought that our students ' use of art activities as a way of recognizing and promoting their own cultural values, and by acquiring partners to cooperate at the international level, mutual transfer of the values acquired can improve students' awareness and attitudes towards the importance of cultural values. Our project is also important for the mainstreaming students who need special learning, and the objectives in question coincide with the target of the education model, which does not isolate individuals with special educational needs from their peers and strengthens the culture of coexistence and supports their spiritual and mental development in the MEB's 2019-2023 strategic plan.It is considered important for the planned activities to be organized in line with the contemporary approach of interdisciplinary interaction, cooperative learning and Steam model, by associating them with the field of information technologies, creating motivation for students to develop their missing information skills and updating traditional arts and gaining different creative perspectives. These targets in Turkey's 10th development plan which are the international level, promotion of our culture, the development of social cohesion and the enrichment maintained not only coincide with the policy of continuation of cultural relations with countries in the world and new approaches in education, but also serve to items of strategic plan about gifted students which is published by the Ministry of Education.

"All the delegations involved consider that the fundamental bases of the project are: -the agreement of the European Commission ""Framework on climate and energy for 2030"" and -the universal value of Cultural Heritage manifested in European landscapes, flora and fauna and their protection, through Environmental Education. It is innovative in establishing a curricular integration strategy of Environmental Education that will allow educational communities to contribute collectively to achieve the fundamental objectives of the European Commission. The Cultural Heritage has a universal value for us. It is important to preserve it and to transmit it to future generations. We must encourage our educational communities to discover and commit themselves to the natural heritage by reinforcing the feeling of belonging to a common European area. The exchange of good practices among the different delegations participating in the project clearly justifies their transnational nature and their financing. We set ourselves as the first objective to know the different lines of intervention that Environmental Education develops, as well as the knowledge of our Natural Spaces as universal values of the European Cultural Heritage. Paying special attention to the ""Natura 2000 Network"" natural spaces constitute a network of biodiversity conservation areas in the European Union where we will find Special Conservation Areas. As a second objective of the project we set out to raise awareness in our educational communities of the need to acquire a perception and an attitude about energy that is more in solidarity with the environment, reducing the consumption of fossil fuels and betting on energy savings, energy efficiency and sources of energy (renewable energy). And finally, we set out as a specific objective the performance of communication, training and environmental education actions to raise awareness about the treatment of waste and its recycling, focusing especially on the problem of plastics.Through the environmental commissions, we will learn how the schools promote attitudes to allow the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions while respecting the environment. These comissions will also carry out research work where they will search, generate and process information about waste and its recycling in educational communities.Plastics will have a special treatment and campaigns to raise awareness and disseminate the problem will take place. All the works, proposals and results obtained will be shared through eTwinning, which will be used periodically / regularly, as well as the preparation of mobilities and their development.96 high school students from 12 to 15 years old will be directly involved in the mobilities. Indirectly, a total of 200 students will be part of some of the programmed activities. There will be about 80 teachers implicated and 48 mobilities programmed including short-term mobilities and the training for participants in France. In addition, the ErasmusPlus teams that will develop the program in the five different delegationsThe eTwinning platform will be fundamental due to the collaborative and digital nature of the project. Each project delegation will appoint a Twinning commission responsible of the management of the platform. The first block of activities will be based on the presentation and organization of teams. In a second block of activities we will focus on activities that will help the achievement of the specific project objectives. These will have a collaborative nature where respect and tolerance prevail. With the development of the project:- Students will acquire a more supportive and respectful conscience with the environment being more committed citizens and they will even have a greater awareness of belonging to Europe.- Teachers will enrich their methodological resources thanks to good shared practices. They will acquire a more global vision of the development of Environmental Education so that educational programs will be enriched. The impact will be reflected in the annual evaluation reports that will serve as proposals for improving educational schedules. It will contribute in a very significant way to the modernization and internationalization of the schools and also to create future collaborative networks. Thanks to the research carried out, the schols and households will improve their energy efficiency. In short, ours is a project that will directly benefit our environment and hence European society, in the short, medium and long term. This will be accomplished by working Environmental Education and knowing our Cultural Heritage. Education will serve as the key to open the world of awareness and possible changes, since “Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world” (Nelson Mandela)."

"The project objectives have been shaped gradually : initially it was clear that we wanted to raise student awareness to initiatives and environmental policies, discover and introduce them to these procedures at European level. But knowing that the Saint-Genes institution already stressed this awareness, we wanted to add something more concrete, something to make these ecological processes palpable, playful and creative: we thus decided to consider a series of artistic activities related to our main theme.By associating a creative aspect to our approach to environmental awareness we want to make the students actors by practicing the data they have gathered during their research phase. Artistic activities also enable participants to renew their perspective on materials and articles that are usually seen in their strict use value; they will be in a situation of manipulation, obliged to consider these objects in their plastic, poetic and material characteristics. Finally, this artistic project will allow them to demystify some contemporary artistic approaches often considered obscure or elitist (the involvement of a local artist in the planned activities will strengthen this latter objective). Each participating institution has a strong political and environmental awareness ; they will have no trouble feeding the project in terms of activities, tours, workshops and interventions. Our Europeans partners are: The Gimnazija In Srednja Sola Kocevje Kocevje in Slovenia, Ek Kalamarias in Thessaloniki, Greece, Istituto Istruzione Superior Verona Trento in Messina Italy II Liceum Im ogólnokształcące. Wis. Broniewskiego to Kosalin Poland, Ibrahim Özaydin Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi in Arnavutkoy in Turkey.Planned activities can be divided into two main parts. The first year, we plan discovery activities, for addressing the central themes of our project while socializing with our partners. Two important phases of research and information gathering are planned: learn, at European and local level, on the policies, practices and organizations involved in an environmental project. These information will be put it in form, presented and shared between partners; which implies several ""sub-activities"" from students and teachers: selection of collected data, choice of display device, upload on line, creating a platform, regularly updated information.During this first year, the intervention of an artist from Bordeaux will lay the foundations for the creation of the final artistic product. This intervention will be capture on video, edited and posted on our facebook common platform.Planned artistic achievements are designed from recycled items and are essentially collaborative: the final object will consist of fragments individually made by each partner, the combination of these at the last meeting in Bordeaux will bring the sculpture as a whole. Finally a traveling exhibition project is scheduled for the end of the project: each partner will have the task of organizing an exhibition in his establishment to disseminate the contents of the project. We could consider, with our experience in the last Comenius project in which we participated, the importance of dissemination and visibility of the project. Thus, as part of a project whose humanistic values are important to us, we wanted to consider early on a strategy to develop a visible collaborative and important work. Our contacts with some local and regional press organizations support this dissemination strategy. Planning a traveling exhibition will support this broadcast within schools so that teachers, students and any other person can give evidence of the wealth of such a European project."
