Agriculture is a key sector that is directly related to social and political structures with many sectors such as food, livestock, textile, energy, environment (soil and water resources, climate change). According to the estimates of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the current agricultural production should increase by 60% in order to meet the food demand in 2050.In order to conserve the soil, water resources and the environment that are so important for the future of societies, it is necessary to apply of TECHNIQUES OF CONSERVATİON AND SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE ’ and our technical personnel and farmers in the sector don’t have sufficient professional knowledge. When conservation agricultural techniques aren’t used during agricultural production and soil is much more cracked than adequate with traditional soil tillage methods, soil tillage and soil erosion occur and the amount of organic matter and water holding capacity decrease. Therefore, the structure of the soil deteriorates every year. Furthermore, every tillage brings additional costs to enterprises in terms of time, energy and labour force. In this context, sustainable agriculture is the only way to guarantee good security, to feed healthy ecosystems and to support the sustainable management of soil, water and natural resources. Although many countries and institutions in the agricultural sector have made good and successful practices on sustainable conservation techniques, there has been no change in good practices in sustainable agriculture due to the lack of a network of cooperation among countries, so there has not been enough progress. The project partners have been determined with the aim of giving place to domestic and international sector actors in the project, which provide services in different ways to agriculture, have high institutional and impact capacities, make sustainable agricultural activities, contribute to objectives of the project and respond to the needs of the project. The Consortium of our project consists of 8 organizations specialized in the field of sustainable conservation agriculture:*Germany-Deula Nienburg; specialist in international agricultural vocational training.*Belgium-European Conservation Agriculture Federation: Specialist in federation management and international activities by bringing the associations of conservation agriculture in 16 countries together. *Spain- University of Cordoba: Specialist in soil management and techniques for conservation agriculture*Italy- Lega Regionale Delle Cooperative e Mutue: Specialist in Agricultural Cooperatives. *Turkey-Konya Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry: Specialist in Agriculture training and extension.*Turkey-the Union of Agricultural Cooperatives in the Konya Karaman Region: Specialist in agricultural farmer organizations.*Turkey-KOP Regional Development Administration: Specialist in Rural Development, Agricultural Training and Extension, Financial Support Programs.*Turkey-Selcuk University Faculty of Agriculture: Specialist in agricultural vocational training and the industry of conservation agricultural machinery.Within the framework of the project, 5 Transnational Project Meetings, 3 Learning, Teaching, Training Activities and dissemination activities will be carried out. As KOP Youth Association, we will realize the project in partnership with KOP Regional Development Administration, Caribbean Education and Culture Foundation and SCAMBIEUROPEI Foundation. We will carry out all of the activities to be carried out within the scope of the project with a participatory understanding with our coordination team, which includes representatives from all our partners. As KOP Youth Association, we will establish a 2-storey association with a working area of 200 square meters while conducting our current project activities. We will ensure that our association volunteers and project coordination team take on roles and take part in the process of carrying out the activities while the work is being carried out. By creating a separate working area for our project, we will ensure that the team coordinates the project and distributes the tasks within the scope of the project. As KOP Youth Association, we implemented a national project called Youth and Rural Development in 2019 together with our partner KOP Regional Development Administration and GAP Youth Association. Within the scope of the project, we prepared a final declaration by revealing the expectations and needs of the youth to be included in the agricultural and rural development process. After the positive outcomes of our project and its contribution to the policies of our country, we decided to develop a model for youth to be a part of rural life and to implement this model together with our partner KOP Regional Development Administration.our most fundamental problem is youth and employment in Turkey. In 2019, youth unemployment in our country increased to 27.4%. This is the highest figure in our history. ensure that part of the lives of youth at the countryside In particular we provide the orientation of agricultural production will allow evaluation of both our assessment of the huge youth potential in our country and fertile soil will reduce our external dependence on food this way in Turkey, and we will be part of a process ourselves, we have enough. Our universities are in our 81 provinces in Turkey and can read every young college wanting. But the main problem is that young people see university as the gateway to finding a job and they are not entrepreneurs. We need to put forward an approach that encourages the entrepreneurship of the youth and that the youth can take the initiative and participate in the production process. Unfortunately, when we don't do this, after graduating from the university where thousands of dreams go, the youth leaves their diplomas in exchange for their dreams and then becomes unhappy that they cannot realize their dreams in life.In project scope; youth will have the opportunity to see the good practices of young people in the Netherlands. Young people in the Netherlands came to Turkey will contribute to our country, we want to put forward applications. the sharing of best practices between countries and the approach of the Netherlands who are successful on developing a model for inclusion in the production process of the rural youth with the reflection of a different country issues we both projects in a stepwise manner well both in Turkey to extend towards the international implementation of our project process that we started from the local and model a process for the liberalization and implementation in our country will be initiated.KOP KOP as the Youth Association and the Administration will be responsible for the coordination of activities within Turkey. The demonstration of the model, in particular Turkey and KOP can be extended after being applied to the region and supported the process will be carried out by us.coming from the Netherlands under the project to Turkey and has done work in the field of rural development or located in the rural development process, get to see the best practices of young people in our country who want and institutions and their visit to see the work related to agricultural production in Turkey, site visits, university visits together we planned.
