<< Objectives >>Sustainable Accessible Future Environments (SAFE) develops an international, multidisciplinary blended and online study module to help make communities accessible and inclusive. During the project, students and teachers from Safety and Security, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Socioeconomics, Social Work, Urbanism and Architecture work together with local businesses and stakeholder groups to generate learning processes to develop sustainable services and spaces to make them more accessible.<< Implementation >>SAFE’s process involves students, teachers, representatives of cities and stakeholders. It develops a toolkit to help make communities more accessible. SAFE organizes 5 Intensive Study Programs (ISP), the results of which are developed and used in 5 Multiplier Events where scenario workshops are run for stakeholders. SAFE creates an online learning community and an online multidisciplinary study module how to make communities more accessible. Study material is developed for training on the topic<< Results >>The main project results are a functioning toolkit, an operating learning community, documented visions for the regions all of which transform the lessons learned into new knowledge on how to create Safe Accessible Future Environments (SAFE). A joint international, multidisciplinary online and blended learning study module is created with innovative learning and teaching practices, digital tools and online platform. SAFE increases the awareness of safety, accessibility, diversity and inclusion.
