Over a period of 18 months, the partners first worked on an analysis of the changes underway in the tourism sector of the outdoor hotel industry. Two steering meetings and two study visits lasting 5 days each were organized, in France and in Croatia, to discuss current practices and developments. The exchanges during and during the project led to three major results: - identify a common list of changes currently under way in different countries and at European level in this sector - to evoke concepts allowing the development of the companies of the camping in the concern of a lengthening of the seasons - the recognition of a greater need for training through practical training in Europe, the latter with training and skills development needs in the sector. - Need for transnational training to meet the new needs and expectations of European customers Among the impacts, we note for all the partners the development of a supranational vision of the functioning in the sector of activity, according to the local data. The exchanges and activities revealed interesting practices that can lead to changes in practices at the national level for sector partners. The project has helped to develop a common vision concerning ongoing developments at European level and an exchange of fruitful practices, and a willingness to work on future cooperation with a view to setting up reciprocal trainees and / or joint training of employees. The project has helped to create a new network, to reflect together on a common issue at European level and to lay the foundations for future long-term cooperation.
