<< Objectives >>In this project there are 3 different countries. All these countries’ cuisine has been influenced by other neighboring countries and from its heritage cultures. The teachers and students in the project will experience these 3 complex cuisines. For teachers they will integrate it to their curriculum as a new course innovation food from traditional to world cuisine. For students, they will adapt to their work and in their working life they will create a new part in menus, innovation food.<< Implementation >>In this project 4 main activities are planned to improve institutional capacity of students and teachers of food and beverage department with cooperation of 3 partners organizations;1- Innovation and culinary arts training for teachers in Turkey2- Food Innovation and Creative kitchen management training for students in Latvia 3- Online workshops of students of 3 partners organizations'4- Presentation of innovation food of students and final activitie programme in Romania<< Results >>In this project total 36 teachers&staff and 93 students in 3 institutions will benefit. We would like our students to experience different cultures and cuisine, and also encourage them to learn and create new things continuously. With teacher and student trainings the innovation food and creative kitchen will be more popular in VET. and start to take place both in menus and high school curriculum.
