Start a new DMP in Loading
The shortage of healthcare personnel is more visible than ever. The outflow of students and new-graduates is a major problem, which is partly caused by health problems resulting from the demanding profession. In a collaboration between Rotterdam University of Applied Science, Codarts, NHL-Stenden University of Applied Science, UMCG, Hanze University of Applied Science and Gilde, we will develop an educational programme aimed at improving vitality. With a design-approach together with students and practice, we build a monitor-feedback application embedded in education to remain vital as a nurse. To learn from each other, we organize a national learning network.
