Eco aldea socioeconómica Mangle Tumaco

El proyecto es una intervención urbana en la zona palafitica del sector noreste del “Puente Pindo” en Tumaco-Nariño, siendo así una aldea lineal con lenguaje tradicional, por consiguiente el módulo de vivienda se maneja con materiales del sector, amigables con el medio ambiente, zonas verdes con fitotectura, zonas deportivas dedicadas a las necesidades de la población, perfiles peatonales, equipamientos que ayuden a impulsar el trabajo del sector, mejoramiento vial y conectividad según la morfología del lugar, todo esto con el fin de mitigar los daños ambientales en la zona y promover el desarrollo del sector tanto económica como socialmente: ya que el mismo se encuentra con altos indicadores de pobreza, hacinamiento y su ecosistema, el manglar se encuentra en pésimas condiciones por la tala indiscriminada, la pesca informal y la contaminación causada por todos los desechos que son dejados allí.
