<< Objectives >>Objectives:Establish a partnership to research and exchange experiences on digital and STEM education for adults in partner countries, and then lead to the elaboration of a proper training format.A Joint Staff involving educators in digital and scientific literacy, promoting digital and scientific education,nvolving the ultimate target group of adults.<< Implementation >>1) Training Format: The Training Format will contain a detailed outline of the research results of the project, including best practices and the findings in focus groups with adults and organizations in adult education.2) Joint Staff TrainingThe Joint Staff will involve 3 participants per partner, educators in digital and scientific literacy for adults. The participants will start from the discussion of research results and, sharing their experience and knowledge.<< Results >>Education strives to keep the pace with the fast-changing world in which we live in, especially for those sectors of society who are not always involved in forma education programmes,such as the adults, and in rapidly evolving sectors like digital competences, new media and science. Evidence shows that European citizens, young and old, appreciate the importance of science and want to be more informed and that citizens want more science education.
