<< Objectives >>THE MAIN GOAL OF THE PROJECT is to educate partner specialists with the help of mutual cooperation and exchange of practical experience in order to promote the creation of a network of agroforestry consultants and regional demonstration farms, thus supporting the possibility of wider implementation of agroforestry practices in partner countries.<< Implementation >>The project envisages the following activities:1) Develop and conduct a survey of 12 agroforestry farms in Latvia and Sweden;2) During the visits to the farms, organize training sessions for 6 AM consultants, as well as invite at least 8 farms to participate in the network of demo farms;3) Create and publish informational material on agroforestry practices in Latvia and Sweden in the organization's resources;4) Disseminate information about the project results to the professional audience.<< Results >>- It is intended to introduce in-depth at least 6 AM specialists, who will form 1 AM consultant network, with at least 6 successfully operating agroforestry systems on farms in both partner countries, by in-depth researching the situation of farms and interviewing farm owners.-Prepare educational material - a set of infographics on agroforestry practices in Latvia and Sweden. - 8 demo farms start operating as regional knowledge centers in the field of agroforestry in Latvia and Sweden.
