<< Objectives >>The general objectives we intend to achieve is to find new VET solutions for improving the capacity building of civil servants and professionals working with Municipalities/public administrations in the turistic field, for expanding the leisure offer in sustainable tourist attractions. This general objective will be realized by adopting digital and smart solutions.<< Implementation >>Partners will collaborate through: A1.Research and mapping on capacity building in tourism; A2.Co-creation workshops; A3.Guidelines and recommendations; A4.Management, monitoring and activities evaluation; A5.Dissemination<< Results >>The project's ambition is to explore and develop a tailor-made tourism plans for small and medium-sized cities, where the protagonists of the sector (public and private) are the drivers of their own professional development, and where they will inspire, support and train each other in an online Professional Community (peer-to-peer).
