<< Objectives >>The project aims to tackle sexual-based discrimination in the workplace by creating a diversity management Toolkit to be used by SMEs and other authorities. Furthermore, the partners will explore the existing good practices and the legal frameworks of the participating countries regarding anti-discrimination policies and provide a vulnerability assessment report. Discrimination in the workplace against LGBT+ workers leads to severe problems in their health and well-being.<< Implementation >>Activities that are going to be implemented are the following: project set-up and monitoring, kick-off meeting, Research and preparation of the Toolkit, Dissemination activities, scenarios and consultation and a final event.<< Results >>The results of the project are: 1.
