<< Objectives >>IRIS,we will improve the vocational training and inclusion of young Europeans with mild autism spectrum disorders in the labour market or in the academic world, specifically in the field of social farming, which is considered the most adapted work activity for people with this disability as it allows continuous contact with nature and animals and whose activities are considered particularly effective in terms of therapy and rehabilitation.<< Implementation >>The activities that will be implemented are:1. Alternative training path and concrete possibilities of employment in agriculture or interest in continuing their studies in this area2. Improvement on a relational level and more independence from the family3.Improvement of English language and digital skills4. Increased participation in the Erasmus programme by disadvantaged people5. Fostering exchange between stakeholders with a strong focus on inclusivity
