Tolerance and cooperation between nations

Description

The main mission of the project was to find ways to deepen cooperation and tolerance between the young generation of different nations. At present, the social inclusion of national minorities is a much-discussed pedagogical problem. At all levels of our institutional education system, we encounter the fact that the educational environment is a very ethnically, culturally and nationally diverse space, this trend has of course arrived not only in large but also smaller cities, such as Ivančice. This was the main reason for the implementation of the project. The main goal of the project was to deepen cooperation and tolerance between the young generation in different cultures. This goal is directly linked to the topic of social integration - it allows students and teachers of the school (through dissemination and the public around schools) to gain insight into international cooperation and knowledge of foreign cultures. The project was focused on individual subjects and the topic of tolerance and cooperation between nations was included in individual subjects so that we could support the set goals through activities. Thanks to the international cooperation of organizations from completely different backgrounds and mutual cooperation in various areas - whether in fulfilling divided tasks, fulfilling tasks together in online conferences or demonstration and interplay of activities in joint online meetings - the main goal - deepening cooperation and especially tolerance between the young generation in different cultures. Thanks to both implemented activities, pupils and teachers had the opportunity to realize the need to work for social integration within Europe. Other goals of the project will be fulfilled through individual project activities. Two online activities of pupils from both schools were implemented in the project, due to the spread of Covid-19, physical mobility could not take place. In the long run, the project will be beneficial on several levels. The material outputs of the project will be used by both schools for a long time in the promotion of schools at various school events and the acquired knowledge will continue to be used in the teaching of both schools. The cooperation of the participating schools will continue within other Erasmus + projects and outside the Erasmus + project in the coming years - we would like to send pupils and teachers on short exchange study stays, especially after getting to know each other and confirming positive cooperation. The results of the project will be disseminated throughout the project period and beyond. The whole dissemination process is in charge of Ing. Ivana Čermáková from the Czech side and Maria Gercheva from the Bulgarian side.
