<< Objectives >>The main focus of the project EuropeanDream is mutual learning between the participating organizations. Through intensive exchange of knowledge and experience, the organizations can develop new competencies and pass on best practices modells to other organizations. This promotes a mutual understanding of local work, opportunities and challenges. Innovative approaches on how to promote pro-European values within the target group can be identified and innovative methods can be developed.<< Implementation >>Next to online workshops to identified common challenges, opportunities and chances in conveying pro-European values with young people in each local context of the participating organizations, four face-to-face workshops will take place in each home country of the participating organization. The purpose of the workshops is to get to know the work and sphere of impact of each organization, strengthen intercultural understanding and jointly develop approaches and best practices to promote values.<< Results >>The project aims to counteract discrimination and social division within the European Union and to create a democratic and pro-European culture within the sphere of action of the participating organizations. By building a strong transnational network, we can analyze the current challenges, exchange experiences and jointly develop solutions for youth work that can also be applied to other European countries to a new, strong and value-oriented community of tomorrow can emerge in the long term.
