<< Objectives >>Our main achievement is the creation of a methodological framework to help designing a cybersecurity internship program for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) by developing all the necessary curricular components of what an internship program must have (ex. objectives, job description, orientation process, performance appraisal, timeline, learning interventions, activities, evaluation rubrics and so on). Which will help many SMEs to provide internships for adults in cybersecurity areas.<< Implementation >>The activities are; -Kick-off meeting to plan the entire project,-The preparations and research activities about how to create a methodological framework of cybersecurity internship program, conduct training about this objective and publish its results in proper formats,-Testing cybersecurity internship program in an actual cybersecurity SME, training participants and employing various interventions,-Conducting workshops to disseminate our results to wide range of people and institutions.<< Results >>*Providing SMEs with a professional methodological framework so that they can create their own cybersecurity internship programs (based on different cybersecurity work areas) to use it in recruiting new cybersecurity adult interns in their workforces.*Increasing the knowledge, experiences and career orientation skills of adults with cybersecurity career interests*Improving the knowledge, skills and experiences of adult educators, *Raising public awareness and resilience on cybersecurity area.
