This will be achieved through various means, including creating instructional videos covering traditional food and public history, making digitized historical cookbooks and recipes available online, offering specialized seminars on traditional cooking techniques, history of food, and cultural significance of different dishes, and providing access to various resources like instructional videos,<< Implementation >>GOURMET PAST MOOCVintage cookbooks and historical menusThe creation of instructional MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) that focus on traditional foods, ingredients, cooking methods, and the historical and cultural backgrounds of their development.<< Results >>Activity 1, and 2; 18 cooking teachers. This will involve 3 workshops of co-creation, 2 final workshops, and a final online event where the traditional recipes will be presented. Additionally, a final physical event will be held with the presentation of the cookbook at the International Festival of Public History in Lecce.
