"<< Objectives >>Main objective of this project is to improve youth employability situation and develop new practical and theoretical youth work employability models after Covid -19 crisis.During this projects we aim to work in three directions that would not only help us achieve the main goal of the project but also would make positive long term impact.<< Implementation >>1.) Preparing new specialists that would be able to work more on an individual level. Two training courses will be implemented about topics """"2.) Implanting local activities. In each partner country there will be implemented local youth employment education activities like job shadowing, networking with local business owners etc.3.) Create Youth One stop Agency ( YOSA) methodology, that we as partners would use for youth employability long term strategic planning and policy making.<< Results >>With the help of this project we expect that not only practical and measurable result will be achieved in each partner country, but also a very valuable youth employability education model will be developed that could be used everywhere in Europe in lond-term."
