"The idea comes from the similarities of our regions: vineyard, mills but mainly from the two representative legends of these. In Ciudad Real we find Don Quijote one of the most important characters on the Spanish literature. In Epernay we have Dom Perignon linked to the history of our region for giving us the opportunity to taste the most famous drink. From there, we propose to write ""the third part of Don Quixote"", in which both characters would meet in some adventures. The main reason to promote this project is educational innovation through a pedagogy ‘s projects, that will allow greater differentiation. The lack of motivation of students make us to go beyond the routine, to look for new solutions and different answers. This project will favor the active involvement of students, taking part in the acquisition of specific transversal competences, in the ability to communicate in a foreign language, to interact with others, to use information and communication technologies, to increase the motivation in the teaching-learning process and cultivate creativity and the spirit of initiative. It would be possible to plan and manage didactic activities in order to allow the students, teachers and other participants know some of the characteristics of identity, culture and artistic heritage of the two regions involved. It will allow disadvantaged families to access to the diversity in an opened European context. Our project is mainly focused in the students that accomplish the ET 2020 regulations. This project allows students to work and write simultaneously through the Etwinning platform or using a free, open-access, online editing program that allows a writing collaborative work. Digital writing will be used as a new expression activity and not just as a way to replace the pen in exchange for the keyboard. To apply this cooperative learning methodology in our clases, it is important to use innovative methodologies . This idea is what has linked us in this project. Cooperative learning will intensify ties among students and teach them how to work together to achieve their goals. Cooperation is a successful methodological strategy used to prevent the failure of less qualified students and their early leaving of the school. Autonomous learning will be reinforced, this, will strengthen the self-confidence and critical thinking of the students. The project will provide students a real communicative contexts which will improve their language skills; they will participate in a cultural exchange that will allow them to develop an open mind and contribute enormously to their intellectual maturity and their personal development. Their artistic creativity will improve, facilitating the development of their cognitive, social and emotional skils. The expected results will be the participative collaboration and the involvement of the students. A holistic approach will be adopted for teaching and learning languages based on students’ diversity; this can help us fighting against the problems faced by underprivileged students, and provide them a good education to ensure the success of all students, regardless their position in the academic spectrum. The acquisition or simply evolution of the knowledge and linguistic competences of the students is expected. The results may help as an educational resource for future classes. After a period of contact between the students to generate a pleasant and receptive climate as well as sessions of presentations from the two regions, the collaborative research activities of the characters will begin. The active participation in this type of activities aims to promote a deeper knowledge of the group, theis differences and similarities will facilitate the matching of the participants, the formation of the subgroups as well as stimulate the cohesion of the European group. The eighty participants will be divided into eight subgroups of five participants of each country. Each group will work in both languages to write, edit or translate. At the end of that period, each group will try to write several stories. In the second year, new students will resume those stories and illustrate them in comics, videos, and plays. Different techniques of cooperative learning will be implemented. For the activities that involve searching, organizing and producing information, we will use ""Research Teams"" for the writing and development of creativity, and for the elaboration of the story two techniques will be used: “pencils at the center for the brainstorming”."
