<< Objectives >>Teachers, trainers at home and abroad, the students in training expand their professional competence with regard to their theoretical and practical educational activities; they combine theoretical knowledge with practical action and thus appear inclusive. You gain confidence in dealing with (challenging) educational situations. You feel increasingly confident about the current challenges of working with children.<< Implementation >>The project participants are trained as coaches for the PECE educational program, which they carry into their facilities or into the classroom.Through job shadowing, the participants will get to know the diverse, inclusive working methods of a Dutch best-practice institution on site.Specialist discourses and lectures on the topic of education in a plural world are conducted or take place.<< Results >>The project participants gain confidence in dealing with (challenging) child-rearing situations and feel increasingly secure with regard to the current challenges in working with children. They increase their self-efficacy beliefs.They obtain a European certificate and use it to improve the quality of their work.Learning from and with the European partners about education, diversity and inclusion gives impetus for one's own work.
