<< Objectives >>The goal of the project is to support different stakeholders (students, teachers, academic and admin staff in universities and civil society organizations) to collaborate on innovative Service Learning (SL) projects, methods and implementation steps in higher education.We will create innovative learning and teaching practices so students can gain field experiences developing soft and hard skills in order to enter the labor market with a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship skills.<< Implementation >>-Management and coordination of a consortium with a european dimension-Mapping, data design and analysis of current SL practises existing in each university (including assessing soft skills gained in SL )- Training for teachers and educational managers on methodology - Events +development of Service-Learning projects and working group to support SL implementation - European guide to implement SL in european universities -Communication dissemination to promote SL and evaluation<< Results >>- Enriched practises and innovative teaching methods integrating social impact on the universities territories - student will gain confidence to enter the job market with soft skills and a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship skills - Quality cooperation between partner universities, civil society and effective for students and teachers
