<< Objectives >>•Support the personal and professional development of tourism workers in partner countries•Promote accessibility over time to a plurality of OERs on digital and green skills•Guide the operators of the sector towards rethinking their business models in a circular key by exploiting new digital technologies, with the guidance of green-tech infusion coaches aligned in an international mobility•Disseminate the learning path and relative tools for digital and green upskilling<< Implementation >>The intention is to co-design and implement a TRAINING PROGRAM FOR GREEN AND DIGITAL UPSKILLING FOR TOURISM OPERATORS and the relative didactic tools consisting of OER, as an episodic Educational TV program from which to access interactive video training pills, including narrative crossroads and a Green Tech-Infusion Toolkit to allow trainers to guide operators in rethinking business models after alignment on green-tech infusion in a mobility.<< Results >>• a green and digital skills learning path tested by 80 workers in 4 EU countries• an Educational TV program with episodes and interactive video training pills, including narrative crossroads• a Green-Tech Infusion Toolkit, a methodological manual on green-tech infusion• Mobility for the benefit of 20 educators on green-tech infusion• Creation and development of a network of EU educators aligned on the methodologies developed• MoU undersigned to consolidate project results.
