DiMenSion project took a big step forward to close the gap of adult training in marketing and event management in N. Macedonia. The project aim was to ensure high-quality learning opportunities to adult learners and provide effective strategies for enhancing basic skills of marketing event managers, trough implementing courses for marketing event managers in our country.The program was tailored-made according to the assessed needs and expectations of marketing managers in North Macedonia, as well as analysis and benchmarking of the marketing and management standards in Europe and adult training courses in this field.With the realization of the program, the participants and the organisations they work for were prepared for EU standards trough the exclusive opportunity to learn from professionals who shared their knowledge in the field of marketing and event management.The most important benefit from the realization of the project was increasing the intellectual capital to every organisation which had an employee who was a participant in the courses.During the realization of the project, all activities have been carried out as planned.More specifically, indicators of achievement and measurement for the following project results:-Quality assurance manual and procedures developed, the quality assurance plan was made at the beginning of the project. There was one report for the period from 28 December 2012 to 30 June 2018 and the final report was developed by December 2019;-The market analysis report was developed by the end of April 2018-Analysis of best practices and adult training programs in Europe in the field of marketing and event management and benchmarking of marketing and event management standards in the EU done by April 2018-New curriculum and syllabus for a professional development program for marketing and event management developed by September 2018-Learning environment developed. Accounts for each participant in the program and trainer created in December 2018. Monitoring and support system for the e-learning platform established and running through the whole implementation of the project;-Training materials developed and ready to be used by the participants and published in the Practicum by November 2018-The handbook for the professional education program for marketing and event management by January 2019-The pilot group of 25 marketing and event managers was selected by September 2019-A professional development program for marketing and event management with 6 courses was implemented on a pilot group of 25 marketers and marketing managers by June 2019-From the pilot group, 23 participants successfully completed the program by August 2019 with successfully completing every activity assessed by the lecturers. -Certificates for successful completion of the program and acknowledgement for participation awarded to the participants on the third event on 25 September 2019 in Skopje, N. Macedonia-Development of dictionary for marketing event management terms, acronyms and abbreviations by June 2019-A booklet was designed and published by November 2019-Documents for certification and accreditation process at the Centre of adult education in Macedonia prepared by September 2019-Paper study for the project activities and achievements presented at the conference and published by September 2019-Five trainings of adult trainers organized on the following topics: 1. Efficient ways to develop curriculum for adult learners (26-30 March 2018 in Brighton, United Kingdom);2. Knowledge transfer on marketing and event management world trends and social tools to create a sustainable brand (11-15 June 2018, in Skopje, North Macedonia);3. E-learning platform and learning motivation platform (22-26 October 2018, Chemnitz, Germany)4. Innovative learning approaches and methods (06-10 May 2019, Palermo, Italy) 5. the last one was the implementation of the program for developing marketing solutions for sustainable brands (the courses were from January to June 2019 in Skopje, N. Macedonia);-Three dissemination events (national) organised in Skopje, N. Macedonia:1. Presentation of survey analysis and conclusion for curriculum development (13 June 2018)2. Promotion of the professional educational program for marketing and event management and recruitment of candidates (14 November 2019)3. Promotion of results achieved and final conclusions, debate (25 September 2019)-Promotional materials for the courses designed and promoted on the multiplier events and other communication channels for dissemination;-Four project meeting organised in Skopje, Palermo and Athens;Project results and lessons learned were disseminated using several media: web portal, internet, social media, events, conferences, etc.
