Citizenship education is included in the education system of all EU member states. The content, duration and grade level of citizenship education varies from country to country. The International Student Assessment Program (PISA), conducted by the OECD, is conducted every 3 years and measures the extent to which 15-yearold students can produce solutions to the problems they will encounter in life. PISA analyzes are also important in terms of providing information about the success of countries' education systems. However, citizenship education is ignored in PISA evaluations due to the differences in citizenship education of countries.WYZSZA SZKOLA BIZNESU I NAUK O ZDROWIU (WSBINOZ) applied an online ""EU citizenship in 100 questions"" questionnaire to a total of 2644 students between the ages of 15-18, who are our target audience of the project. According to the results of the survey application; 64% of the students stated that they do not know their EU citizenship rights. The rate of students who say they do not know about the European common culture/art is 72%. As can be seen from the data of surveys, citizenship education provided in schools is not enough to give students EU citizenship competence and awareness of European common culture/art.In order to increase awareness about EU and EU citizenship, joint steps to be taken in the citizenship lessons given in school education are of great importance for the EU and its future. Citizenship education is considered as a common field in social sciences and other branch teachers do not provide EU citizenship education. (Commission/EACEA/Eurydice, 2017). Therefore, teachers' professional knowledge and experience about EU citizenship is insufficient. However, the EU; In the context of EU citizenship competence and creating a European awareness, it sees 'education' as the main tool to encourage 'citizens' to participate in active cultural, social and democratic life. In this context, by including EU citizenship competencies and European common cultural/art awareness, citizenship education in European countries, there is a need to expand the scope of citizenship education within the EU framework and to eliminate the differences in citizenship education in EU countries.According to the road map to be followed in our project to meet this need;*European teachers have professional equipment and competence on EU citizenship (EU citizenship professional development training)*Including families in the EU citizenship education process (EU citizenship family education),*The contents of the school lessons; Integration of EU citizenship and European common cultural elements (Intellectual output: EU Citizenship Common Education Program / Module)*Supporting students with in-school and out-of-school activities in the triangle of school, teacher and parent (Intellectual output: European Youth Culture and Art Club)*It will be ensured that they communicate, interact with their European peers, assume duties and responsibilities together, and gain a European culture/art awareness. (Intellectualoutput: Mobile Application)In our project, the number of students who say I know their EU citizenship rights is 30%, with the studies of European Youth Culture and Art Club and mobile application; We aim to increase the number of students who say I have information about the European common culture/art by 40%.With our project; Measuring the quality of WYZSZA SZKOLA BIZNESU I NAUK O ZDROWIU (WSBINOZ) project activities, which will scientifically investigate the effects of EU citizenship education through a common education program in European countries and the European Youth Culture and Art Club's activities on the acquisition of a European identity in the axis of common culture; is responsible for the scientific and educational evaluation of the project. WSBINOZ, which will create samples from the students of partner schools in our project, in this context; will collect, analyze, interpret and evaluate data in a planned and systematic manner. WSBINOZ, which will use descriptive, causal comparative research methods; From quantitative research techniques,-Cohort Scanning- Structured (supervised) observation / observation schedule-Survey-Structured interviewAmong qualitative research techniques; will use unstructured (unsupervised) observation. Our project; With the common education program to be implemented in schools in EU countries; It will contribute to the development of young people as educated and civic participant individuals who have adopted the European identity, have become aware of their own country's culture and Europe's common culture/art, have internalized EU common values, know and use European citizenship rights."

This has resulted in many problems ranging from uncertainty of climate, increased disaster events, increased pollution level, melting of glaciers, and decreased bio diversity –the list is too long.It is now an established fact that earth and its environment are experiencing stress and if actions are not taken in time the results will be catastrophic. Lack of general awareness about the state of our natural world will result in nothing but destruction.According to UNESCO, more than 1.5 billion learners are affected by COVID-19 school closures. The pandemic has caused a health, economic, and education crisis; in the age of physical and social constraints, there is a strong need for global environment awareness .Learning about the natural world will be critical to building a better and sustainable future for all. This is why there is a need to strengthen information sharing and public participation in all environmental decision making. It is important to share what is happening with our environment with people at all levels. It is urgently required to bring about a change in people’s outlookstowards the environment and nature so that each one of us acts in ways that promote sustainability and harmony with nature. There are various media for sharing the information and presenting the message to the audience. Earlier information about environmental impacts was supported and strengthened by figures, data and big numbers. But not many people, especially young people liked or understood the numbers well enough to understand or assess the changes. The message is important, but it is also important that an effective and strong medium is used for conveying it and for inspiring people to feel their responsibilities towards our natural world. Hence, new methods and media need to be explored so that people can be educated or informed about the problems in the environment in effective ways. The aim of our project is to raise awareness of environmental protection and contribute to reducing the impact of environmental protection through the creation of EcoArt.Exploring the art in nature can successfully engage common community members of all age groups and backgrounds to experience and understand their contact with nature. The more they feel the connection and comprehend its beauty or see the changes that it has undergone, especially due to anthropogenic activities, the more they are inspired to make a commitment in preserving nature.EcoArt project will inspire young people & encourage a long-term flourishing relationship between the social structures & natural environments in which we live. In simple words, it will discuss the state of the environment, & explore creative & innovative ways to communicate & search for answers to our pressing concernsGENERAL OBJECTIVE : Using artistic disciplines ( photography & digital storytelling ) to focus on nature & raise public awareness on environmental problems.SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES :- Raise public awareness about environmental issues-To develop life long learning skills or performance and techniques that will allow pupils to participate fully in the project-To improve their confidence to take actions and believe they will make a positive difference;- Explore the concept of environmental protection-To increase Caring for self, for others, for living things, and for our planet.-To improve ecological life philosophy on our students,-To expand ICT & language skills which they can use in a meaningful contextRESULTS : -A website dedicated to the project EcoArt -EcoArt online booklet : Content will be *Info about the project / * Info about the partners / *Techniques used on digital photgraphy during C1 / *Techniques used on digital storytelling during C2 / *Techniques used on social media training during C3 / * Info about other workshops related to environment during the project lifecycle / *Results of surveys conducted / *Notes from participants .-EcoArt digital photo library -EcoArt discovery videos -A social media campaign where all products created by students are presented for awareness raising.-5 newsletters -2 project magazinesIMPACT :
