Assess, adapt and enrich existing MHPSS /PFA assessment tools 2. Select and engage teachers and school stakeholders - (online) communities of learning 3. Create a MOOC course on MHPSS and PFA4. Develop an MHPSS early warning mechanism 5. Pilot the adapted new tool in selected school communities in Greece and Cyprus6. Validate the training material and MHPSS mechanism7. Cross Cutting:Communication/Dissemination and Project Management<< Results >>-Create a Blue-print for an institutionalized MHPSS early warning mechanism in schools -Increase awareness for community-based, scalable MHPSS interventions as integrated parts of a healthy school environment-Contribute to COVID-19 and/or other (health) emergencies psychosocial preparedness & post crisis management-Cultivate resilience & strengthen bonds between different actors in the school community-Advocate and promote positive change concerning MHPSS policies and school curricula

    << Objectives >>Inclusion and diversity have to be based on the general process of being different but equal in psychologically safe environments. META-Skills are recognised as the future of employment and for the success of growth within the labour market. The MetaCoin project responds to the challenges of a changing world of work by promoting opportunities for new ways of continuous learning and training and by developing an online training path of the future meta-skills by using innovative modern methods.<< Implementation >>This new partnership of Finland, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Hungary and UK focuses on analysing the benefits of multiple working life environments during interviewing companies, collecting the good practices as well as challenges of encountering cultures. Based on this analysis of the skills needed for the future working life, 2025-2035 will be identified. The project team shall develop and pilot an online material and course of meta-skills both in VET and companies on the EQF level 3-6.<< Results >>The results are concise labour market surveys, identified challenges and skills gap, repository of the best practices, a new learning platform and online material for hybrid use, a user’s guide. The project promotes deeper cooperation between education and the labour market. Outcome will be larger transnational cooperation between the project member’s countries, shared knowledge of experiences and working methods, a repository and dynamic online material for larger modifying in different sectors

    << Objectives >>The recent EU Green Deal sets the Just Transition as mechanism to low carbon economy while minimizing the socioeconomic consequences of the transition. The Just Transition, as an EU flagship initiative, impacts many regions across the EU and institutions higher education are trying to meet the challenge of embedding these EU policies in their core learning and teaching activities.The project aims to be a timely and innovative platform of supporting institutions and society on the above subject.<< Implementation >>The project is fully innovative as it develops consequential outputs and strategic actions to embed EU Green Deal and Just Transition to teaching and learning. The main idea and concept of this project is that there is a need for innovative learning boost, in a timely subject, through a policy recommndations and best practices toolkit, an e-learning platform fueled with various resources and teaching and learning material and an intensive academic course of 5 ECTS.<< Results >>The progect generates:Best practices of just transition in EuropeInterviews and consultations with local stakeholdersDevelopment of the Policy Recommendations ToolkitCreation online platformTeaching and learning materialCurriculum development Educational methodologyTrain-the-trainer guideIntensive course of 5 ECTSFinally, as a result, the project supports the EU with recent challenges as the war in Ukraine forces the EU to be more independent and exploit its own natural resources.

    << Objectives >>The PowerUp project aims to: - make VET more relevant to former fossil fuel power station workers;- facilitate the development of flexible VET programs in line with the needs of the local economy and businesses;- inform the local community about the positive aspects of the energy transition in place;- provide an IT tool as an innovative and flexible solution to local job hunting; - improve collaboration between VET providers and businesses to offer job opportunities in new sectors.<< Implementation >>The PowerUp project’s methodology is based on a participatory approach, which engages directly with the target groups in all stages of its implementation. WP2 will embark on desk and field research leading to the creation of a good practice guide.
