This project is a cooperation built on prior projects carried out by the 4 partners of the present project.Per Spildra Borg, the founder of Stella Polaris, has held workshops thorughout Europe for more than 30 years, and the partners now entered in this project have have long asked for a manner of learning some of his methods and skills that their youth have benefited from. The project will prepare a curricula and manuals as tools for youth workers who want to adapt some of StellaPolaris' techniques to their own youth work in their organizations. The project aims at producing a toolkit for interested youth workers and trainers and educators in their respective organisations. To make sure a qualitatively strong set of guidelines and instruction videos is produced, we have asked three longstanding partners to join us in developing such a kit. It is our belief that the transnational partnership is necessarry to produce tools that will be of value to youth workers in different cultures, and that the chosen partners have the best knowledge as to which sections of learning would benefit youth thorughout Europe the most.We believe that our project with TM's where we divide tasks and discuss,, and full focus on Training of Trainers, will lead to educators that have great knowledge of the methods, both how to use it and help themin their dissemination work with the produced results. The adolescent years is often a turbulent and difficult time, and we believe that the method will make it easier to express feelings, connect with others, and ensure better lives for youth. The planned IO is to be a set of filmed interviews with Per made by the managers from the partners relating to the most relevant pillar of training in their respectiveorganization. Questions and relevancse of the issues to be discussed will be presented as scetches before the first TM, to be finalized and agreed in the meeting. And then carriedout as live interviews on the second day of the meeting as a starter of the work with the final IO.Filming of the training sessions will subsecuently be carried out to illustrate the answers given in the interviews. The four pillars of training will evolve around these topics:1. TRUST BUILDING – SENSE OF RYTHM2. PHYSICAL TRAINING – SKILL DEVELOPMENT3. INTUITION AND COOPERAT4. OPENNESS RELAXATION AND MOVEMENTEach topic to be discussed in relation to WHY it plays an important role in the training, WHAT is spesific about it in relation to the particular philosopy of Stella Polaris and whatparticular issues in the different partner’s organization this will be related to. Emphasis is put at inclusion of groups of youth with fewer opportunities, and inclusion of refugees where possible. The training program lends itself very well to inclusion of people who do not have a shared language, so these groups should benefit greatly from participation.Stella Polaris have worked with all partners in various Erasmus+ projects prior to this application. Some have been partner for many years, and the experience gained by this cooperation is the inspiration for this current project. Teatr Brama and Stella Polaris go back a long time, the director Daniel Jacewicz was assisting director to Per Spildra Borg during our Short Term EVS projects for several years, and his theatre has since been sending organization for more than 20 volunteers to our EVS projects. The partner has coordinated and colaborated on several Strategic partnership projects. Waterford Youth Art Center was the host of a strategic partnership where Stella Polaris was a partner in 2018, and there was a wish to continue working together after this positiveproject. Comune di Tolfa is an activeplayer in the culture field in the rural areasof Rome, and is representing thepublic side of youth work in this partnership. Tolfa has hosted several Stella Polaris performances and workshops, and has for several years expressed a desire to learn how to arrange workshops and trainings themselves. This partner has no experience withStrategic Partnership actions, and should gain valuable knowledge about the program throughout the project.3 Transnational Meetings are planned, 4 Short term training sessions at the partner Venues, and finally 4 Multiplier events held locally by each partner, all to practise and use the produced IO.A plan for dissemination and sustainable use of the produced IO is outlined in the attached timeline gantt chart.
