"<< Background >>People with disabilities must be enabled to participate in society and have equal rights with all. The social inclusion policy of people with disabilities is purposefully shifting from support, abilities of the disabled themselves.In the 21st century, the acceptance of disabilities needs to be promoted among teaching and professional staff and accessibility guidelines need to be developed according to the needs of trainees, based upon their real-life experiences. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development clearly states that disability cannot be a reason or criteria for lack of access to development programming and the realization of human rightsAdult trainers can help disabled increase their competencies, but they do not have enough capacity what method use for disabled education. Disability is very different: movement, sight, hearing, mind, etc. Teachers need to know and be able to apply different methods when working with different disabilities adultsThis partnership was created with goal to support adult trainers wiht new digital, interactive and creative teaching methods in work with disabled, also will help increase disabled adult social inclusion, prepare them for a digitalized society.<< Objectives >>This partnership was created with goal to support adult trainers wiht new digital, interactive and creative teaching methods in work with disabled, also will help increase disabled adult social inclusion, prepare them for a digitalized society. The objectives of the project are:*to share good practices among project partners in creative disabled training*to increase professional development of adult trainers*to create Manual for adult trainers on Creativity&Art therapy for disabled*to create Guide for teachers to Engagement with Disabled People*to develop and reinforce network of organizations in the field of expressive Creativity&Art therapy for disabledThe first target group of the project consists of staff members of partners' organisations and educators who work with disabled adult. The second group consists adult trainees with dissabilities<< Implementation >>During project implementation, partners will share their experience and good practices and will create 2 results: ""Manual for adult trainers on Creativity&Art therapy for disabled""and ""Guide for teachers to Engagement with Disabled People"". The short-term staff Training for adult trainers (LTT) in creativity&arts will be organized in Latvia. Goal of this LTT - to test project results, to share trainers knowledge, teaching methods, tools and their experiences. LTT introduce the participants the training materials created during the project and will provide specific work methods and teaching techniques for the project target groups, according to the developed project results. The training will last for 3 days, plus 2 days travelling, will include 2 participants from each partner organization, 12 participants in total. It will take place in Riga, lead by VILORI and associated partner Creative Initiatives center RIC. The event is planned for June 2023, when Manual and Guide for teachers to Engagement with Disabled People will be ready, following to be improved with LTT participants` observations.<< Results >>There will be both tangible and intangible results:Intangible results:- acquisition of new competencies for adult trainers in the partners' organisations;- exchange of experience and good practices among staff and adult trainers at international level;- enhanced intercultural competences for the staff and learners;- lifelong learning network of partners and other stakeholders involved in the project at local, national and European level; It will be represented by tightened cooperation of different communities in relation to issues of disabled adult education. Effects of this cooperation - consolidation of mutual understanding of the essence of training tools for adult trainers- increased EU project management competencies.- improved project partners educational offer, what can impact in increasing of the interest of learners in programs offered by each partner. Disabled adult training process will become more efficient.- increased disabled adult social inclusion;Tangible results:- ""Manual for adult trainers on Creativity&Art therapy for disabled"" with methodological and pedagogical materials for educators; This manual will be used by adult trainers in they work with dissabled. Adult learners will be affected from this result during project but mostly – after it completion. They will improve they skills and can easier integrate in to the labor market and society- Guide for teachers to Engagement with Disabled People - will be designed to provide the necessary instructions and creative@art therapy methodologies so they can hold a workshops and trainings and adapt them to people with different types of disabilities."
