Abstract
Simulations and results belonging to an article entitled "Aragonite is calcite’s best friend at the seafloor", authored by Olivier Sulpis, Priyanka Agrawal, Mariette Wolthers, Guy Munhoven, Matthew Walker and Jack J. Middelburg, and currently under review. There are nine simulations, all are being described in the Methods section, summarized in Table S3, and represented in Fig. S1 of the journal article. Original and modified geometry files (.stl) for each e-specimen are also provided. These simulations were run on the COMSOL'Multiphysics software in its 5.4 version, see https://www.comsol.com/. Each simulation uploaded here was brought to completion, so the user do not need to run them again and can plot the results directly.
