<< Objectives >>We want to identify and overcome barriers to participation in local projects for the target groups of West Africans in Berlin and Ukrainian migrants in Poznan. Through collaborating transnationally to foster the exchange of ideas and best practice between our organisations, we want to build on our local activities as stepping stones to greater involvement in international mobility projects amongst disadvantaged target groups in Germany, Poland and beyond.<< Implementation >>We will implement:- planning meetings in Berlin and Poznan- four short-term international study visits dovetailed to the needs of our target groups- high quality outputs incorporating needs analyses and practical measures for fostering increased engagement and participation of the target groups in local projects- multiplier events in both Berlin and Poznan- capacity building and dissemination activities<< Results >>The project will: - re-animate transnational cooperation between our organisations as we exit the pandemic- increase our capacities to cooperate at the broader European level- increase levels of participation and engagement in local projects amongst the target groups- increase levels of participation in international mobilities amongst the target groups- high quality best practice examples that have a broader relevance in terms of fostering inclusion of disadvantaged target groups
